Hey this is my store right on Summit Road in Dublin Ohio at the Northwest section of Columbus diesel clean well staffed just niceBut as you can see from the pictures the Covid pandemic is causing everybody to buy all the toilet paper and paper towels in the store once againThey gave the store rating because with everything it’s been on the news over the last few weeks you would think a big change like this would be prepared to restock their shelves but they are not that’s why they got four out of

Easy pick up and reliable. The staff is veryfriendly and the order was processed within an hour. Thumbs up to the management.

Came here for starbucks and didnt get my points for starbucks or target and asked for a receipt so i can do it offline and the cashier couldnt do it and said it was too late. If i ever needed anything printed it was never a problem.

The store is very clean and they always have everything I need in stock. They have competitive pricing, quick service and a Starbucks. How do you beat that!!

This target rocks, the only downside is the recycle bins are often overflowing, so hopefully whenever they replace the bins they can get bigger ones.

Wtg Target. As the mother of gay children , plenty of gay friends , and gay clients , I am very proud of Target for stepping up and selling Pride clothing and accessories. Was so pleased to pick up many items for today’s Pride Fest in C’Bus. Cashier was very sweet and friendly. Again, Wtg Target.

Curbside pick up always works well and items are brought out quickly, which I love!

There was some chaos at the pick up counter, and the signage in-store on what to do/where to go wasnt evident. The employees I engaged with were pleasant, smiling, and working hard - all of which deserve an amazing pat on the back!

I stopped in yesterday. As you can imagine, place was a madhouse (week of Christmas). However, I was able to pick up my online order much faster than anticipated. David helped me out. This is a tough time for any store, but the team was quick, courteous, and safe. They are on top of it.

We love Nate in the electronics department. He is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Oh Target. The place we all go into thinking we’re gonna buy ONE thing. Seriously, I know you’ve thought that and failed. This location is no different and they have great service representatives!

The drive and pick up process was fast and easy. I appreciate the ease on these trying times. Boyfriend loved the coat!

Cleanliness and customer service.

Love this location. It’s not wildly picked over like some of the other locations in Columbus. I do wish they would stock more cleaning supplies! I know everyone is having a shortage but this one almost never has any. Mrs Meyers acorn spice all purpose cleaner in specific! ;) the eye center is great! I love the lady with the long colorful red hair! She’s awesome!

Fast friendly service, an easy pickuo experience

The Team at Sawmill goes above and beyond expectations. Especially Nate. Nate does everything possible for the customer and it shows in how he interacts with every customer equally, professionally, and respectfully.

This store was racially profiling me and my daughter, watching us, communicating through their walky talky to see if bought anything in the store. Did not anyone ask us if we needed help finding anything, but following us around the store. I will not shop at this store anymore.

Store was organized and face coverings were being enforced.

The only place that had a switch at the time. The staff was friendly and I liked how it isnt as updated as other targets cause it felt familiar and nice to look around. Nice location too.

I called several times to ask if they’d check the shelves for an item that was showing limited availability Online at this store only. I live across town and didn’t want to travel over unless I was sure they had 4 curtain panels. I spoke to a store manager who transferred me and a women in “customer service” who laughed and said “you need curtains- not customer service” so ironic! So then I was transferred again and this time let the phone ring for 25 minutes and no one answered! I guess “customer service” is laughable here! Don’t waste your time.

The great selection, stock and quality of items

I suggest avoiding the Target on Sawmill Rd in Col, OH reps there need a lot of training they give you wrong info, they are rude, short and disrespectful. I have shopped at target a very long time since 1991 started in California then now in Ohio, I personally will avoid this Target from now on.

The store told me there were no others and that if I wanted my money back Id have to come in. Well, it would cost me more in gas to drive there a second time than I would get in a refund, so there really is no satisfactory option here. It makes me less likely to try this if your sales people dont check to see whether they are giving me something broken.

The guys back in electronics are great. They were so helpful and funny. Def turned my bad day around and I really appreciate that. Ian went above and beyond to help me. Best target Ive been to.

It is comfortable place to shop. Target feels and appears to be clean. People are helpful. Wide variety. I particularly recommend it to single friends for groceries.

The female who is in charge of the cashiers, Shannon?, could use some customer service training. She was very rude. I didnt appreciate the attitude, saying things under her breath, and the whispering to the cashier. Over something that was not my fault (it was theirs). Where is the professionalism? She should have been apologizing to me instead of acting like I was some kind of liar.I cant remember the last time Ive experienced an employee (anywhere!) that was that outright rude.I love target, but I expect more.Kudos to the actual manager. He was very attentive and I did appreciate that so much.I also really like the (pregnant) woman at the food court area, she has always been really nice to me and my kids.

