Nice people except for a guy who asked my wife to bring back the fruit to get a refund even thought there’s no policy that requires you to bring food back to receive a refund. The strawberries went bad in 2 days and apparently it was infested with eggs and they hatched. She talked to the manager and he said we didn’t need to bring them into the store to get the refund.

I know, its a big store. That is no reason for the bathrooms to be filthy. I felt fortunate that I still carry hand sanitizer with me everywhere. Otherwise, I would have had to approach the swamp standing on the countertop, while trying not to touch the piles of wet hand-towels all over it and the floor! A wet floor sign does NOT substitute for basic maintenance!

A great place to shop from food,to clothes, to garden supplies. Dont forget to get your oil changed while your shopping.

Some Employees are like zombies, i give credits to some employees doing their job happily.Others act like deaf, others are not giving way to customers.A small town, i expect more friendlier environment. Also the cart that has too much roller problem should not be in used.

A big old THANK YOU from an OTR trucker. In a day where truckers are typically turned away and treated like trash from most other Walmart’s. The Dodge City Ks. Walmart was welcoming to me. I called in and politely asked for permission to park there. I was greeted by a friendly voice welcoming me to stay there overnight. “Sure come on in”, she said. In return I spent nearly $300 there. They had the new microwave I wanted in stock. And I bought a ton of groceries from them. Such a nice friendly experience there in Dodge, where I would normally expect to be kicked out, tire booted or deal with police else where. Thank you thank you 🙂

Typical busy/overcrowded wal mart. Nothing to write home about. Ive walked through many wal marts that were superior.

The store is a complete joke, the dollar stores are cleaner and better stocked. I would definitely advise going to them before here. The bathrooms are filthy to the point you feel nasty just waking in. The shelves are always empty of any and all products and never seem to be restocked. The customer service is pathetic, no one ever asks to help you find anything or they simple dont know and leave it at that, acting like youre interrupting their free time and thats if you can locate anyone at all. And lastly paying for your things has become nothing short of a migraine since you have to stand in line for at least half and hour to get one of the 3 possibly open lanes or you can fight the self checkout about reading your card for 15 minutes or so, never once getting help from an employee. I wouldnt ever ask for cash back since the shelves never seem to be stocked I wouldnt put faith in the registers. And if your brave enough to ask for cash back and you dont get it youll be waiting for someone to come along who MAY know how to fix it and thats just about a thirty minute wait as well minimum. Any other store seems to be a better choice than this one.

I visited the Walmart Automotive Center in Dodge City KS recently. The guys there were SO helpful... absolutely wonderful. I needed a new tire after a blowout while I was traveling. It was quite an ordeal to find help, but thanks to Deputy Bartlet in Kinsley KS and the guys at Walmart Automotive in Dodge City, I was well taken care of. I am very grateful!!

Familiar layout, but the garden center is completely indoors. Wonder how they water plants. Oh well. Good selection of produce and Mexican products. My ONE complaint is the only people, generally speaking, wearing masks were the employees. They need to mask up in places like Wal-Mart!!

Hope youre not shopping for water...there is none! Stocking is the worst of any Walmart Ive been to.

Usually I order my groceries but the last few times I have been in store there has been rotten moldy produce. Today I was in store to get produce and there was a whole box of fruit that had mold and bugs in it. Then I looked at the oranges and there were moldy ones with fruit nats all over them. The time before I went to get strawberries and they were moldy.

Still angry about seeing face masks jump from $3.77 for a box of 25 mask too $17.50 for the same box of 25 masks. Still no formal apology from our local Walmart. PRICE GOUGING IS ILLEGAL during a national emergency. It one thing for a struggling small business with only one store front. But a mega corporation with almost a million stores globally! That is literally wealth redistribution to a foreign country.

Went to the bakery to order a cake on fri for sunday, the person who took my order was very distracted and looked like he didnt know what he was doing, come sunday when i picked up my cake it was all wrong the name on the reciept but they still spelled it wrong on the cake, they got the type of icing wrong and it was broken all through the middle, very bad service wish i could get my money back.

Literally the most useless Walmart Ive been to in my life.

I’m about done shopping at this particular Walmart. Always out of stock of things, I have to hunt an employee down to help me and they act like they hate working there, like geez, I have to come help you? I drive 45 minutes to shop at this Walmart, I’ll just start going to the one at Liberal or shop online at Target.

Its a Walmart the size of new York shity and very crowded. It takes longer to get checked out then it does to shop. What can I say? The truth is the truth.

Been to this Walmart at least 100 times. Not even once I have experienced any sort of issues. The staff here are friendly and nice and always ready to help you if you need something. Definitely a good place to buy groceries and any other products that you may need.

Shopping with a granddaughter and was all over the store several times, finally found all her treasure

This place used to be the best place to shop, before COVID-19. It was 24 hours so people could go whenever they needed and the store wouldn’t be so packed. But now it’s always busy because they close at 10PM. Other Most of the employees are amazing but there have been a few who are just plain rude and have little to no customer service training, and I mean if they do have the training they sure don’t live by it. However it still a decent store and for the most part is able to keep well stocked. Definitely recommend going here over the alternative option. Shoot you don’t even have to go inside for long if you don’t want to, you can just order online and pick real quick. They are always very good about getting your pick up orders/grocery orders prepared in a timely manner and and making sure you get everything you ordered.

I love walmart, just wish it was closer to were I live. Coming over 50 miles just to get what u need. But better than buying at the small local store.

Its was Great shopping at Walmart

We stayed on our way through Kansas as we raced ahead of a winter storm. Except that storm caught up to us around 3am and we seriously Googled at what wind speed will a camper trailer tip over? We laugh a bit now, but it was scary when it happened.The lot is large and well lit. We asked permission from the store manager and they were friendly and directed us to park in the corner of the lot. When we parked we didnt have any neighbors. But right about the time the wind picked up we had a few big rig 18-wheelers pull up next to us and stay the night with their engines running loudly all night.This Walmart is open 24/7 so we also heard vehicle traffic for most of the night.Obviously our stay was a little unusual because of the wind, but dont expect a quiet night in this lot.

Only two registers open before they close. Big lines of people. No price scanners anywhere.

I could not believe that the Walmart here doesnt open int 7 am. What a lazy town. Any other Walmart opens at 6 am. I will not ever come to this Walmart again.

My fiancé had knee surgery when he was teen and it still screws with him to this day. It gets especially painful and difficult to walk when it’s cold out; today he had to go back and use the little seat cart because it was below freezing and his knee was really hurting. The workers there said he couldn’t come in on it, probably because he’s younger and they didn’t think he needed it. I told them what was up with him & they just kinda stared at me.What upset me most about it is that, first off, they just assumed that he was just messing around. Second off they didn’t even say anything to him, I just happened to overhear the workers saying to not let him in. Ableist mfers.

I didnt know I become an employee of Walmart cause I used the check out my self to keep my Insanity why dont they give you a discount for checking your self out they only had one lines open the tobacco line and people were backed up a long ways after 20 minutes I just checked my self out and trying to get the bar code to read was another joke beware their workers dont want to help you they just soon watch you flip the products as you try to check yourself out.
