Hello everyone, I had a wonderful customer service experience here. Patti answered the phone and greeted me with a very polite and welcoming demeanor. I thought I had missing parts (Which I eventually found) from an order I had and was wondering if the store was able to do anything about it. In a timely manor she found out the answers and presented all my options in the most clear way. Also having the patience with all of my questions. Definitely looking forward to shopping here again!

The people here are so nice and kind. Hard to find businesses with employees that seem to care about their job. People gave great recommendations on products. Some of the items were definitely higher prices than Amazon or other online retail. But the five stars are for the people.

Went in on a whim to try to find a smaller amp for my husbands uke. Not only did we find a fantastic amp, but the amp also had a plug for a mic as well. Great service - the guy who helped us got us set up in the acoustic room to try it out, along with a uke with a pickup and a mic. This was not our first visit, and it will not be our last!

Much better than the Modesto unit, but the packaging of some lighting products was very poorly maintained, it looked like the product had already been used many times. But overall it was a good experience.

A lot of good stuff there, and the people is really kind with you, dont be shy to ask for help because they are there to help you, highly recommend 👍

I love this place. It is the toys r us for musicians. I am horrible at the guitar but that doesnt stop me from wanting to spend my money and time there.

Bought a used Epiphone Les Paul Standard at the Dublin store andRich was a big help there. He answered all my questions let me play the guitars I was interested in too. And when the guitar needed a truss rod adjustment Tony and Rich helped me out and after some quick adjustments my guitar was singing again with no issues. Thanks fellas.

Love it here, I come bi-weekly, if not monthly. Have applied here 4 times and still trying, but the environment, helpful, and educated staff will absolutely inform you on any product you can find in the store! Recommended to any musician, beginner or expert.

Like most of their stores, theyre low on inventory or no inventory. The 3 stars is only because they never have anything I would ever want or need. They typically cater to those who are new to the guitar or drums. I really wish they had a high-end store with a wider variety of top shelf guitars and Amplifiers.

Three stars because staff their is lazy, called to ask a specific guitar, ask if they have they in the inventory (new ones), a lady told me they have a new one in the back. But it turns out they have only one on display, most important its cracked. I drove 30 mins to there for this guitar, and i got very disappointed. Staff talks to his coworker while I asking for help, he ignored me. But, anyway, its guitar center, the store is not bad tbh.

My experience at this specific guitar center in Dublin was truly amazing! Friendly environment and was attentive to every customers needs while I was being helped! I would like to recognize Maira, Scott, Felipe, and the store manager Chad for helping me out tremendously and answering any questions I had. Chad’s suggestions were insightful and informative! He really knows how to take care of his customers!Definitely will be coming back to this specific store in the future! Rock on!

Its a nice place to pick up musical instruments. The staff is very courteous and super helpful. We made a mistake on the online order but they were helpful and worked on correcting it for us.

They have very good collections of musical instruments, accessories etc. They also conduct classes and there is also an recording studio I believe.. good amount of parking spots as well for convenience.

I tried to purchase a guitar, but after several attempts with multiple machines my card was declined every time.I left feeling disappointed and somewhat embraced , and no guitar.I was stressed about my bank card so I went to a gas station and was able to use the card without any problems.The store employers said they knew there was problems with their machines.This needs to be fixed.

Great place to buy a guitar when your buying for someone else and do not know a lot about electric guitars. Jose helped me and he was awesome. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable and super nice.

Our GPS said guitar center closes at 9pm so we took a 45mile drive arriving at 6:56pm just to find out they close at 7pm. They werent taking anymore people but they asked us what we came to purchase, checked the stock, and let us inside last minute to make our purchase. Clean, organized, professional, and extremely helpful staff. Definitely will be back, ON TIME next time.

I’ve gone into this store about a dozen times with the family. We were always asked if we needed help and they stock a lot of product here, this place is huge! The have a lot of instruments set up to introduce the kids to also😃Sales Associate Myra helped us out quite a few times and she is the best. Stop here are get the kids interested in music while they are young!

There was an absolutely amazing and huge variety of any instrument you would ever be looking for! As always, look up and make sure they have what you need. They might not always carry it. Come in and play your heart out on any guitar piano and drum set and see how you like it before you make a purchase.

The people there are beyond nice customer service is great for sure and they have so much variety of guitars.

Guitar center is by far a great pace for kids to hang out and play.I bought my first (nice) first guitar there...my piano, my amp, my mixing board, my bass, my left handed guitar, my acoustic guitar and all the cables and music sheet books as well.Take your kids and go play....Give yourself an hour or two...Have fun. Music builds our Childrens confidence, growth, discipline, and rhythm.TAKE YOUR KIDS. THEY WANT TO GO.

I love GuitarCenter in general. But truly the one in San Jose is just way better than this one in Dublin. Still fun spot to stop for some fun on instruments. A little overpriced though especially with Amazon these days.

This store has employees that really cares and are very knowledgeable. I was helped right away for a return and employee patiently helped while systems was having issues.There are good number of instruments which you can try and decide.Rental equipments are also great and reasonable for small or large gig.

Review is for their curbside service and not the staff:I visited this store today, hoping it was open. It was not. They had a sign stating the reason (covid19), so its understandable. Sign said to use their website and do curbside pick up . So I did. I guess the normal time its 4 to 5 hour wait . Then, if its your first time ordering online, your order goes into automatic fraud hold. And this can take a day or two to get your order processed. They should either state this on their sign, or just select delivery. Their curbside system needs a lot of work. Dont waste your time.