So many great things!!! First wandering shopping trip since COVID. Felt good. So glad to have everything under one roof!!!

The gentleman at the service desk Glenn is very helpful and attentive. On our last trip, he greeted us with a big smile, and helped my wife order something that has been sold out in pretty much all of the nearby locations. He managed to ensure we will be getting our Christmas gift for our daughter on time and saved the day.Even better, we had went during a rush on a busy afternoon and he still carried a positive attitude and helped his teammates with things along the way. I will definitely be returning and his can-do attitude is a real bonus to this store!

Love coming here. My family comes here often to get baby essentials and other odds and ends. As usual, Target sucks me in and I leave with 50 other things I did not go in for. Love being able to get my Starbucks and shop!

Racial discrimination... had the worst experience at this target, I felt like I was discriminated and treated unfairly because of the fact that I am black . I will never shop there again I find these kind of behavior despicable... people being treated unfairly because of the color of your skin shouldnt be happening in todays society.. shame on you Target

I occasionally visit the Target on Sawmill. The store drives me nuts. I will shop for something I think the store should have, like a certain brand of cereal or toothpaste, and way too often they will not have it. Sometimes I will look for something a little tricky, like some type of shoe insert, for example, and I will search the store for where I think the item should logically be located. Without fail they are not there. Drives me nuts. I am not alone. I have noticed a lot of shoppers roving around the store and wandering the isles with eyes searching the shelves for some product. On occasion I have actually joked with some fellow shopper about it. Check-out is usually pretty easy, if you can find what you want to buy.

I will never visit this target again. Website shows 6 chest Freezers in stock, team members directed me to an aisle c45, but we couldnt find it. Met by a team member who just said they didnt have any. No effort made to look anywhere

Because this store is a joke

I do not often go to this Target due to the distance from my home but when I do it is always a pleasant experience. The store is extra clean. The employees are friendly. It has an atmosphere that makes simply wondering around a joy. But this time, Jerome, my cashier made the experience even better. He was excellent. Friendly and outgoing. I will always make a point to stop here when I am in the area.

Back to school shopping made easy!

Daughter arrived shortly before 8am to get a Funko Pop Target Exclusive Michael Jordan figure. She was the third person in line. The person in front of her was allowed to purchase ALL the figures in stock! The clerk did nothing to limit the amount. Totally poor way of fairly handling the situation.

Their registers NEVER work. I go there sometimes because they are near my house, but their electronics are not competitively priced. They are just convenient. However never again. The past two times I have been there I have waited in line for 20 minutes because their registers go slow before the stop completely. So you wait 20 minutes and never get to check out. They dont seem to be fixing this problem at all. I wouldnt go back unless they actually fix their problems.

They have everything! Price is reasonable. Store is always clean and organized. Staff is always helpful.

Did not have the inventory once I drive all the way there that I was told they did.

Never order online to be delivered to a store for pick up. I made certain that the item would be delivered to this location when I ordered it. However, Target said I would have to go to the Easton location to pick it up. I understand if they don’t have the item at the Dublin location, but that’s why I selected “store delivery”, so the item should have been delivered to Dublin for me to pick up.When I tried to resolve this issue online it was a taxing experience with customer service and it ended up that I had to cancel the order. They said I could have reordered the item, but I’m not going through that hassle again.

The cashier was nice and extremely helpful.

One of Target’s associates at this location, Jerry, was such a nice guy. He went out of his way to really help us find what we needed. Even when he couldn’t find what we were looking for, he found it on the stores database and let us know when they would be getting it in. Thanks Jerry!!

I ordered a Christmas gift. The estimated time was extended 9 days. Then when I received the order confirmation at the Powell Store I was on my way to pick it up. I received an email 2 days later saying that you returned the item to stock and sent a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! My niece will not get the watch in time for our family Christmas.

This Target went out of its way to hold a We Only have One Left cell phone. It was the only one I could find in a fifty mile radius. I told the Electronics clerk (Chris) that I was an hour away. Chris said, Not a problem so, I gave him my name, arrived and made my purchase. I most definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you Target.

Its Target...good selection for quick shopping. Easy in and out. This location had a good toy selection and home goods section.

