I recently purchased a 2021 F150 from Dublin Ford and could not have had an easier experience. Finding a truck has been extremely difficult this year. I live in Augusta and have tried locating trucks from Raleigh, NC to Atlanta to Jacksonville. Every place I looked I either heard no response from the dealership or received pushy salesman trying to sell me a vehicle that I didn’t want. Parts...Got my engine kit from these guys and had 2 pistons with broken rings...was prepared for the the inevitable argument and fight over shipping as just happened with another parts company, but no...not at all .. parts guy was on it no questions asked, assuring me he had me covered...instantly felt better and restored my faith that there are good people still out there..honesty is key....replacement getting shipped out with return label for the defective getting sent back. THIS is how ALL dealerships should be..says a lot about the staff. Im in PA and I just may drive to Georgia to buy my next new Ford! Not joking...

I had the luxury of being assisted by Kourtney. She did an excellent job. She didnt sale me a car. She asked me what car I wanted, I told her, and then I drove off the lot with it. I honestly didnt believe I was going to get approved for that car, but when she handed me the keys it was like a dream come true. I was hoping and she made it a reality. We were on our way from South Carolina to Atlanta with our 4 grandkids (youngest 2yrs) when our truck was acting up. We were afraid of getting stranded on the side of I 16 in a rainstorm. It was a little after 4pm and we had already been turned down by another service station (telling us to just take our chances). The staff at Dublin Ford greeted us with a smile, told us they would take care of it as quickly as they could, but it would be a couple hours. They let us stay in the air conditioned lobby, told us about some nearby food options, kept us updated throughout and had us out in under 2hrs. The entire staff was courteous and professional, staying late to make sure we were cared for.We are so thankful we found them and would highly recommend this location and its TOP NOTCH SERVICE

Yesterday I drove two hours to Dublin Ford after speaking to Greg Dumas regarding a 2020 Ford Expedition they had. By the time I got there, Greg had it fuel up, washed, and ready to go. He made the whole car buying process very simple and had a great attitude the whole time. He was not pushy and definitely doesn’t carry himself like a typical salesman. Great experience. It was a 2 hour ride from Augusta, but the 2019 F150 XLT I bought was absolutely worth it. The price was right, the service was great, no pushy sales people. Greg was very knowledgeable and made the process simple. Worth the drive.

I had spent a long time trying to find a dealership that would work with me on shipping a truck to me in Hawaii. The person I worked with (Kourtney) was incredibly quick to respond and even worked with me after work hours because of the massive time difference. They overnight shipped me all the documents I needed to sign, and included overnight shipping for me to return the documents with. They worked with the shipping company I had hired and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible on their end. Once the truck has arrived Ill add some photos and report on the condition of it.

When we drove up to the car lot, Kourtney Peacock was quick on her feet to greet us and ask if she could help us with anything. She was very courteous and polite with a great sense of humor. My husband and I have been looking for an SUV for a while now. We decided to ride around and look to see what was at the dealerships and we came across the perfect SUV at Dublin Ford Lincoln. Long story short, I purchased a vehicle just last month (different dealer) that I ended up wanting to trade in immediately. Inventory is super low everywhere now but I found one I liked here (I’m from the Augusta area) and called first thing this morning. What fabulous service! We were traveling from out of town (in our Ford Escape) and noticed something hanging from underneath our car. Dont trust them, They said this vehicle was in great shape or they would not put it on there lot , they replaced the struts and breaks as you can see by the photos i posted i had to take it to the Ford dealership in Savannah to get the work done,After several phone calls to Dublin Ford and no returned calls from Dublin Ford i had to get these items repairedI cant see myself going back to this dealership, Im sharing my experience with everyone i meet and I tell exactly what happened to me and hope I can save someone from the same ordeal....Unbelievable, the response from Dublin Ford is a flat out LIE, lying and adding words I didnt say dont make it right, my number has not changed, yall lie like the liberal news media.

