Chris from Tristate Graphics is the best! I couldn’t be any more pleased with how the wrap on my shop’s van turned out!! From start to finish he was in constant contact with me. I wanted to have it done before Valentine’s Day, and he made sure to squeeze me in and complete it just in time. He even delivered it back to my shop after hours and sent pictures! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again soon.

Friendly staff, quality service and very reasonable prices. Recently, there was a relatively minor error on a stationary order. I had asked for a logo to be repositioned on the top of our letterhead, which someone forgot to move before printing. I was reluctant to even mention it and did not for several weeks, until a coworker encouraged me to do so. TriState Graphics never mentioned the weeks that had passed nor did they consider whether we had used much of the stationery, to my knowledge. They rushed a new order to correct the logo at no charge. Once I took them a quote I had heard and wanted for the lobby of my office. I simply wrote the quote on a piece of blank paper and left it. They chose the typeset and made the sign, then went the extra mile to frame it beautifully in what appears to be reclaimed wooden boards so I didn’t have to worry with and wait for it to be sent to a frame shop before displaying it. Who wouldn’t like a business that goes the extra mile to make one’s life easier?

I love the fact I only have to email Chris and he knows what I want. He has great suggestions for each of my print needs. Many times its something I wasnt aware of. He will also drop by to chat. It makes me feel like Im his only customer.

Called them on the phone to get new lettering and graphics for my boat got transferred twice with no help and then disconnected
