Small Store. Does not carry everything you would expect from a HEB. I guess that would be expected for a small town HEB. The workers are great there. Super friendly. Very helpful.

This Donna store needs a make over, all their refrigerations need to be replaced not just two aisles and one of them is the beer section(great priorities). Cant buy cold products there, because my family gets sick after eating it. I should probably sue. I guess they dont do much, since they cater for the low income here(mostly low income mexicans. Before anybody says anything Im Mexican but can afford to travel to the next city. Some of them can not so really this store needs a health inspection). If I need anything good, I need to go to McAllen or Mission to get better products.

Found red velvet cake mix and mexican sweet bread. Good clearance sales on clothing, 50% to 75% off.

They just talk to each other about their personal lives and totally ignore the customer. I was obviously in need of help. Extremely unprofessional, and there was a manager involved. She thought, have a wonderful night, made up for her incompetence. Very rude people, Walmarts people at least dont carry on conversations in front of struggling customers.

HEB has always been a great place for me to shop I still remember my mother when I was just a toddler she shopped at HEB

HEB has always been my go-to store what I need simple groceries because the one here in my small town doesnt really have everything. But whatever they dont have at least we have Walmart down the street

H-E-B always holds a special place in my heart. Their staff is always friendly, willing to walk you all around the store just to find whatever it is you need. In most places the worker just monotonously says a number of a hall and walks away, but here they greet you and talk to you while guiding you in person as to where the sneaky ingredient is hiding amongst the low priced goods all around you. The staff are friendly and sweet and just make your day when they share a little anecdote of their life and make you feel well taken care of.

Since Walmart open, now I do my shopping there. HEB has always been my first choice but, Donna Tx HEB now is to small of a store, for the new growth of Donna Tx people always to close with there shopping carts. I actually have gotten hit with people being so close. I feel we need a new HEB. Parking is also to small.

I purchased a propane tank over a month ago. I was going to use it yesterday but the gas valve would not turn. I took it back to the Donna HEB. Two managers on site plus a supervisor they called were not empowered to exchange the defective tank without a receipt. I reminded them that they were letting me walk away with a defective tank. They shrugged their shoulders. All for probably $10.00 profit. Makes me think would this be allowed at a high end store. Adding salt to injury they accused me of not buying it their because the tank looked old. Are these the values of HEB in a lower end store?

Terrible, front end completely packed,no cashiers, management standing around just looking, could not pass through the front end, customers getting upset because you had to cut through the long lines to get to the bakery. Workers stocking the front displays totally ignoring the extremely long lines. Extremely disappointed in this HEB.

I went in for a box of cereal came out with covid and a hood rat.

I went to HEB which Ive been their customer for 50 yrs and the cashier ( ashley s ) and whom ever was the supposed manger ( a girl that counts the HEB money were so freaking rude with me for no reason , I am going to speak to the manager in charge as soon as he check in about them both .

I love this HEB! I was in and out quick.

I was able to find everything on the list. The only item I did not purchase was chicken dogs because they were only a week away with the expiration date.

Was able to get in and out as we were in a hurry.

As a Vegan this Donna HEB isnt the best and sucks at keeping anything Vegan. However, my friends and I were able to find certain Vegan things for quick price reduce since there is no market for the Vegan stuff here in Donna. Last time we found Vegan Daiya for sale and some other few items. You really have to look to find them and its rare. Other than that I believe the staff are friendly and kind. However, on busy days they need to open more lanes. I also recommend they remodel. Thats all folks!

Very RUDE cashier (Kassandra R) I ask her a SIMPLE QUESTION... Me; Maam Did you grab the coupon? Her; Did you gave it to me? Me; Uh no... Her; Well then, I didnt get it... (a minute of silence) then she says hold on Ill scan it right now. I DONT THINK THERE WAS NO NEED TO ANSWER A QUESTION WITH A QUESTION... I live in Donna close to Main street but I prefer to go to the HEB in Alamo than hearing all their rudeness.

I really dislike this HEB the fresh produce dept slacks alot...and for some reason its alwayz more expensive than Heb on Westgate..Also the donuts are not freshly baked daily like other Hebs they are a totally diffrent brand shipped in..Never have Palmolive dish soap and Garnier products when on sale...or Canadian Bacon...lol...not to mention how croweded it gets in the checkout area....we really need a new HEB!!!Cashiers are cool tho...no complaint on employees....just the store itself..!!

Great customer service desk. Great job done by the gentleman that was there.

They always have good deals, their narrow aisles are hard to get through when other people with all of their stop and talk.

Good environment, staff is always on top of anything you need, and they always ask to take your shopping cart to your vehicle at no extra charge.If you ever need to go shopping on a quick note, then this is your store.
