Bought 24 balloons for an office party, and paid for 24 hr helium to ensure they would make it through the party. 15 hours later I lost almost half of them, and by the 22 hour mark I lost 21 of the 24. Either they forgot the 24 hr helium or their product is trash.

Staff are super slow, with 10 mins fillin balloons they take 20 mins. Also if you dont check for the price when checking out you might end-up paying more. The staff here dont know anything where the stuff is, even if you ask the same person same thing on the second visit.

I needed a place to get a few things for my daughters first birthday and also to get a balloon inflated with helium. I drove to Party City and looked around for some party supplies which they have a ton of. I got a few more balloons and some party favors. The young lady that rang me up and filled my balloons was very nice and explained the balloons might deflate some being in the cold weather and that they would return to normal after they were back indoors and at a warmer temperature which they did and after a week still inflated like I just bought them. Great experience and I will be back.

Courteous staff and a lot of selection. Not to crowded. The cost to fill balloons brought in from outside is steep though. Thats the only downside.

Message on the store phones say you can blow up balloons without an appointment. Is a lie won’t do it without an appointment so you don’t get your balloons

Alexis was very helpful in my pursuit of finding a costume accessory. She went above and beyond to make sure that I would get exactly what i requested. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock (in all nearby stores and online) but she was able to tell me when I should check back in to ensure that I received my item as soon as it was restocked and in store. Great sales associate!

We pre-ordered 36 balloons 2 days before for a 10 oclock pick up on Saturday. Nothing was ready and so we waited and waited. We put up the balloons in one big bunch at 11ish a.m. By 7 p.m. we had 7 balloons left (see pict). Very disappointing.

I don’t know what it is about this location that has issues with balloons. Every time I’ve attempted to place a balloon order—whether it’s been in person or now on the phone (which apparently they can’t do)—has been an issue. The first time I came in to purchase much of my event supplies, they told me there was a helium shortage and that I would have to come in three days before my event date to place the balloon order. Then pick up the balloons. So you would imagine my frustration when I had to come in three separate times for these balloons.When I tried to place an order for pick up online, they don’t even offer the option to select one balloon so you’re forced to get a pack of 15/32/etc. in one color. Forcing me to call the store. They said they don’t accept phone orders for balloon orders on the phone and id have to come into the store. The woman on the phone asked if this was for pickup for the next day (I admit—my fault for waiting until the last minute) and that if so, they wouldn’t even allow for pickups until 1pm on a Saturday? What? Shouldn’t Party City—a retailer specializing in party goods—anticipate that a majority of their business and balloon pickups occur on Saturdays? Totally absurd.Like one of the other reviews, I’m sure it’s going to be hard for them to keep up with online retailers. If you’re looking to inflate balloons, you’re probably better off purchasing your own helium tank off Amazon.

Love their cand station. You can buy candy by the piece. So being your kids in and they can pick a variety of candy for around .10 each.

Party City will be the next big company to go out of business if they keep it up with employees with zero customer service skills and poor attitudes. Had a terrible experience with a girl named Ally claiming to be a manager. She had a rude tone from the beginning, and didn’t want to be bothered with a pen that was $3.99 for a return because it was opened. yes Ally, it was opened. How the hell did you think we found out it was broken without opening a sealed package!? We had just spent close to $400 on a party there and all we wanted to do was return a pen, that didn’t work. I was planning on buying something else, which could’ve just been exchanged for the pen and no money would have been lost. But like I said, Ally didn’t want to be bothered with doing that... so I didn’t buy what I was planning on buying. Nor will I ever spend another dime in party city again!

Always meets my needs with different themes parties. Great selection of items at reasonable prices. The only con is whenever I go here is the wait time to check out can be long between balloon orders and not enough staff to cover sales floor and registers.

This place is both bigger and smaller than one would think. It looks huge from the outside but appears smaller and darker once you walk in. But then... You realize it is actually huge once you start wandering. Mostly costumes and stuff for kids birthdays. The prices are good for most things but every now and then youll see something cost double the item next to it. Maybe licensing costs or something.

Party Citys are pretty much the same all over. If you need extras for a party (kids, sports, graduation, retirement, etc etc etc) - youll be covered here. The staff has always been friendly and with shared parking for a Best Buy and Old Navy it can be difficult on weekends ofr parking here but for the most part isnt that bad. The times that Ive been here theyve been fully stocked so havent had to worry about having anything put on order.

WAS TOLD THE WEBSITE IS A LIE INSTEAD OF LOOKING FOR WHAT I ASKED FOR, ONLY TO FIND THE ITEMS ON THE SHELF PURE LAZINESS

A bit dissapointed. Items I saw online were not available in store, does not provide that information. When we inquired about it we were simply told it is only online. We were able to put something together without any help or suggestions from employees.

For cripes sakes turn on the heat. Was so cold I could almost see my breath. Other than that they had every thing I needed for a holiday party. Good prices but the shelves were picked through and unorganized. I will go back.

Horrible customer service. I called to place a ballon order and was told they were not accepting phone orders due to high volume for Halloween and that I would need to come in. When I came in, they refused to inflate the balloons I wanted, stating they were too busy. Very rude worker who showed no care that my 3 year old would not have balloons for her birthday party. Poor management. They should know to anticipate a busy period (holiday and all, not much of a surprise) and increase staff. Poor business model - get busy, rudely turn business away. I went to Jewel floral dept and they were happy to help me. I won’t be back to Party City. Amazon and Jewel from now on.

They had a problem with their prices when ringing me up but I found a nice variety of party masks , different colors.
