Five stars for cookies! They are terrific, as good as what we had in Delaware. We realized that if youre not a sweet tooth, try those with fruity flavor, with less icing, or eat the cookies with milk. Every time, we took an adventure to get the new flavors, and they never let us down. However, even though the cookies are delicious, I may not suggest visiting this store during rush hours. Their working flow seemed to need some improvements. Curbside pickup or avoid rush hours would save you a lot of time.

Totally get it. You stand in line for over an hour to order these bundles of baked joy and hope they are worth the wait in line. I’m still not sure if they were worth the wait in line but they were pretty darn tasty. Watching the staff churn out hundreds of cookies and not miss a beat and remain friendly (they have to be exhausted) makes me give them kudos in any food service environment. The cookies were very good too - strawberry, salted Carmel, cake batter were all excellent. The only one I wasn’t impressed with was the chocolate chip. But I’m not complaining. Excellent place.

Love love love Crumbl Cookies 🍪 but if I could make a suggestion, instead of putting the pink box directly on the counter while adding the finishing touches on the cookies, please place the box on something that elevates it off the counter instead. It just seems like every time they had to wipe off the sticky frosting or etc from the bottom of the pink box but residues still remains, not great for your hands nor the car. Thanks!

The cookies are BIG, about 4 in diameter. They are made fresh and all three that I sampled were very good. They were soft, sugary and the icing was similar to a sweet buttercream. Not like cake frosting, cool whip or cream cheese frosting. The wait seemed long because of the line, but it was only 10 minutes from the time I got in line to when I had my cookies in hand. Trendy and clean interior. Worth noting that the wall order station was not operational.

I order from Crumbl regularly. Their cookies are always delicious! With a rotating menu each week, it is always exciting to see what they will be offering!

Hands down, these cookies are UHmazing!! I dont even like cookies...when I tried Crumbl, blown away! Every cookie they make is 🔥 The outside is lightly crisp while the inside is soft and they are HUGE!! I wish they sold them in smaller cookies to make it easier to share and also sold milk...but thats minor. BEST DESSERT EVER!

Honestly one of the greatest dessert experiences. Their cookies are top notch. Usually a bit of a wait at this location most of the day but you can always order online and pickup, either on their website or app. They change their menu every week, and if youre not a fan of the weekly choices, they have a few default options as well.

We have been there 3 times(We live 2 hours away), Anytime we are in the Dublin area we get a 1/2 dozen to share between the two of us. The cookies are delicious! Worth breaking your diet. The icing meted in my warm car. This week the flavors were birthday cake, double chocolate, salted caramel and peach cobbler. They offer curbside pickup. Some flavors sell out fast.

These cookies are, and I dont say this lightly, TO. DIE. FOR. We went there at 10 pm on a Saturday night and the line was way down the sidewalk and for good reason. These cookies are seriously the size of your whole hand - or bigger. We tried a variety - the cinnamon one tasted like the most delicious cinnamon roll you ever had combined with the most delicious cake you ever had. The chocolate chip defies description. The oatmeal raisin was heavenly and the cosmic brownie - out of this world. Seriously, It takes a lot to excite me about a cookie - or make me want to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes just to order, but Id do it again in a heartbeat. This is the new BEST THING in town.

It’s just meh 😑 personally. The fact that i had to wait on the line for a freaking 30+ minutes just killing the excitement. And when I bought several cookies, it’s not worth the 30+ minutes wait. Not quite sure what people talking about here, I certainly had better cookies elsewhere. Will I be back again? Most likely not. It’s delicious just NOT that delicious.

This place always has the best tasting cookies. I wish they would get the cookie cutters back in stock. The size of the cookies are large enough to share and that would make it easier to share them. Otherwise this place is great. I’ll order them for my team at work on a regular basis and they really enjoy them. It’s fun to watch and wait for the new flavors to be revealed weekly.

I was skeptical at first about Crumbl cookies. How good could they be really? Then I went from buying a cookie to buying party boxes in a couple weeks. I love that they change up the cookies every week while keeping a few staples around like chocolate chip. The cookies are large, soft and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful with making honest suggestions.

This place is always extremely busy and there’s a reason why…these cookies are sooo good! Worth the wait if there’s a line. Worth every dime. Love that there are weekly flavors, so it’s never boring or feels repetitive. Just used the curbside pickup for the first time. Was nice to place my order and have them delivered WARM to my vehicle! Crumbl cookies are simply the best! I love a great desert and Crumbl gives me just that. The cookies aren’t overly sweet and the flavors every week are ones worth trying. Crumbl gives me luxury in every bite! I hold a taste testing almost every weekend with my sister and friends and they too have come to love it. No cookie beats a Crumbl cookie !!!

These are literally hands down the best cookies I’ve ever had. I’m not even a big “cookie” person, but they’re just so satisfying & BIG. I got a box of 4 and it took my partner and I 4 days to get through them! They stayed good and I will definitely be back every time I’m nearby. Staff was friendly as well.

