I believe this is the 4th RK location weve visited. They tend to be pretty consistent so far. We enjoy the atmosphere and everything they sell. If nothing else well stop by just to browse and generally well find something we need. So far no disappointments.

This store has such a vast selection of products and services. We just got our baby bunny from there this past weekend, we also bought ducks a few months back. They have clothing, groceries, a big old fashion candy section, candy thats hard to find anywhere else ans much more. There are usually live chickens, ducks, pigs, rabbits, and more just to go see. I always enjoy going there with the kids as well.

Cheapest place for ammo and guns if they have any, seems like a good place for everything else

Were able to find the things that we needed for the yard and the animals. The story so big that we havent been able to go all the way through it. I had been looking for the big canner and had seen it online at the rural king website. The website said that it was out of stock but when we got there I was able to find one and snatched it up very fast. Now Im hoping theyre getting more mason jars so I can finish my season canning. Looking forward to being able to see the rest of the store next time I go down that way

My daughter and I go here for fun to visit the bunnies, baby pigs and chickens. Its like visiting a letting zoo. Great deals and lots of fun stuff to buy!

Loved going here! They have everything, especially chickens! I live in a hoa which prevents me from owning any but oh my gosh they are the cutest things ever! They even havea pot bellied pig! They have clothing, shoes, patio furniture, Christmas decorations and its reasonably priced. I would recommend you stop by just to see the animals though. Great place with a very helpful friendly staff!

The employees are so sweet and helpful here!! We purchased chicks earlier this year from them and they have been so helpful when we have questions about raising them. The store is always very sanitary and everything is very well organized on the shelves.

Had everything except a good sized portable heater. Thats what I went for but most were sold out.

Was put on hold twice for over 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service person hung up on me. This store is not the problem its the no good employees that cant take time to help customers.

Rural king in Dothan al has horrible customer service. I was trying to find a battery no one in that department there to help walked up to an employee they acted like I wasn’t even there I asked if there was someone that could help me and she pointed to another employee he then walked over to the batteries with me and looked up what I needed and pointed to the one I needed and then said they didn’t have it so I asked do you not have anymore and he said no and then walked away did even try and help any further. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat a customer. Their managers need to seriously have a meeting with their employees. I will not be returning

I was so surprised at all the items sold here. I always thought it was a huge hardware store. Boy was I wrong. This place has clothes, food, household items, etc.... The best part is the items are very affordable. The customer service was awesome as well!!!

Rural King carries a wide variety of products. Their farm and Equipment products are much lower price then the other National competitor. Big stores great place just to roam around

I do not believe the store is a bad place to shop but the employees that I have encountered are terrible! They do not want to take the time to help PAYING customers. Very unprofessional.

Awesome place! Like a tractor supply, but bigger. My favorite thing is I never know what theyll have in stock for random things. They have chicks year round, which most places dont. And theyll get cool exotic breeds sometimes. I got my guineas here too.

We love the cat food and rabbit food that they carry there. There are several different items for our animals he get there because he likes something about it better. Huge store great prices clothes shoes jewerly yard decorations house supplies candy food you name it a little like a huge general store even live animals.

Gina was great, but dont buy chainsaw there it takes them 1 1/2hours to look for things. I still didnt get Manuel or any paper work except recipient and they separate package and charge extra for charger. They finally found a young man in cowboy hat to show me how to work it. Have had nothing but pleasant experience with Dothan Alabama Rural King. Jeff the salesman has been great through the purchase process. Had a question about my tractor after about 2 weeks of use, spoke with Jesse the tractor mechanic and he answered my questions and was very patient with my lack of knowledge about the tractor.👍🏻
