I havent been to Big 5 in years...used to shop there all the time when my children were young ...I went in for running shoes...found what I wanted and then some...lol...all things sports and outdoorsy are available there. Great experience...

The employees at this Big 5 store are very helpful. They always ask if they could help find what were looking for and take the extra effort to make suggestions and go into the back stock room to check for sizes. I wonder if its a change in Big 5 or if the store is well managed I hope its both.

Came in looking for a jacket and did not find one but I was very impressed with the attention I got from every single employee that works there. Very helpful and courteous, excellent customer service ➕ big plus 👍Was not disappointed and got the help I needed.Will definitely return to this store if in need of any sporting goods.

Super helpful and friendly staff, always a nice experience to stop in at this location to pickup something. I now typically go here 1st if I need sporting goods stuff because of the great staff (ALL of them!).

Its amazing that a store with such a small foot print would offer something for everyone. The sales team is always so helpful and upbeat. The store is clean and jammed pack with merchandise everywhere. Sometimes its a little difficult to see the forest through the trees but no ones complaining.

Im guessing the guy that helped me was the manager and lets just say he was one of the best guides Ive dealt with. I came in looking for a product and not only did he show me one he also showed me many others competitors. Very insightful. Thank you... Forgot his name.

They are one of the best sport equipment shop. I was able to find a tennis racket which was in another store and called them to send to this store and within 1 week, was able to get it with the discount price!! Awesome staff with nice friendly attitude..

Came here last minute for cleats. They had a good selection and the sizes we needed. Plus the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Whats for the big 5 print ads. Anything thats on those ads are priced very attractively. They have a fairly wide selection of all the various sporting goods but they usually dont have an extensive Inventory of any one sport.

I always watch the online daily ads, they come via email. I have found some great deals on products I watch. It only takes a few seconds to look at the ad and once in awhile Ive found great bargains.

Most of the time I find items I need here. Shoes I love buying here. This store has lots of friendly staff but the store itself is jammed packed. No designated aisles. Im serious, they need bigger space.

Fair. Cashier pointed us around the store instead of showing us where the merchandise was. Wouldve bought more than the $200 we spent if we were given better service.

Large chain with large selection. Conveniently located in Dublin near 680/580 freeway. Those not familiar with store layout can be overwhelmed with volume of items. Impulse buyers beware. They prey on you with their deals and managers specials.

This store always seems cluttered. If I were in a wheelchair I couldnt get through the door. That being said, staff is very friendly & always eager to help.

Big 5 carries a lot of cheap and off-brand outdoor goods and the selection always feels picked-over. I came here looking for golf discs and hiking shoes and left empty handed.