I broke down in Wrightsville, about 30 minutes from Dublin, in my 2019 Ford Explorer. My car simply wouldnt crank or jump. Covington, GA is home. A good two hours away! We had a tow truck in route from Dublin around 3:45pm and Dublin Ford closed at 5pm. Ford Roadside had it going to the nearest location with was Dublin Ford. I really began to panic when I realized A) We wouldnt make it to Dublin Ford before 5pm B) Dublin Ford had no loaners C) The Enterprise in Dublin who is Fords loaner company had not one vehicle available.Kyle in service took my call. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He said he was pretty sure it was only my battery even though it wouldnt jump and he told me that he would wait on me (even after 5pm). When I arrived Kyle was the friendly face I needed!! He pulled my car in the bay and a gentleman by the name of Frank walked out. He was dressed to impress (Im assuming a manager) and he reassured me that they wouldnt leave me stranded in Dublin! They were going to take care of me. Then a third gentleman rounded the corner by the name of Luke to help the other two with my car! Luke was the mechanic. It did turn out to be only my battery- they said it was just a faulty battery! Not only did one person at Dublin Ford go above and beyond but THREE people at Dublin Ford went above and beyond. They all stayed after their quitting time, they were all a friendly face, and they made sure I was able to continue the drive to meet my family for vacation!!I am so very thankful for Kyle, Frank, and Luke. I would recommend Dublin Ford to anyone and everyone. If they will take that good of care or someone who didnt purchase a car from them and would never need service at their location due to the distance from home- I have no doubt they are going to treat their locals right!! I would absolutely consider driving all the way back to Dublin Ford for my future purchases.

I was nervous to go buy a vehicle alone for the first time. But at Dublin Ford I never felt overly pressured, they were so kind, and addressed all concerns I had with the used vehicle quickly and professionally. I had a lot of nervousness about a dealership trying to push me out of the price limit I had set for myself, but they never did and Trent was awesome at working with me so I could get what I wanted. I called Dublin Ford and inquired about a used Lincoln Town Car that was for sale. I was told that this is one of the nicest kept cars, has been serviced, and maintained by them for the last 12 years, they could only show records for 5. The only reason they have kept this car on their lot is because it was in such great shape, and they had maintained it since new. Trent Barnes took plenty of time answering my questions and sent me additional pictures. I questioned what looked like a battery acid issue on the under side of the hood and was told by him and his manager that it was not battery acid but residue from a coolant leak and was assured that the cars records of service will show that. I asked about paint work and was assured that there was no paint work done to the car. So, I decided to drive the two and a half hours to see it based on what they told me. I arrived and the car was brought around dirty and leaves and pine straw stuck in the car. They did not even bother to rinse it off. Immediately I could tell that the hood had been repainted. Opened the hood and was met with a strong coolant smell and the issue under the hood was battery acid and not a coolant issue. What was under the hood was red rust and the car had green coolant in it. Found all the bare metal under the seats and dash rusted and all the floorboards were wet, and the right rear was about an inch deep in water. The trunk had mold in it. They did not even bother to look the car over. Now three salesmen are out there looking at it and making excuses. Battery had no retainer, and the transmission dipstick was sticking two inches out of the tube. So, I asked what they would take for it being so badly misrepresented and needing so much work done. I was informed that I was already told what they had to get out of the car, which was high retail value with the excellent service history. I promptly left at this statement. These guys at this so-called hometown dealership wasted my entire day and it turned out to be just a typical used car dealership/salesman experience. The worst dealership experience I have ever had.Update: Tim, the general manager, called back the next day and apologized for what happened and explained that my experience was not how they do business. He talked to me for a good while making amends and I think it says a lot about the effort he put in to say they were sorry. He offered what he could to make it right. In the end he put in the effort to let me know that he was not happy that I left unhappy, and I think he was genuine about it. Thanks for the call Tim.

