After having two deals fail with other Kubota dealers because they couldn’t hold or get the implement we needed most for our new tractor, David and his team were a breath of fresh air.My husband and I have been in the process of buying a tractor for 3 weeks now because no one could get us all the implements we need. After my husband wasted 3 hours driving to Pooler to pickup our new tractor only for Hendrix to have sold the implements we need and not have the decency to call and tell him not to drive all that way, he called and spoke with David who walked onto the lot, found the correct tractor, implements, and wheels to fit our needs. When he told us he needed to switch to the Ag tires and hook up the front loader, we thought that would take a few days but he told us it would be ready in two hours. David and his team were professional, friendly, courteous and honest. They were able to get us exactly what we needed and were a pleasure to do business with.
