I had a mis-hap when I backed into my garage door while pulling out of my garage. I was sick to my stomach because the damage was pretty evident. I put the garage door down and it would not come all the way back up. I called Wayne Garage and they came out the same day, and worked their magic. They didnt nickel and dime me, they tried to fix it so I did not have to replace the panel. They succeeded and Dylan was very pleasant to have in my home. He explained everything to me and was in and out in no time! I appreciate the dedication! Thank you again!

I submitted a form on their website about having an opener installed in my garage. Mitch was in touch with me right away and was able to stop out a day or two later to take a peek at my garage. He went over the specifics of my install, the opener he recommended and also provided me with additional options like an extra fob or keyless access.The installer came yesterday and had it all set up and working in no time at all! Superb customer-centric company! Excellent communication and pricing! They have my future business!!

Had a service call for our central vac system that was not working. Gentleman repaired the system and stated that it was all fixed. Within 2 weeks system was broken again. There was an additional wire that was corroded that he did not see the first time he was out and we were billed another $115.00 for him to trim the wire. We did call the office twice to try to rectify the billing with no success. I truly feel we were double charged a service fee and that they did not stand behind their work. However, the repair man was polite

Very nice people helped me today,and I got every thing I needed to fix my garage door. The parts guy seemed to realy know his stuff. Very helpful.

Have a door opener that is about 12 yrs old now & the drive gear failed ! Called & they set up a date, were on time, had the parts, knew what they were doing & had me going in about 30 minutes !! No, you need this too sales attempts !! Nice tech info about it & was clean completing the job !! About 4 months after that, I yad a safety door sensor fail & the manufacturer had not made them in a few years ! After talking to the parts salesman I purchased a newer model pair of sensors & installed them ! Not surprisingly they worked !! Saved $250 or so and I went back to them & let them know that he was right that the pair would work but singly they wont !! Again the were very nice & appreciated the confirmation information !! I will go back if I ever need anything else !!

I called yesterday to get a price for replacing the broken spring on my garage. The lady who took my call hung up on me. TWICE! That is no way to treat a potential customer! I just wanted to know the price before setting up a time for someone to fix it, and if I could pay with a credit card in case my wife or I werent home to write a check when they came to fix it. I definitely will not be calling Wayne Door for any other problem I may have. And I certainly will not recommend them to anyone. Friend, family, or even a stranger. Completely unprofessional!

Top notch product and service. I have used wayne garage door out of dover on several occasions. They have done several new constructions for us and today they did a garage door on a remodeling job we are doing. Talk about professional service Eli (the installer) was thorough friendly and curtious. If you are thinking of a new garage door feel assured they do a great job even in a challenging application such as mine. A lot of the respected builders in the area use wayne garage door and its because they do a great job!
