We were in town from Florida to pick up our daughter from The Ohio State University. When I called to ask about the hours and lounge availability the customer service and genuine desire for us to enjoy a cigar were evident. When we walked in the service and selection were amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the recommendations were phenomenal. The lounge was incredible as were the friendly patrons who right away welcomed us and even offered to share their high-end bourbon. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Called to ask about a specific product which they did have on hand. I believe I spoke with Chris the first time and dont remember who I spoke with the second time but both were very professional, courteous and just amazing customer service. I wish I lived closer to be able to visit the store in person but will continue to be a customer whenever possible since I live out of state. Very impressed with them on how they handled my purchase from out of state. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer services. 👍👍👍

Its one of my go to places when Im off.The staff there are very courteous and knowledgeable.You can pick a good cigar or pipe tobacco and sit down and relax for a little while before getting on with your day.(after you pay for the items of course) Their pipe selection is one of the best that Ive came across.Try not to fall asleep on the comfortable furniture in their smoking lounge area.If your looking for a friendly comfortable smoke shop, this is the destination.

This gem is tucked away in the elbow of a strip mall. It consists of three major areas:1. The main showroom where you are welcome to look closely at the various cigars, pipes, and accessories including a pipe tobacco bar;2. A large, walk-in humidor, with cigars at generally higher price points but with geographic and/or production backstories, and3. The smoke lounge, an inviting, low-light, highly ventilated area with seating options from bar stools to luxurious leather chairs. This is a large area that I somehow missed my first trip! Several flat screens are on the wall, with chess, cards, and dominoes available should a game come up.The staff are friendly, not overbearing but very willing to help when asked. On staff, Paxton, or Pep, is one gentleman that helped with finding two Maduros at different price points Id been seeking.I hope you will find this tobacco oasis as charming and pleasant as I have.

Cool place with a great selection of cigars and projects. The people who work there are not only friendly, they also know their stuff and are very helpful.The lounge room is very nice and open, socially distance enabled. When I was there it was not overly crowded.Good location right in the Dublin.

By far the Tinderbox Dublin is the best cigar shop in Columbus. With a wide array of cigars to choose from, the most knowledgeable staff, friendly patrons and an owner that actually cares about the cigar industry how couldnt it be my favorite?One of the best parts about the Tinderbox Dublin is that its one of the few cigar shops Ive ever been to that sells you quality products without the outrageous markup rates.Theyve got a really good pipe selection too if thats your thing. Would recommend paying them a visit!

I live on the other side of town and never been to this shop Decided to check it out and they have one of the craziest padron collections Ive ever seen!!! Im a pipe smoker primarily but I like a nice patron cigar onceIn a while. Luckily there was a guy who also liked padron because I didnt even know they made that many different cigars!? He was kind and patient to explain all the different lines and sizes in great detail, these guys know their stuff! Was going to buy 1 ended up snagging 5. Worth the 40 minute drive, that was a cool experience

Great staff. Home of the Pipe Guru. Google screwed up the hours. Its 9-7 Monday thru Thursday, 9-8 Friday and Saturday, 12-5 Sunday.
