My experience at the LensCrafters was a pleasant one. Everyone at this store from the doctor to ordering glasses were very professional and efficient. Everyone made my visit easy and not time- consuming. I definitely recommend this store to others. They have a wonderful selection as well.

Dr. Mihaly was great! He showed me the pictures of my retina & explained everything clearly. It was cool to see pics of the inside of my eyes, first time I had ever experienced that. I also made an off-hand comment about my eye itching & feeling like something was in it (like a lash or something) and we had a discussion about that, even though thats not why I was there. He gave me a coupon for an OTC product to get & advised the proper way/dosage to use it. Also Lori was great with getting me set up with frames & getting my measurements for my progressive lenses. All around, great experience.

Emily was amazing!!! I went in with extremely old glasses and she tightened them up for me with no hesitation!! Im from out of town and her service was great!!! 5 stars from me!!!

My experience with this location is awesome. On it and I was informed that it would take approximately 1week for glasses and it was only a few days. Great selection and awesome customer service. Check them out. I have special lenses and they took care of me. Recommend them to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend this Lencrafters at Tuttle Mall, I have four family members who have been going there at least 4 years. Dr Samantha Kinross is highly recommended, she’s very professional, and compassionate about what she does.Melissa the optometrist technician is also very good at assisting you with picking out your glasses, and making sure everything is correct before placing order.She’s also highly recommended.

It’s been a while since I got my eyes checked so I finally made an appointment and went in. I went right in they were ready this awesome guy (name started with a C) Younger guy, got me checked in and everything we had a great conversation. The doctor came in very personable, and then I worked with a lady named Tori who help me look for glasses after all of that was completed. Extremely pleasant experience!

The optician was very helpful in explaining options, features, benefits. Made us feel comfortable, never rushed. Very personal in his service to both me and my son. Relationship between LensCrafters store staff and Optometry staff was seamless and made our experience very convenient.

I had a great experience here today. I purchased a pair of glasses from them years ago but they had broken. I took them in to see if they could be repaired and they helped me out quickly and happily. Great to see great service after the sale. Friendly staff, great manager! Will be back for my next pair.

We went into the store as my son needed his new glasses adjusted. We had purchased them elsewhere. Robert, the team lead at Tuttle was very helpful and patient. He did an excellent job with my sons glasses. He also willingly helped a friend from China fix her glasses that American Optical Repair on Bethel Rd was unable to help. Her glasses had been damaged and we thought the part where the temple piece attaches was broken. He assessed it was still attached. With great skill and patience he fixed the problem, adjusted her temples and progressive lenses! Her glasses are now great and shes been wearing them all afternoon! If he gives such excitement customer service to people who have not purchased glasses there, I can only imagine its top notch to those who purchase their glasses there! Therefore, my son, friend and I highly recommend this business!

Both doctor and the sales person were awesome

The gentleman that waited on me was customer friendly and knowledgeable about products and sizes. Most importantly he listen to the information he was given and proceeded with sales and assistance accordingly. Macy’s LensCrafters this level of customer service gets you a two pair sale. Rolling your eyes in the back of your head as you see gets you none.

Was told my glasses would be in on a specific day and that I’d be notified. I called just to Clarify they’ve arrived, was placed on hold to the point I was hung up on. The next person picked up and said my glasses arrived at the store. I reiterated it was mine by giving my name, and was still told they’re in. I get to the store, my glasses aren’t even in yet. And wouldn’t be for almost another week. Nobody communicated with me for 1) they actually are not in. 2) that the glasses would arrive A WEEK later than promised. For these to be my first pair of glasses ever, truly unhappy with the service as I have been very patient.

Called at 2:00 to see if I could get an eye exam the same day they scheduled me for 4:00 same day. They were busy but explained to me what was going on and made sure I knew they didnt forget about me. Stacy helped me pick out 3 different frames regular glasses, sunglasses, and safety glasses. She was very knowledgeable, helpful,and honest. One pair was ready in about an hour the rest were ready the next morning. I would recommend anyone to go to this LensCrafters.

I stopped in the Lens Crafters today to look at glasses. Robert was extremely helpful and friendly. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had while looking for glasses. I was being picky and sat around for almost an hour trying to choose a pair. He was very patient and gave me really good advice. He was thorough and is fantastic at what he does! He was accommodating towards everyone who walked into the store. He did a great job of juggling everyone’s needs! Definitely recommend Robert at this lens crafters location.

Excellent sales associate & receptionist!!!! Not only did I called for a last minute appointment & got schedule for the same day!!! I also showed up late with both my kids & they were so patient, understanding & helpful. Not to mention they had a little play area for my 2 year old which kept him busy while I had my eye exam. Exceptional service, the doctor explain detail by detail the exam & answered all my questions. The receptionist was amazing; she played w my son to keep him distracted while I picked out my frames!!!! Just AMAZING!!!! Got my glasses the same day too for a great price!!!!

Usually have good experiences here, but today was a little aggravating. And I cant really put the blame on the sales person, but rather the circumstances.Needed prescription sunglasses. They said they had a few people in front of me. Took about 20 minutes for that. Picked out the style I wanted in mean time. When the sales person came to help, I was told that a certain color lens blocks the most UV light. Thats what I want then. It so happened that that particular color lens was in the model glasses I had chosen. Unfortunately,, the manufacturer of that brand does not make that color lens for prescription use. So with the help of the sales associate, we came up with another color although I wasnt thrilled with it. We sit down and start the fitting process, go through the pricing (cost was exorbitant, even with insurance). Then when all I need to do is sign the receipt, we learn that the frame style I chose would not hold the prescription strength lens that I require. By that time I had spent a good 40 minutes and was quite tired of the process. The sales associate showed me a few other frame styles, but they werent even close to what I had first chosen. So I am looking elsewhere. It doesnt mean I wont be back for my regular check up next year, but they lost me as ever wanting to shop for sunglasses there again.