Greg Dumas did a great job of answering all my questions and even though there were delays that were out of his control he did his job efficiently and with good humor. I never felt rushed or pressured and the entire staff were courteous and friendly. The preliminary deal was fair and in the end it was exactly as agreed to. I’m writing to say thanks to Trent and the management team at Dublin Ford for GREAT customer service. My daughter purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer in early February this year. After about 3 - 4 months, my daughter found herself at our local Ford dealership because she heard a squeaking or rubbing sound in the front end. The dealership told her that her brakes were a significant safety risk and that she shouldn’t be driving the vehicle. New brakes and rotors were needed, which was certainly not the news she was expecting for such a new, low mileage, and recently purchased vehicle.I called and spoke with my salesman (Trent) and he asked if she could bring the vehicle to Dublin Ford so that they can evaluate any problems. Due to safety concerns, she didn’t want to drive the vehicle as is and chose to have immediate repairs made locally. Trent then asked me to send a copy of the repair bill, and that theyd be in touch.Approximately a week later my daughter received a $321.94 check from Dublin Ford. This represented Payment in FULL for her brake repairs at another Ford Dealership. As a customer, who could possibly ask for a better outcome? BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! We purchased a truck over a month ago and the day we drove it home found it had an oil leak, we took it back for them to fix it. Which took over 3 weeks and it still came back messed up and with a new dent. We tried to return it and they basically said it was our problem so its back in the shop for the second time! We paid that much for a truck and have got to drive it 3 days out of the 5 weeks we have had it! We tried to work with them and gave them a chance to make it right but they didnt seem to care.

Extremely pleased all around!!For over a year now my husband and I have been looking at the Ford Flex. We do not buy vehicles on impulse so I knew what I wanted, Black exterior, leather seats, electric seats windows and so on... my husband ran across a black Ford Flex, leather seats (just as I wanted) at Swainsboro Ford, he inquired about the vehicle, he found out the same owner owns Dublin Ford. We knew this past week there was NO WAY AT ALL we could make it to Swainsboro to check it out. My husband called Dublin Ford and spoke with salesman Greg Dumas (whom was absolutely amazing 😉, we highly recommend! Horrible. I was just called by the General Manager, and he tried to blackmail me into buying a car from them. I got a price on a new car from them, and checked with other locations on the best deal. Since I decided to go with someone else, he said he would not service a car from another dealer. I corrected him because I know my husband has taken his vehicle up there and he didnt buy it from them. My sister has too, so just look at the list of people that will never buy from Dublin or take their cars for service, and that list is growing.

My brother was travelling from Chattanooga Tennessee to Savannah Georgia when his Ford Fusion broke down on the interstate. He called Ford Roadside Assistance and had the car towed to Dublin Ford. Frank Supine from their Service Department stepped up and took control of the situation. He assessed what was wrong with the car, apprised us of the the amount of time it would take to complete the repairs, then helped my brother get a rental car. Frank managed the repairs, calling both me and my brother updating us on the progress. Several days later, my brother drove back to Dublin and picked up his Ford Fusion.My brother is not from the Dublin area, nor did he purchase his car from there. However, this did not make any difference. Frank Supine treated my brother as a valued customer.Frank went above and beyond to make sure that the car was repaired and that we were satisfied.  He truly embodies what customer service should be.He even called after the car had been picked up to make sure everything was okay. It is rare, when you find yourself in a situation such as this to find an individual like Frank - someone who embodies professionalism, integrity and caring.

Got my mustang towed here when my engine dropped a valve on October 31, 2019. I kept calling and talking with Chris, who was not there anymore by the time my car was finished. I was told by him many times that they had me a new engine in the shop and told me it was about ready. 2 months later, I call up there and Frank tells me they havent even got to my car yet. I go up there and Frank shows me what happened with me car and was very helpful. Mid January 2020, I finally got my car back after many headaches and lies. I was told my car was about ready weeks before it really was and was straight up told by that I was lied to, yet I didnt even get an apology or nothing. That was poor customer service!

