Went through drive through ordered two caramel cappuccino blasts with just two pumps of caramel Cause usually other baskins put too much and a coffee roll which at other baskins be kind of hard and stale but this location me and my boyfriend cappuccino blasts were perfect just the right amount of thickness and Carmel and the coffee roll was fresh and soft as a former employee of dunkin downtown LLC im really satisfied with this location this is my new location when Im in the south suburbs. Thank you

Fast service, but...The masks and the register shields make it very hard to hear the emoloyees while placing your order!

Had to go to the Baskin Robbins on Sibley to get the flavor I wanted because the store in South Holland dont have Praline and Cream. Go figure. The guy couldnt tell me why they didnt have it.

Great place to come with friends and family anyone who knows me knows this is one of my favorite places to come hands down the customer service here is great the place is hands down cleanest place I ever been to everyone should stop by and check this place anyone in the area will tell you this is the come to place where fun and joy are at family place to come very family friendly the lobby and bathrooms here are very clean fresh smelling everyone should come here in there free time just to have the experience.