I made a same day appointment online for this location that was super easy. I was having issues with my contacts and wanted seen same day. Long story short my vision got worse since my visit to the Sawmill Rd location earlier this year. They were also able to obtain my medical records from the other location very quickly.Dr. Mihaly was extremely knowledgeable, educated, and kind. He made it feel like I was at a private practice as opposed to a chain LensCrafters. He took the time to listen and answer my questions thoroughly. I plan to use this location for all of my eye care needs thanks to this experience.

Ive been trying to order a pair of glasses for my daughter for over a month now and get a different answer every time I talk to the store. Latest is the frames were put on hold and she had to come in to be measured for the lenses. Well she came in over 2 weeks ago to be measured but was told she couldnt be measured until the frames came in and they didnt have the frames but can get them from another store. Told they will have them in about 7 days and will call when they come it. Over 2 weeks later I call to check on them and told they didnt have any notes that she came in and that she was told they would be ordered from another store etc. Told they may still be on hold so will check and call me back. Different person called me back hours later and said another store shipped them a couple days ago and they will have them in 2 - 3 days. I asked what store and for a tracking number. Given the telephone number of store. Called the store. No they havent shipped them yet but will ship them that day and gave me a tracking number. Checked tracking number yesterday and again this morning. Label has been created but package has not shipped out yet. I told them we have the get them and pay for them before the end of May cause she loses her insurance. Found out she has it till end of June so yesterday told them she has to get the this week. She is set on these frames but may just go elsewhere. Tired of runaround and does not lead to confidence in quality of other services

The optometrist is all always helpful. Love the hours of availability....I dont have to loose time off work to get an appt. Keep up the good work!

I felt like the optician was pushing me into getting a contacts vision test even though I only had questions about it.

I ordered lenses for my frame, 2 weeks later this was not done and they lost my frame !!!

I went in to browse since I just got my Rx and was debating wheather to get contacts or glasses. When I walked in, there was only one customer who was being helped, and me. The other employee (Who was not helping anyone) was just sitting there and did not acknowledge my presence, even though I was the only one standing waiting for someone so I can ask a few questions I had. I kept looking, holding one of the frames I really liked and still waiting... A man walked in and was asked if he needed help right away. I felt discriminated so I put the frames down and walked away. I headed over to Pearl Vision on the other side of the mall and was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. They answered all my questions and even gave me trial colored contacts in case I choose to go with them. I drove all the way out there with the intentions to get my glasses or contacts from this place, but with the way I was ignored I took my business elsewhere. They have really nice feames though.

I bought a pair of Burberry glasses from a Lenscrafters in St. Louis 2 years ago and someone stepped on my glasses last weekend and the lens popped out (thankfully didnt break). I brought the lens and frames to this location and they promptly fixed my glasses, replaced the nose pads, and readjusted the frames so they sit on my face properly (it had gotten a little crooked). For free!I will definitely be coming back here when I need new frames/lenses.

Update: got a text that my glasses were ready at 6:30 on 7/26 when I was advised that they should be ready on 7/24. Got there around 8:40 (as early as I could get there with such random late notice). Got there, got my glasses went over to a mirror to try them on. Was in the midst of walking back to get my phone that I had momentarily placed on the reception desk (store was basically empty). Guy with dark hair/Ponytail and glasses tells me to come over to him, look in a different mirror and wiggle my head and all of this extra stuff that I didnt need to be doing....I just want my glasses. Tells me he needs up update my address then reads off to me my current address on his tablet (what am I updating?) I walk off forgetting my phone because I was doing unnecessary things with him. I call my phone at about 8:50 and another gentleman answers and was very nice and told me they should be there a little after 9 and that I could come retrieve my phone. Im walking up to the door at 8:58 literally and the guy who originally helped me is closing the gate. Why is the gate closed if I just told you I was 3 minutes away and coming back to get my phone? I say to him can someone get my phone? He walks off to go get it at turtle speed meanwhile the mall is closing its doors in literally 30 seconds. My friend who was with me.tells me he was shaking his head while he was walking back. Idk what that guys problem is but the younger guy with blonde hair, ponytail and glasses was very nice. THE GUY I INTERACTED WITH HSD THE TOTAL OPPOSITE DEMEANOR OF THE PEOPLE/LADIES I ORIGINALLY WORKED WITH.Wouldnt come back unless I were working with them. The other question is, why is your gate closed at 8:58 if your advertised hours are until 9:00PM. I truly hate businesses like that. Was happy with my experience with LensCrafters until this.Went here after having a horrible experience with another eyeglass place in the mall. Everyone was really nice, even if they didnt want to be there I couldnt tell lol. Person who checked me in was helpful and doctor was nice enough. Pretty happy with the prescription I got and the selection of frames. Went in knowing my benefits so I wasnt coerced into getting anything I didnt really need. Stacie helped me with looking at frames and completing my order. She was very nice, total contrast from my previous eyeglass experience at Tuttle. Would recommend. They were busy though but not annoyingly busy. Would recommend based on the experience I had.
