Not a bad place, some Napas are the worst. The guys in this location are very helpful, they come right up without hesitation and ask if you need help with anything. They arent impatient and they all seem to be very knowledgable. Im impressed. Thanks Napa Auto staff. Great job today.The hours, well, thats another story. Same in every gas and oilfield. One would think that being in the fields the Napa Corp would want the monetary benefit of being in the boom seasons and the extra revenues. However, they dont seem to want or need it. Napa more times than not, has a small part or tool that would keep a fleet running, whether it be Logistics equipment or Drilling and Frac operations. Seems the hours would benefit the field and their wallets if theyd stay open past 4 or 5 p.m., or at least be available for after hour callouts. Making America Great Again and keeping these fleets going is what helps drive our costs and consumers prices down at the pumps and everything thats touched by oil. Which is almost 98% of everything you use daily and in your homes.But running bank hours isnt what will build our nation stronger. Just my $.02 worth. This location does open very early 6 a.m. where others dont. Thats a big plus. Again, this Napa impressed me where most stores do not! Thanks again guys!

Excellent customer service and all the auto parts you would need!

Called the store, they said they would be open until 3. We showed up at 11:45, and again at 12:30. Nobody was there and did not answer the phone. We waited for an hour, nobody ever showed up even though the sign said open till 3. I wont be back.
