Hello, I changed the engine oil on Friday. You help me check the tires. Why is the tire inflation port broken? And the protective cover of the other inflation port is missing? It makes me so angry, because I don’t speak English, I always fail to send text messages to them，I just went to the supermarket and kept parking. When I went to the bank on Sunday, I found that the tire was out of gas and the inflation port was broken. The other one had no protective cover.

Can I say SPEEDY fast? Fine, Nm. Lightning fast oil change service where you never need to leave your car! Apart from having their own drive through car wash, the guys are knowledgeable and helpful. The service is great and transparent- you are there and can see what is going on every step of the way!

Love that they pay attention to who comes first and assures they put you in that order for service. Always, courteous and respectful!

Went for the first time a couple weeks ago and this was the quickest oil change I’ve ever had. I brought a book thinking I’d read it while in line or getting my oil changed and never really got to open it. The staff was so friendly and made the appointment go quick. They had some recommended services, but did not push me to get them, which was nice. Good place for a straight-up oil change.

This place went out of their way significantly to help me out in a difficult situation. Oil level was overfill by a dif shop and these guys helped me out last minute on a Friday night.

Drove up and was acknowledged right away. This was around 1pm, no wait. Customer Service was great and the Oil Change Service was done fairly quickly and the best part was I was able to stay in my vehicle the whole time (unlike my past experience from other Oil Change Stations).

Got there early, to avoid a long wait. Super fast, excellent service. They ran me through all they were gonna do. Will be there again and again. Kudos

Had a very pleasant experience today getting an oil change for our Camry. The folks working here are friendly, helpful and diligent.Was in-and-out in 20 mins. The rates are competitive and honor coupons available online. Highly recommend this place!

This is a drive through oil change. Actually pretty cool. I was helped by Jason he was nice he started off filling my windshield wiper fluid, verifying tire pressure and checking the air filter.

I actually drove away smiling because everyone working there seemed to have a great rapport with one another and with the customers. This is the best little fully automated car wash in town. Just pay, pull in, put it in park, and let the machine wash And dry your vehicle, then carefully exit. It does it all while parked.

Manager is NOT wearing a mask. Breathing on his customers, breathing on his employees. When I told him he should be wearing a mask (there is an Order and we ARE in the midst of a serious pandemic) he was rude, defensive, snarky, and said that was between him and his employees and that they have an agreement as if they are going to complain to the manager for not wearing a mask. The one star I offer is for the young man who helped me. I tipped him $10 and thanked him for doing his due diligence. I will never go back there. They have lost a long term customer, and as I have posted this on NextDoor, those who want to show loyalty to retail outfits who respect their customers AND employees, and do their due diligence in the community deserve my business. This place does not.

Car wash did not the back end of the car

These guys care about doing a good job. I trust then to help me keep up with the necessary maintenance for my Honda. They always let me know about delays and what theyre doing and about any recommendations. No surprise charges. I like to go late in the day when its usually slow. I even got a free car wash last time!

Jose is awesome! He went above & beyond of what I even asked for. He also informed me of other things I needed to look out for. I love going here for the great service and little wait time.

Quick oil change

On Sunday, June 24, 2018, my oil indicator showed 1% left and advised being changed - the technician looked at my mileage and determined it didnt need changing - rather it had not been re-set at the last oil change, and was just fine...good eye sir on Bay #2! I appreciate the integrity - it speaks well of you, and the company! ILL BE BACK...Thank you!

Wait was a bit long of a wait (about 25 minutes) but it was a Sat. morning (around 1145am) and people were coming in after me. Very good place for a semi-quick oil change. Pauline (my service tech) was very cordial and knowledgeable. For around $50, it was worth it (enough, that Ill be back). I didnt do 5-stars because of the wait. But it still so much better than most have to leave your car-places.

I was happy with the service. Its convenient to not have to get out of the car. Just quick and clear and fair priced. No one particularly enjoys getting an oil change, but this was a very smooth process to a very necessary car upkeep. They will charge an extra $5 if you have an undercarriage. The gentleman there waived the cost of that when asked about it. Just ensure you get a detailed statement when paying or approving work.

Whenever I need an oil change, I go to the Dublin Oil Changers. I find it convenient to stay in my car during the service.The service is usually very thorough; in addition to the oil change they check the other fluids, air filter and tire pressure. They also have you run through your signal indicators, brake and reverse lights and headlights (high and low). They usually clean your windows.The service today was sub par. Perhaps it was due to the limited staffing. Only two techs for three service bays may have resulted in a more hurried, abbreviated service. But I will say the gal servicing the adjacent bay seemed to be checking off all the amenities.I asked my tech if he checked all my fluid levels at the conclusion, he said he had, though I didn’t see him top off anything. I also asked if he had checked my inflation (knowing he hadn’t). He responded that he would after running my card. My windows weren’t cleaned, but weren’t terribly dirty as I’d washed the car the previous week.Interestingly, when I got my invoice I noticed that next to Windows, Tire Front and Tire Back, it indicated “No per customer”.I’ll be back, but this service was merely average, not what I’ve come to expect from Oil Changers.

This place is great, I came in for an oil change and transmission service, these guys even made it fun with their joking around. Don’t get me wrong they are professional but they have great attitudes. I am a regular here and I have never had any issues.

I was happily surprised by the courtesy and help I got from Subhi when I had mistakenly added too much oil to my engine. He was meticulous, measured the degree of excess, discussed the potential trouble I could have caused the engine, and promptly fixed the situation.I go to Oil Changers on a regular basis but am impressed with the quality of service at the Dublin location- mattered even more when I had made a mistake that could hurt my car.

Great place for just a simple oil change. Drive in, sit in your car for 15 mins, and youll be on your way. Dont buy into all the gimmick offers they try to sell you, they are usually not worth it.

Drive in get an oil change, sounds simple and they make it so.

The mechanic was very professional and explained all that I needed to know about the oil change and reminded me that the windshield wiper blades that I purchased have a 6 month warranty! Very impressive!!
