Amazing if you go get parts..... BUT....trying to get a human on the phone to clarify hours is impossible. There is conflicting info online for hours...Google maps say 4p & 430p, website says 5p & 530p...but not a single human would answer except to sell a car.They transferred me and said I would get an actual sales person. Instead, I sat on hold listening to an annoying and overly perky recording with horrible background music until I couldnt take it anymore and hung up.Seriously, yall need a better informed recording if thats all I can reach on the phone.And if there could be an option to tell off the annoyingly chipper non-existent female on the selection menu, that would be great as well. Plus, it may save real humans from irritated and aggravated customers bc we could cuss out the recording instead!! Just a suggestion.

Why do you post a closing time of 5:30 but really close at 5:00?Response: Yes I understand you guys are trying your best and I appreciate that, but when your employee gets an attitude and starts arguing with a guest over what time it closes, that is unacceptable. If I do go back to pull a part, I guarantee you there will be a dispute with your associate and I. There are opportunities for this company to be better. Whether its in the office or at a site, every associate is a representative of the company. Unfortunately, it is evident that you train your associates poorly, but it is not his fault, this is managerial issue. I do appreciate your invitation to return, thank you.

To whom this may concern;I went to Columbia, SC yard because it had on the site a Dodge Nitro,(hard to find at PullaPart)when I arrive from Fort Mill,SC (over 80 miles 1 way)Got my tools and walk all the way to the back of the yard,(most Fait/Chrysler are) it wasn’t on the yard. Went back to the main building and talk with the person in charge.Was told that once it’s been removed there’s nothing they can do. Even though it was in the scrap pile area. I went to the parking lot and email them about all the action. Was told I would hear back within 24 hours.After one week. I was never contact about my email about the inventory.It’s a shame Y’all didn’t have gust or dignity to get with me.I use to recommend PullaPart but not anymore.It’s evident customer satisfaction doesn’t matter

-1 star looks good from the outside but not a place I would recommend to work at.They may have the best of intentions but their attempts at making those good intentions work are a huge failure.The lady they had me sitting side by side with, snatched the mouse, the keyboard and then switched the mike on me finally as she rolled her wrist to get me to speak at a faster pace I had reached my limit for the day and I informed the Manager Darrell that I was leaving and he just put on his cool aid smile and said okay!The lack of professionalism in this place is no joke and if it is, it is not funny.

Spent half the morning pulling a seat from a car. Then get to the counter and they said I have to pull the air bag out of the seat. They cant sell them with the air bags in them. That would have been useful information before i wasted my time. Maybe that should be posted on the website, along with other rules about items on how they are sold. Im done with pull-a-part!

DONT DO business with this company/corporation. They do not care about the customer at ALL! They changed my life for two months by scraping my title due to employee error. I was left without a car, job, and a way of life that I was accustom to. After it was all said and done they offered me two free passes in and 15 dollars off a purchase of 75 dollars!? I lost my job and the quality of life that my car provided and all I could get in return was 19 dollars worth of compensation. They are unprofessional and dont care about the little guy. Dont do business with this petty company. They have forgotten the customer who made them what they are. Never will I do business with them again!

Im hoping this catches the attention of corporate on the practices of the Columbia location. I do not appreciate the process of selling cars. One individual is there two days a week from 9-5 which I understand. However i was told sales were on a first come first served basis. What I do not appreciate is being the first person in line when Tony came into the building to be told that the vehicle will be sold to someone else who showed up after myself. Clearly they were friendly as they were on a first named basis. I feel there are short comings in this process as Tony seems to be favouring his friends in this process. I showed up before the doors opened and walked right in and right to the sales counter. Please revamp this process and make it fair for everyone not just fair for friends of Tony.

This is a family ran company and I do believe that this company care about there employees. But this company call center is ran by someone who has no sense of human kindness what soo ever. Promise you a bonuses you’ll never receive it. His numbers only looks good because of the temps. The turn over rate is soo high. It’s sad to know your working for someone and you get sick or child and you lose your job. Who would operate a business like this. Only someone who have a motive to disruptive a persons life because of something that’s beyond their control. And as I was reading another review and one lady said he smiled .. and he would walk around smirk all day. Like I’m going to fire you at the end of the day.. who cares your child is sick or someone here has covo-19 you have 10 infarctions. He’s awful for this company.

The woman at the desk Priscilla P has awesome customer service. Very pleasant and always smiles. Whatever theyre paying her she should get a raise. They need to keep her been delivering for years and no one has been as pleasant as her. Continue to be great.

I use to like dealing with Pull-A-Part until today. Corporate policy of not being able to use a Dremal is bull. As a tradesman for over 35 years, I understand safety and practice it well. Using a Sawzall in this location and on grade 8 bolts is not happening.

I purchased a bad transmission , with warranty , brung it back , I cant get no refund & the dont have the part , no pull a part store in Georgia has this 4r70w trans for a expedition. So I was told per Sam one of there employees that I could take the core back to any pull a part with the receipt. I attempted to take the core to the Lithonia store where I was told that I can not have my core money unless I purchase a transmission that pull a part can not provide , they have all my money & I have nothing at all !
