Is there a star less than one?? I’d give this store that !! Don’t ever order online (door delivery) through this store!!! Worst experience ever! When I added groceries to my cart, the bill says $80 and when my order is delivered they say it’s $90! Fair enough, I understand there will be plus or minus in weight!!! But what’s with sending me 1 Apple when I clearly mentioned 1 pound of apples??? When I looked at my bill they did charge for 1 pound?? When I call the store , the lady that speaks , ugh there’s no courtesy at all!! And I’m 100% sure this store is minting money on online deliveries as the groceries they sent are worst quality , I’m pretty sure they save the worst quality or rotten veggies just for online deliveries!! Well, I think that’s what I get for ordering online to avoid the long lines at these stores !! Lesson learned

I usually shop online from them. They initially sent very good quality fruits and vegetables. And then, it was always one thing bad and then half the things I ordered would not come in. Recently I ordered cucumbers and they sent slimy fungus filled cucumbers. I complained to them and asked to either refund or swap it. I then get a call from them asking me to wash it and use it. I have been trying to follow up with them and have not yet received a refund or a response. I am shocked they would ask me to wash and use these rotten cucumbers!

Decent size Indian store with good stock of products. Tea was good. Veggies rates were reasonable. Nicely located on hopyard/Dougherty road.

Dublin Store: The Owner is friendly, cheerful but the rest of the staff especially at checkout were better but recently have become terrible. Act like theyre doing you a favor at the best of times and this morning was especially bad. Terrible attitude, scowling at customers. In the wrong business. Not going back to this store

Expired foul smell and super old masala. Almost had me food poison with bad stomach. This product is called namak masala para.

DUCK THIS STORE. I ONLY SHOP HERE TO SUPPORT A SMALL BUSINESS AND DISTRIBUTE MY BUSINESSES TO ALL. They freaking blamed me for stealing something right from the front desk in front of their eyes and cameras after buying $30 worth of ice cream and candy; which would have been $10 in Walmart. Shame on this store. Say goodbye to at least $100 per week and a loyal customer.

$4.54 for one pc of green mango??? Gawwd , $1.53 per pound at other store, i swear never go this store, damm prices, guys pl compare once, you will surprise by their v v high pricing in each n every item. Think twice before you step in !

Very average grocery store with poor quality produce. There were many out of date items. Avoid it if you can go anywhere else. Its very very expensive and they havent mentioned the prices for most stuff which is misleading.

Cut veggies are really helpful. Store has most indian groceries. Only missing I would say are hot snacks. Also store is slightly cramped for space . If you shop with carts its a bit difficult

Dear Srinivas, Thank you for addressing the issue described in the below review.Please ask girls who work at your Dublin store to respond to customers. They keep talking to themselves in their language without responding to customers or offering any help when asked. Store is nice and chats during weekends is good. Lady at chat center does a good job.

I was standing in the line in the dublin stores. Two people in the back talking, one person just standing around. There was line and no one jumped in to help the customer

A supermarket that has all the necessary items one may need. Well organized to ensure that you dont have a difficult time to find what you are looking for.

I have bought several items from vijetha and I always find that the prices are a bit higher than other Indian stores for the exact same item. It might be just 1$ difference but as a whole it makes quite a difference and I can definitely say that it’s NOT at a better quality. One time, I bought jam and it’s already past expiry date. Recently when I went they did not even give me the bill until I asked for it and when I review the bill later, they billed the same item twice. They gave back the amount when I show them and it Might be a mistake, but definitely not worth risking all these things. So I stopped going to vijetha now a days and I feel new India bazaar is much better option even if it’s little far for me than vijetha. I didn’t want to Spend time to give a negative feedback earlier but after continuous observation, I feel that people should know the things that are being done here.

They have been doing a good job during this COVID time with the online orders - almost always on time for pickup orders. Thank you guys!Just want to call out that the quality of veggies in pickup orders havent been great though - just like some others who had posted pictures of spoilt vegetables, we ended up getting some of that. If I do order again from your store, Ill likely check the quality of veggies before I drive home.

Excellent place for Indian groceries. Well stoked n organized, though varieties in terms of different companies is limited. Couldnt find leading brand major patanjali products. Fairly priced among all other Indian groceries in the area. Fresh produce which they keep stocking up. Their produce gets sold fast . Indian utensils section can be improved. cashier are courteous n helpful. Best part is that they have fresh samosas n similar fun snack items counter which too is fairly priced. Since it is fresh the taste is way better. Over all u get what u need at reasonable price and with good service

Indian grocery, is well stocked and usually has everything available in stock. The owners and workers are friendly and helpful. The vegetables are very fresh always and more resonant priced.

Bought Paneer from store last night around 8:45PM and kept it the refrigerator. One of the Paneer had RED patch so I went to return it. The old man at counter says if you had called yesterday, we would have replaced. I would have believed you but can’t believe now stating - You must have left it out in the car. Their were two paneer bricks, one had RED patch and other did not. I left both bricks for them to enjoy tonight. Proper reason would have been better instead of belief. Feeling sad, as I have been coming to this place since it opened but won’t go back again. The attitude of the old man at counter said, we don’t care :)

Very bad customer service...I went to buy three items and he asked to pay cash as the card machine was not working at his counter..I told him that I dont have cash to pay....he immediately replied saying that anyway I dont make any profit on three items and he said cost of cover is 70 cents, felt like he was very careless and doesnt bother.I left the place..he didnt even bother to call me and say to pay at the other counter where cards are accepted. Very rude behaviour. Felt like they dont care about the customer .

Check for items in the bill before you leave the store, some of the people at the counter have the habit of double counting while checking out. Initially I thought it is genuine mistake but I encountered more than once to make sure they do it on purpose. I stopped going there.

One of the better Indian Grocery option in Dublin / San Ramon area. Both being a bit heavily populated neighborhood for Desi people this place gets crazy crowded during weekends & after work timings on weekdays.Pros :1: Very good selection of Items.2: Freezers are clean and uncluttered.3: Free Tea on the house.4: Vegetables are Fresh.5: Aisles are clean & prices are marked appropriately.6: Theres a small counter to serve street snacks like pani puri, Bhel, Vada Pav etc.Cons :1: Prices are a bit jacked up (e.g Dosa batter is a $ more).2: Samosas during weekdays are pretty bad, storage needs to be improved for hot snacks.3: The snacks making counter has to be cleaned properly, looks a bit unhygienic.4: There are some items like pickles which are a bit close to expiry. So, have a look at the dates.Since they just started it up & the owner being there personally stuffs are happening smoothly right now, customer service is being maintained well. Hopefully if they continue the same Momentum probably they will end up being the only 4 star Indian grocery.

Worst grocery store I ever see. I bought mango box. On the box it says 10 mangoes a box and At the counter I asked them they said they are selling only 8 mangoes a box and they removed two from the box. I called them I asked again they still said the same. Worst store never go here again.