Great location! The pharmacy staff is very nice and quick. The rest of the store is clean, and the staff is friendly. Always have the same issue with every Target though. I go in for one thing, and come out with 32 throw pillows, a new winter coat, and a vacuum.

The store is always clean and stocked with everything we need. Also plenty of parking is an understatement. I love that they now have self checkout lanes!

Fantastic service.

Recently purchased an item for my husband for Christmas through Targets web site and choose to pick it up in the store the next day. I have never used this option before so I was a little worried . But I just showed them the email on my phone along with my I.D. , and BOOM, done, the item was in my cart and I was on my way home. Will use this service again!

The person in charge of the front end, Bryce, is very rude and could use some extra customer service training. He insisted he was reading my coupons right, despite the other employee who caught his mistake and apologized.I didnt appreciate his attitude and snickering with the security guard after the fact as I finished checking out. Both of them stared at me as I left the store and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is the first instance I’ve left with such an awful impression of the store and target as a whole. Whoever does the hiring at the store needs to increase their standards for customer service because that’s one of the things that sets target apart from other places and this store definitely is missing that.

Its probably the neatest and best staffed target Ive been to. They are always extremely nice and helpful and never too crowded and even when it is they keep the place pretty tidy and accommodating. My favorite target by far. And I go all to target everyweek.

Im not a shopper of this store. However, in doing my comparison shopping, I found that this store offered the fastest delivery pick-up in-store vs. there other competitors.

Good Target. Well maintained; well stocked. Associates humor the odd middle-aged hijinks that my girl gang throws down on our wild midlife Friday night Target outings.

Its a Target; not a huge amount of commentary. The location is easy to get in and out of, the staff always seems generally helpful/competent, and theres no major downsides. Recommended if youre looking for a, well, Target.

Nice place with fast cashiers and many open lines to check out. They have a nice clothing section but very limited mens big and tall clothes.

I had a wonderful experience at the target optical. Robin Wolfes service was superior. She went over and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met, and also that I got full use out of my insurance. When she learned I worked in a large office she made sure to give me samples. I never felt rushed or pressured she made sure everything was to my liking. I have never had such a wonderful experience when getting contacts. I will be sure to come back and recommend to all my friends and family.

I needed to get a roll of quarters back for laundry and couldnt even do this at customer service. I purchased something and got cash back, but had to make the cashier count out $10 in quarters (At least the cashier was nice about it). Maybe this is an Ohio thing, but Ive been able to do this find at other Targets.

I wish the clearance clothing section were organized by size instead of completely random. Maybe then I could actually find something Id wear without spending an hour looking

Easy and good to know the inventory beforehand!

If you have not been to target in a while GO! Clothes selection has gotten better and electronics prices were incredible compared to what ive seen at walmart and best buy.

Worst layout ever especially if you cant walk far distances...only one entrance means you have to park in BFE (because everyone else is parked near the door) and then if you want food you have to walk to the far end of the store. Dont come here to grab food if you are in a hurry!!

Worst customer service, they dont have the track of items they sold. Once you buy the item and lost the receipt you have stick with that, they dont exchange or return.

Definitely not the most organized target. Maybe its too busy to keep up. The parking lot is a pain to navigate as well. Certainly not the most convenient location. They do however have a nice selection of merchandise, unless youre shipping mens attire.

The giant balls out front look like giant pokeballs.

Staff are hard to find when roaming the various departments of the store, but overall are very kind. Starbucks inside but half the time they are out of something. There is also a personal Pizza Hut adjacent to star bucks that serves personal sized pizza. Store is usually stocked pretty well and my wife and I have purchased many items from the store with no problems.

Larger than the usual Target. Looks like it has recently been remodeled, therefore is very clean. Reasonable wait at checkout. Starbucks located inside store.

For large store always clean and well managed. I feel they cater to more to female customers than male in tool and electronics.

Love target as a company...the organization of the product is stellar and is set up in a way that makes sense, however it seems like they are under staffed sometimes leaving alot of customers with questions and not many people to ask. Also the clothing departments are shopped pretty hard so clothes are all over the floor because customers have no respect. Love the staff!!!

Pharmacy is very friendly and helpful. Decent mix of groceries. Home goods and electronics selections are OK but not great.

One of the better stocked stores. Clean and has a good food section. Photo studio recently closed.

Its more like 3 1/2 stars. Big, good selections but they often run out and dont restock timely. And I cant tell you how many times pallets are sitting in aisles, sometimes blocking the whole aisle. Somewhat messy in general. Cashiers usually friendly. Starbucks always messy, out of items.
