Cashier applied a coupon she had and saved me a little, which was appreciated. I was surprised at the lack of towel sets, but was able to put together a nice one for a gift. Their selection is overall pretty good.

I can always find what I need here. I was looking for navy blue tablecloths, luck me, the right sizes, color and on sale plus a coupon. I also bought a gift to me, new knife set, also on sale. Employees are always eager to help you find what youre looking for.

The online site was accurate and finding what I was looking for was very easy. The cashier was also very nice and made check out a quick and enjoyable experience!

One of the worst online/shipping experiences Ive ever experienced. Charge sat pending on my account on and off for two months. The order was never processed. I emailed customer service to which I got a reply saying they were not replying to emails. Called and sat on hold for combined time of 3hrs. Then finally got a response from auto text put a stop order or cancel which is appropriate since two months later theyve never processed my order.

I personally do not go too bad bed and bath beyond however my love loving wife does.

If you love Bed Bath & Beyond if you got a lot of money go there

I love that you can try out the back & calf massage products before you buy them. I have bought products at other stores that didnt live up to their promises, but with the demonstration of the products that you are buying reveals the true value of the great products that they sell at Bed Bath & Beyond.Helpful staff here too, if you need them, yet not intrusive if you dont. Great shopping experience.

Everyone loves BB&B, but the prices are so high! A lot of items can be purchased quite less at other establishments. But its always fun to go look.

I enjoy shopping BBB because they always send you coupons. I am all about saving money. I ended up with 2 $10 off $30 coupons and a few 20% off and 10% off to use for later and I used both of $10 off and found some cool clearanced items. I love shopping the clearance. I love the As seen on TV items also. I go in this store often just to see what is new and on clearance. I rarely walk out without something that makes me smile and feel like I struck it big!

Great place for home items, they have all kinds of kitchen tools, generally speaking they have a lot of items. It is handicap accessible. I was just thinking there with my wife. I did not go to get anything. It a nice with helpful people. I like this store.

Clean and an enjoyable shopping experience

This store has everything for the house. We found curtain rods and double rods, th ed y also have rods where you can change the ends however you want. I did notice something and it caused me to use my training as a retail manager, now retired. I noticed this guy following us all over the store. Every aisle, every section, so we just doubled back and he followed. He followed us till we got to the checkouts. I have been in retail management for over 40 years and found this to be insulting but I like the merchandise in the store. I will speak to the manager the next time and take his picture.

The prices are high , but if you shop the clearance you can find some good buys. Just read the signs closely, some are deceiving. Employees are friendly.

This place has a nice selection of things for around the home. The have everything from razors, towels, as seen on TV, Yankee candle, comforters, shower curtains, home organizers, drinking glasses, etc etc. Only reason for receiving 3 stars is because in my opinion their prices for their products are a lot higher than the same product at a different store and also, the employees here have never been friendly on any of the many occasions I have been there. Not that they have ever been rude but the only time they speak is when they are checking you out. After Christmas I tried exchanging a straightener I received as a Christmas gift that was still brand new in its packaging perfectly, and they refused to let me exchange it because I didnt have a receipt and it was electronic. Couldnt find anywhere in their policy that backed that either but whatever.

There are so many neat things in this store... but the prices make me shutter. $14 for a basic can opener? Just go to Walmart for the basics. If you want something special, make sure you have a 20% off coupon! Use Retail me Not, or other coupon sites. It will make the purchase a little easier to swallow😉

Hi Im your local guide I cant say enough about Bed Bath & Beyond. Love this STORE. I wanted to change the color in my bedroom, so I new what color I wanted and toke a picture of it I was expecting to get the runaround this young lady found the exact color, the comforter the curtains the rugs the whatnauts she found it all for me in one store. Im so happy. As soon as summers gets here its on in my bedroom. It was a little over 132.00$ But it was my 🎁 to my self. Of coarse it was on sell. Bathroom next

We went searching for deep pocket king sheets, their selection was sorely lacking. They have one small corner for sheets, thats it. I guess they are focusing more on bath & beyond, because the bed part was a joke.

After calling or going into 4 Walmart’s, Target, and Best Buy today, Bed Bath and Beyond was last on my list because I didn’t think they would have what I was eagerly searching for. After having no luck at the other stores and absolutely horrible customer service, when I called Bed Bath and Beyond I wasn’t in my normal cheery mood at all. When the associate answered the phone, she was so eager and happy to help. While they no longer carried what I was looking for in stock, she made my experience a breeze and enjoyable! She ended up ordering it straight from the manufacturer, had it where it would directly be send to me, waived the shipping, and gave me 20 percent off, saving me at least 50 dollars. Many stores say they are eager to serve their customers, but Bed Bath and Beyond is one of the few that follows through. I’m not a regular customer with BB&B, but because of their INCREDIBLE customer service, I will be going out of my way to go in and shop with them. Thank you so much, Bed Bath and Beyond!!

Great place to get just about anything you are looking for. I went looking for a certain kind of sheets & the lady said they dont keep them in stock anymore but she would be glad to order them for me and have them sent to me with no shipping. I told her that would be great. She ordered them right then so they should be here anyday. Oh yea they were half price too. My puchase was in the Dothan, Al. Store # 1183 & I didnt get the name of the sweet lady that helped me but I guess her Associate ID is ms0283. I recommend this store to everyone that wants fast & very friendly service. I will be shopping there a lot.