I dont usually make negative reviews, but in this case, I think of this as fair warning. Guitar Center markets their Lessons department as World Class Music Instruction on their website. At this particular location, I want to say that this marketing pitch is appearing to be a complete lie. I have been in the Lessons waiting room and have listened to the girl talk who apparently does the signups and administration. I think her name is Lizzy. She treats the instructors with no respect at all, and speaks in a denigrating way behind their backs to others. When I spoke with her about signing up, which I did not do, she was curt and pushy. I was interested in one instructor who I heard playing in the store and thought was very good. As it turns out, He no longer works there. No wonder. There seems to be much turn over of instructors, my guess is that management is only interested in bringing people in to drive their retail sales quota and not interested in education really. My recommendation; if you want a professional mentor for music instruction, dont bother with the fact that this place is in a convenient location, find a skilled teacher who is in an environment that is suitable for competent instruction and mentoring. Really, dont go here, its really not a friendly place for learning.

The staff was in good spirits as they had only been open 5 days and Fridays line went around the block. I did have to wait 20 minutes for social separation and they offered hand sanitizer and cleaned the keyboard before i played. Normal times these are not but they made it seem as normal as possible. Another good thing is that match internet pricing so easy to buy.

Many instruments in addition to guitars. They rent and repair in addition to sales. Dont forget lessons too. Lots of room to play your prospective instrument before you decide on which one you want. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, moreover they are available.

The Dublin store looks great. Different departments are fairly visible, such as guitar, drums, etc. A store representative dropped what he was doing to help me. He was knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. Check out was a breeze.

Just came to this store looking for a guitar. Spoke to 4 different sales people and was given the run around that they would find help but never received help. The store was not packed at all. 45 minutes of wasted time. We ended up leaving and will not return trip.

Friendly and nice service, they are willing to help and communicate to you all the time. Other guitar centers don’t have that, and I have been to many several times.

This is the Best One Stop Shop for Music Lovers. Very Good Quality and Service. They always beat or meet even lowest price of other online competitors.

Mixed bag, Ive had experience with two of the employees here. A younger guy in the music tech section of the store was very pleasant and helpful, while an older guy in the guitar section was outright hostile while I was purchasing an amp from him. We had used a voucher for the amp and didnt buy the cables he was pushing on us heavily so I assume we ate into his commission, still this is no reason to be rude.

Nice place to buy music instruments, but customer service really sucks at this place. There is actually no one to help. The guitar center location in Walnut Creek/Concord is much better.

Great experience! Nice, helpful knowledgeable staff, with no sales pressure. Wide variety of instruments, and a lot of stuff in stock...most set to demo or able to be played. Good prices and some cool clearance gift stuff as well!

Didnt know that Guitar center was even at this location. This was an impulse stop. Upon entering I was pleased that the DJ / Pro Audio section was right in front if the store. A very knowledgeable sells associate helped me w/ mic cables & audio questions I had. I forgot her name but she worked as a sound engineer for most of her professional career. Check out this GC if in the area its hip & modern.

This place is really cool! Lots of instruments and at every station, there is a photo and information about an instructor who teaches the instruments in that section.The people who work here are really cool and knowledgeable too! We will be back for lessons 😋!

This place has insane stuff and guitars

Love this place, everything you need for music, audio, etc, well stocked, so happy this opened. People are friendly.

Nice store. My complaint was that the sales personnel were not friendly. No one ever asked me if I needed help or had any questions. They probably could have sold something to me but I could buy anything they have online so... they need to give a little more personal service. It’s all about sales training and being able to spot a perspective buyer.

Its nice and chill, you can try out a bunch of guitars. The employees are welcoming.

Ive found this to be one of the better GCs as far as the attitude is concerned, and Ive been in more than my fair share over the last few decades. Maybe not quite as much inventory as some other GCs, but they have all the bases covered.The 5-Star rating, in particular, is for Mick. If youre after a guitar, hes the heavyweight champ in that department. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, pressure-free . . . and patient.Hell take good care of you.

Fun store with friendly staff and a big selection of instruments to pick from.

Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Some days they greet you as you walk in or if youre browsing a particular section. Other days, the staff will completely ignore you and BS with each other until you go grab one of them to assist you.

They dont have many people working there, and it may have to do with the fact that they just opened. However, the store manager is very kind and she cares about customers. Certainly far better than other Guitar Centers, like the one in Santa Clara.

Brought in my guitar for a tune up. Apparently there is only one person that does this service (Chris) and if hes not there (Weds/Thurs) you cant get a lot of help with it. When I went to pick it up, the person that helped me couldnt tell if it was done or not. So I had to wait another couple of days, and it turns out that it was actually done the first time I went in. Other than this so-so experience, the store itself is really nice and the people are very friendly.

I wish they had a negative star Id choose that one. Ive been here for over 45 minutes, drove all the way from tracy and cant get no service. I have the money and I know what. This is crazy. Ill never shop here again.

Snobby, pretentious salesman who sneered when I asked if they had any headphones with noise-canceling mics. When I asked where the keyboards were, he pointed to the section and walked away. Rock on, snobby Guitar Center salesman. We all look forward to being moved by your stirring talent.

Lost me as a customer today. Guy refused to take a $20 guitar stand out of a plastic bag so I could check the fit.Spent a lot of money at this GC, but its time to move on.

Not very helpful here. Maybe my experience was unique, but the last time I walked in and tried to buy a guitar and nobody seemed interested to help me accomplish that.

Place an order for pickup on items that are available for pickup just to get my order pushed back 3 days and they arent even in stock at the store.

Busy store with lots of great product!

This store makes me feel like I’m a bother to deal with, Never works with you on discounting, and it just leaves an overall bad taste in my mouth. Go to Concord GC, or order blind from Sweetwater. You will get a better deal and better service 👍.
