My Kids and I always shop at this location the selection and the cleanliness of the store makes it easy to shop the staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. This will always be my number one location the staff are very knowledgeable and the young ladies at this location are very sweet . 5 STAR

If you need a lot of stuff that costs less than $6, this is your place.I take my children here and they run around like they are on a sugar high and everything they pick up becomes a must have (see photo).I will say that for items for my dogs, they have a cute little section and you get a decent deal on art supplies or little things to help ones burgeoning influencer career.

On Monday they close at 8:00 PM. Yet we got there at 7:55 PM because we were stuck in traffic and my daughter really wanted a simple dimple pop it and we knew where it was and how much it costs and it was just one quick thing yet they were closed but they let a guy and a girl come in and buy about 4 items in about 3 minutes. My daughter cried. Another woman and her son said they closed the door on them at 7:53 and another family tried to go in to get a few notebooks for school, at around 7:56, and they were turned away as well. I understand not wanting someone to come in at 7:58, or later, to look but this was borderline ridiculous!

This store plays the young folks music too blasted loud.And some of the merchandise is very partisan, politically speaking.I am thoroughly displeased with this store.-Alan

Came in to this store to purchase birthday supplies. upon leaving, the mgrs. desiree and tiffany accused of stealing clothes from their store, ( they didnt sell ), bought at target. and asked us if we were going to pay for it?!?!? we said we didnt buy from here. they still proceeded to follow us out the door. and claimed i could see it on camera. but htey refused to show me. they said we would need an escort out and i said ok! call the cops. so they ran off into the backroom and left one sales person alone in the entire store. very poor service. i felt discriminated and all we wanted was an apology for buying stuff and being falsely accused for their mistake. ZERO stars !!

I went to the five below in Douglasville today with my family and the customer service was terrible. And I don’t mean that they weren’t doing their job but that one of the workers (an older lady with short blonde hair) was blatantly talking about me and laughing right in my face. The whole time that I was there her and her co-worker were whispering, laughing, and making rude faces at us while being very passive aggressive. Very unprofessional!

This was a little hidden gem I just discovered! I had no idea what this store was but weve seen them all over the place since we moved to Georgia so we finally went in one. Their name is really creative, so I figured out, everything in their store is five dollars or less - hence Five Below! Very cute. And they have all kinds of stuff in there, some of it was a little surprising, some of it was what youd expect to find in similar stores - we used to call them dollar stores when I was a kid. I bought a really cute unicorn tumbler for $2! Theres definitely some treasures in there to be found.

WOW .... how amazing!!!My 1st visit today and Five Below saved me about $700 on a new phone! After just a few months with a $700 cell phone, My charger cord plug was stepped on, by accident. My local mobile carrier, suggested I get a new phone. NO, nothing was wrong with the one I had. Just the cord to charge, they didnt have it in stockSo, I took my sons advice and went to Five Below. To my amazement not only did I find the perfect charging cord that just charged up my phone ... I found all the excessories you could want. The hardest thing was choosing what met my needs, & I did 😉. This lady is one happy camper !!! Picked-up a few things I needed and was on my way. Very convenient parking. The shopping areais safe, well-lit, convenient, higher end and just an all around nice safe area.Great experience. WILL RETURN 😉👍

Great place! They have a lot of good selections of random things. The staff was nice, the place was clean, organized, well ran and we would go here again. They have things such as tshirts with sayings that I love, animals products such as clothes, candy, fun little gits and the list goes on. Good location, plenty of parking and surrounded by other great named stores.

Staff IMMEDIATELY greeted us as we entered very positively. They had a usual great selection of product and didnt seem to have much out of stock. I love going there to stock up on the wide ramge of snacks and candy they offer.

Fun little store. They always have new stuff everytime I go. I have purchased more than a few things from here. The lady at the register could have been a good bit friendlier but all in all we had a good time.

This particular five below location is huge everything in the store is $5 or less you can find just about anything from decor t-shirts for kids makeup toys even some electronic accessories is a great place to shop if youre looking for gifts go hard to even decorate for like a dorm room

Saw a lip balm kit for about 12 dollars at walmart, got the same thing here for 5! Got a candle that would cost me 15 for 5 dollars! The staff is great and very attentive to customers! Love five below, service is great and prices are even better!

I visited three stores gathering all of the red and black chairs I could. They pulled them off the floor and had the chairs waiting for me. They took them to my car too. I visited Hiram, Douglasville, and one in Cobb county.

Becoming increasingly more upset with this place. We have noticed the newer items the are in the store are not as good quality as their items before. I know you get what you pay for most of the time but the items are just cheap and mostly plastic. We have been through I dont know how many head phones and every time the wiring or the war piece breaks or doesnt work properly. Place had became messy and unorganized lately as well. Management needs to hire more front end help and someone walking around just cleaning up from time to time.