Trent is one of the nicest salesman I have ever met! I feel like he truly listened to me when I was describing what I wanted in a car. He went out of his way to help me. Still haven’t gotten my registration on my new vehicle them three months after the sale. Once you leave this dealership they don’t give you no help with issues that arise. Have bought many cars and this has to be worst experience yet!!!

Will be calling back with an updated offer.5/23 - Poor service for someone calling in to try to negotiate a price on a used vehicle. Called about a vehicle that had been on their lot for over a year. I called in and gave them a price, which they told me was too low. Thats fine, I added 2K to my offer. I was told they would call me back in 15-20 minutes. I called them back after 2 hours around 1pm. I was told they still didnt like my offer but the GM would give me a price after the 2 hour meeting he was already in. I asked if I would get a call back before they closed, they said I would and they closed at 6:30. Surprise I never got a call back. You would think that someone with cash in hand willing to take vehicle off their lot that has been there for awhile would at least get 1 callback after calling in twice.

This place is absolutely amazing. Mark Cox was so helpful, polite, just wonderful. After having a truck sold out from under me two weeks ago when I found one on this website I thought there is no way I can get to it before someone buys it. I called them, Mark answered and 4 hours later my truck was pulling into my drive. We did everything over the phone and he had someone bring the truck 120 miles for me to look at and purchase if I wanted it. This experience was wonderful. Thank you Mark Cox and your staff.

I purchased an inexpensive used vehicle from Dublin Ford. However, I was treated like I had purchased a brand new Lincoln. The staff is friendly, helpful and do what they say they will do. I am very happy with my purchase. They inspected (even replaced brake pads etc) and thoroughly cleaned the car before I could drive it off the lot. Very pleasant experience. I got a good deal. Highly recommend.

I have been working in Dublin this week. Last night the air conditioner blower stopped working on my Ford. I went by the dealer this morning to see if the service department could get it going. A gentleman there, I am assuming it was the service manager, told me that he couldnt get the vehicle into the shop until at least tomorrow. I had to head back to Atlanta today and couldnt drop the car. He apologized that he couldnt get it taken care of for me but he then went to the shop and came back with a few tools and checked several things to see if he could get it fixed without having to put it in the shop. Unfortunately he couldnt and I headed on to my destination.I was most impressed that he at least took the time to try to get the blower working again. I would venture to guess that most folks would just say they couldnt help me and go on about their day. It is customer service like this that makes a business successful and keeps customers coming back. I am in Dublin quite a bit and will be telling my customers there of the great experience I had with your dealership.I hate that I didnt get this gentlemans name but please pass along my thanks once again to him.

I am a Ford car lover and always have been. But when i was told I would be charged $995.00 to have a condenser and a hose put on my air condition I was shocked. They have worked on my 2012 Escape since the day I purchased it in 2015. I picked my car up from them and decided to call the part store to get the price of a condenser and a hose, I was priced $249.99 . So they would have charged me $745.00 for labor. I am sorry this happen. I got my car fixed for $369.07 parts and labor thanks to Auto & Diesel Electric.

We dealt with the Sales manager and Naomi and worked out a deal that we felt comfortable with to trade our 2015 Explorer for a 2019 one.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Tried to charge me double the price for a fuel pump. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay away.

I bought a 2017 ford f350 kingranch and I am a resident of texas.. just in the area for work.. this has been the worst headache trying to get them to file the paperwork to get it registered in texas.. from top to bottom they have been extremely lazy when it comes communication. They have lied and said it was overnighted when it wasnt and Im still 5 weeks out after I had my lawyer and tax office call them to finally get the ball rollin.. mind you I bought the truck 3 months ago so I am now on about 300$ worth of temporary tags and not once have they offered to repay me.. I suggest going somewhere else where they dont take your money and forget about you
