We went in on Tuesday and again Thursday, both times their new system was down and we couldnt make a purchase. The staff was very apologetic and tried their hardest to help, sitting on hold with tech support for 20 minutes before I gave up and left. Makes me wonder if Lids Corporate ever field tested this new system. Bad corporate decision leads to lost sales.

Their store hours on Saturday close at 7 PM according to their sign, however get there at 5 and they’re completely closed. If you’re going to close your store earlier than advertised, it would be nice if you updated.

Was looking for a Chicago Bears hat to complete my Halloween costume. This was the only store I found in Columbus to have one large enough for my head. Great customer service and selection.

Durrell at Tuttle Mall was so helpful to us. We placed an order online and they didnt give us our discount. He took his time to call customer service, stay on hold and talk with the lady until he got everything resolved. Very nice man!!!!

The young woman waiting on me was very helpful and friendly. Wish I had her name. Thanks for great service!

They ignored my wife and myself at the Tuttle Mall in Columbus, Ohio. I was in there to purchase (3) fitted hats. I guess, because we werent dressed like we were well off (had lots of money) they wouldnt even acknowledge us. Not a hi, can I help you....nothing! We were in there for about 8 minutes checking out hats. As soon as a guy who came in there who was dressed very nice with the latest fashion, they couldnt wait to approach and help him. Customer service is a dying breed! I contacted corporate about the issue. They told me that they are looking into it. Bottom line is that in their eyes.....all customers are not equal!

Very good selection for state teams, but if you like a team out of that state then you dont get such a good selection.

Brought in my husbands hat to get it customized and the kid told us we could stop by later that evening. We told him we wouldnt have time so we would stop the next morning on our way out of town. Went to pick it up and it wasnt done...according to the manager this kid has done this before and doesnt tell the one who imbroiders that stuff needs done. I waited in the car with our baby since this was supposed to be a quick stop....turned into about 25 minutes and a very unhappy baby! I find it funny how the kid likes to brag about getting to customize all his hats for FREE but cant even seem to do his job properly! The work turned out nicely but obviously was very inconvenient that it wasnt done when promised!

Big thank you to Durell and Priscilla for giving us the opportunity to fulfill a little boys wish for Christmas by keeping the store open for two minutes past closing. Thank you!!

Crazy good selection of hats and they will do special embroidering in store on those same hats. The staff seem to live and breath the merchandise, they are extremely knowledgeable for all things hats related.

The security door was down with a note saying took a 15 minute break. I walked around wasting 45 minutes, checking in every 10 minutes or so. Dude never showed back up...
