I was not very happy with this store, because at the end of the signatures to buy the car I realized that they had increased 3000 dollars more than the agreed price and 3 more months of payment, I complained but they gave me an explanation that until now I do not understand it. As it was almost at the end of the signatures, everything was so fast that it did not give us time to backtrack.

Was trying to purchase a car from this dealership. Made a deal agreed on price. Secured local financing. Then they told me I was required to fill out a loan application through there outfit which has a negative 789 consumer score / do not use. I have been unable to find anyone that can communicate as to the reasons why that is required.

Karina was awesome! We drove down from Redding and she called on our way down to let us know a change had been made with the cars. We bought a cts and it exeeded our expectations. She got us a better car with lower miles. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. If you want 10 star service ask for Karina!

This place didnt listen to anything I said about what I wanted done with my car. I said all I need is an oil change and a car wash. I listen to country music only so I know what my car stereo is set on. Its not rap or r&b music. Ugh!! And I know how much gas was in my car when I left it. I got my car back with the tires rotated. I didnt ask for that, but I had to pay for it. Not cool. My oil was changed. Thank God. My car didnt get washed like I requested and was told it would get done. My radio was on some rap radio station when I turned it on and 1/8 of a tank of my gas was used up when I got it back. Im very unhappy and never returning there for service. Im going back to the Roseville Chevy dealership where they take excellent care of me and my car.

We visited here just to check out whether we want to buy a new car we like the Cadillac X5 tom Baxley was very helpful I’m not quite ready to buy yet but when we are we will return here to purchase our car.After buying an XT5 elsewhere i tried to make an appointment to get it serviced here and it seems they are not to call me back even though they said they would? guess they don’t want my business.

Well I went in for a checkup and after explaining the issue with the service rep whom Ive dealt with in the past he made a suggestion and they looked into the situation gave me a solution but forgot to check and see if the solution fixed the problem and it didnt. So all in all I just felt like I paid for a solution but still had the problem and instead of giving great customer service because the problem was clear as day they put me through the ringer, I wont be going back there ever again.

One of the most frustrating places and business you will ever come across. Every single person we have encountered was incompetent and tried to make themselves sound important and that they knew what they were talking about. They all come across so fake and arrogant. I took our new vehicle in for the first free maintenance service for oil change, tires rotated, and full detail wash, which was too include removing minor dents and scratches. I specifically pointed out these dents and scratches fo them to repair, which we paid extra for the Auto Butler to cover these issues. They said they would take care of them. They also said I would have a courtesy vehicle to use for the day. Started there when no vehicle was available. They dropped me off at a car rental for me to go through all the paperwork and waste about 1.5 hours dealing with that. Although I did get a nice GMC Yukon SUV for the day on them. Went to pickup my vehicle at the end of the day and the dent and scratches were still there. Now for the spin, they said they would only buff it out and no repairs were included! I told we paid for the extra service and it was supposed to be included. Their response was to show them the paperwork. Now we need to go back through and show them the policy. A few days later we discovered our second row floor mats were missing. I called them about this and was put on hold for about 15 minutes. I asked them to call me back when they found them. No surprise, but no call back! Saga continues with this ridiculous dealership! AVOID THEM!

I hate dealerships and the dishonest sales folks that work there.

Received en email with price but when I arrived it was a mistake even though I verified via phone prior to going out there.

Brought the 2013 Tahoe here due to burned out diff. The repair took a little longer than expected but I was given a loaner car. So far there are no issues, of course, bringing it to the dealer means you pay dealer prices. ouch!

Bad experience buying my Q50. Very unprepared. Agreed to a meeting time to finalize the contracts. I took an extended lunch, drove 50 miles, only to find out I had to wait another 2.5 hours for their people to get everything ready. Unlikely to buy from them again.

This place need to be upgrade..there was no coffee no water cups...