I was sitting at home tonight and randomly thought wow, I really want some cookies. We didnt have most of the ingredients needed to make our own, so my partner recommended researching whether any cookie places near us delivered, and thats how we found Crumble. How did we not know about Crumbl cookies before today?? We decided to impulse buy a dozen cookies (not knowing how big they are) and have them delivered. I included a picture with a 12-oz can for size reference, these cookies are BIG. There are only 2 of us in this house. Weve made a mistake. A delicious, delicious mistake.

The only reason I give this store 2 stars is because of the obscene wait time. Waiting in line for 40 minutes is heinous. You can’t even place an online/curbside order because they are slammed with customers wrapped around the building. I’ve been to several Crumbl cookies locations, in different states even and none of them have had a wait quite like the dublin store. I personally will not be back and will encourage friends/family to go elsewhere for their sweet treat or even to another Crumbl location. The cookies themselves are absolutely the best - cookies are 5 stars! But be warned: the wait time and line out the door is NOT worth it!

Limited parking at most times, usually super busy even on cold or rainy evenings. The cookies are worth the wait but I feel like a new system should be in place so the wait time isnt 30 minutes outside. Cookies are always delicious!

A friend had these sent to me when I was 9 months pregnant. They were the most amazing gift. They arrived warm from the store and were the best cookies I’ve ever had. Plus they are as big as your head but still baked perfectly!

This is no ordinary cookie bakery. These are quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever had, and definitely the best cookies in Columbus. Attention to detail is given to each cookie’s base, frosting/cream, toppings, and even serving temperature. They rotate new flavors each week to keep things fresh and exciting!When it’s available, I highly recommend going for the Churro cookie. It’s so soft, has a delicate cinnamon icing on top, and is sprinkled with cinnamon sugar to give an extra sweet texture and taste. The classic Milk Chocolate Chip cookie has a chunky, chocolatey bite that pairs amazingly with milk, as it should. I’m really glad the Chilled Sugar cookie is served cold as it makes the intense sugar level more consumable. Know that this cookie has a strong almond extract flavor so expect that to be present.Note: these cookies are rich and heavy—you can definitely get by splitting one with someone. The calories in just one of them would make any store-bought cookie blush.

This place has the most Amazing cookies I have ever had! I recently placed an online order after hours and the cookies were to be delivered the next morning. The cookies were never delivered like the app said would happen. After calling the store and discussing the issue, the company made it right and had my cookies delivered when I was able to be home. Also, because of the confusion from the app, they gave me a card for a free box of cookies. Kudos to Crumbl for doing so! If you havent tried these cookies yet, youre missing out! Go get ya some!!

I inquired on a catering order a month in advance, and asked about using cellophane packaging as advertised on the website. The manager said they stopped offering that as an option, but was accommodating and said to reach out 1 week before the event and drop her name, and Id be taken care of. I did just that, and when I connected with a worker, was told to call the next day because a manager was not available at the time. Seemed fair, so I called the next day, and the worker said the manager couldnt talk to me (not because she wasnt there), and that theyd have a remote catering employee reach out, but if I didnt hear back same-day to call again to avoid any issues with getting the order in time. I didnt receive the call, so I called back before EOB. The worker put me on hold to ask the manager for assistance and was told to tell me you should probably hear back in 24 hours. I manage a business - this was a poor management experience, and a let down. No one should have to call a business 4 times to offer their business. Gave the business to another franchisee.

The cookies are great, the ordering process in store is not. For someone disabled having a cashless checkout system with only a touchscreen to complete your transaction is not easy. At the very least there should be someone readily available to assist you. Everyone in there when I went was making cookies and no one was at the register.

The line was SUPER long so just be ware of that. Also, the cookies are HUGE... they dont look that big online. The iced sugar cookie was good and the apple pie. That cinnamon fry bread is for the birds

Omg, the best cookie I have ever had. Yes it is expensive but I think worth it. My only wish is that the customer service wasn’t that bad. The last time I was there I got eye rolled by this young girl who works there. I know they get busy I understand but taking good care of a regular customer is also part of the job. That day when she rolled her eyes to me I just left the line, I didn’t think it was worth the wait after an attitude like this

I don’t understand why or how this place is so highly rated. I understand that their menu changes weekly but regardless the menu needs to be made visible. There is no menu posted either behind the counter or in front of the counter which means there is no way to see if they have gluten, dairy or nut free options. I had to wait in line only to find out that they don’t have any gluten-free options which is strange that they don’t have at least one option in today’s world. Though I wasn’t surprised when I saw their pathetic menu of only four different types of cookies, for a supposed “cookie” bakery.

Great sugar cookies I love most of the flavours… however the chocolate one is not good chocolate at all. They never have the flavours I go there for and repeat the same flavours a lot. But aside from all of that it’s a cute place and the cookies are good.

Magnificent cookies. The cornbread cookie is probably the most delightful cookie I’ve ever had. They’ve developed the perfect amount of frosting to delicious cookie ratio.The only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because the new $8.25 delivery fee is absolutely ridiculous. The $6 charge was bad enough. If I ever go by a Crumbl, sure, I’ll stop, but for delivery, Insomnia Cookies is $3, has more variety and is pretty darn good too.
