The blanket is exactly what I have been looking for and it was the best price due to an amazing deal. The blanket arrived very quickly and is gorgeous. This is my second baby quilt I have ordered from this company. I love how soft and beautiful they are! My only complain is that when ordering, they don’t state how long it will take to get your order. I selected a quilt that was from the “2-day shipping collection” but it took about a month to get because it wasn’t pre-made like I thought it would be.

Good customer service. Glad shipping wasnt bad at all. I wish the prices were a little lower. I would have loved to get my niece the bumper pads too. Lovely work though!

I love the sarape shirt (Im wearing it now)... Its fits perfectly. The colors are bright and the black base of the shirt is a crisp black. I love the knot at the left/bottom of shirt. Definitely wasnt expecting it. But it adds a nice touch to it. Id buy another one if there were others with different colors.

There was some confusion on my part on what I ordered, DBC was able to assist and help me understand what I ordered. I made the adjustments to the crib and it’s a beautiful elephant set.

It’s soft and light and I like it. I wish it had at least one loop for the belt, and pockets would have made it perfect. But it isn’t as if I didn’t know there were no pockets... just saying they would have been a nice addition.

The gown is cute and soft. However the lettering is very light compared to the picture and you can barely see it. That’s my only complaint

I never make reviews, but I really feel like their customer service is terrible!! I spent over $300 and waited 6 weeks to get my order. Our crib was delayed because of COVID so I couldn’t set up the nursery right after I received the bedding. I realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong color for the changing pad cover so I contacted them and they wouldn’t allow me to exchange the changing pad cover for a different color because my request was past 7 days after I received the order!! I can’t believe their exchange policy is for 7 days only, that’s ridiculous!!

Bought a few items from DBC. One was gifted to a sister who just had a baby. She said the blanket was nice but the name they had embroidered was in an awful location. It was so small and on top of a flower design that blended with the colors so you barely could see it. If it was put an inch below where there were no designs, it would have been more noticiable. Also, my sister said the blanket was covered in hair probably from another fabric. She used a lint roller to get some of it off, but there is still a lot embedded in the fabric. I was totally embarrassed because it was a surprise gift for her that took over 30 days to get to her.Another item I purchased was an adult patchwork blanket. When I got the blanket it was 40× 48 inches, and the bill had someone hand write on there stating it was suppose to be 45 x 60 inches. I contacted DBC, and they said the blanket I recieved is the adult size. I even attached the bill they included with the blanket. I noticed when they advertise for an adult patchwork blanket on fb, they never show the actual size but they state the babys size. I think they know if they put the actual size many people wouldnt buy it because 40x48 inches is not an adult size blanket. Spent over $115 for a blanket that barely fits over my lap. I have had prior issues with talking to their customer service before, so I didnt even get into it with them because it wasnt worth it. Just look at the other reviews and how DBC responds.

Yes the adult Minky arrived but the smaller black Aztec was not in the package , but was in the receipt and packing slip

Products were exceptional. Customer Service, ordering and shipping were horrendous! I tried to change my shipping address once I learned that it would take 4 business weeks before you would ship, actually took 5 and could not find a phone number to contact anyone.Their only contact is an email loop, which is fine, if your only problem is covered on their website, already. Without going into all of the ugly details, eventually I said the words that they don’t want to hear and was contacted quickly, by someone who saw correcting my shipping problem as no inconvenience.After that, everything went smoothly, until I contacted them for any update at 3 weeks and five days and got a snotty reply about 4 weeks. So, after five weeks I got a message that it shipped and it was here in a couple of days!This order was close to $500.00, so not a little thing.Anyway, items are beautiful, but probably will never order from them again.

The sales team always answers my question to the best of their abilities. I have 8 blankets and about 12 shirts from DBC you can’t beat the Quality. I order my stuff and when it ships it is here (Hawaii) in 3 days.

I have to disagree with all of these 1 star reviews saying they buffer the people who give 5 stars. Clearly someone is not reading when they place their orders. When I have special request done, yes it has taken time, like I expect, however usually my orders at at my door within a week, you just have to read to make sure it’s a next day ship, or if it is going to take longer. I like to watch the FB lives for DBC because they have some good deals. Myself abd kids absolutely love their blankets!

Great company with friendly customer service. When we were pregnant with our first, we had everything we needed. I was obsessed with a particular blanket from DBC, so I splurged on this blanket. It was expensive, but it was the only thing we purchased for our unborn child. Here we are two years later, and our daughter literally carries this blanket around everywhere she goes. As you can imagine, it makes several trips to the washing machine. It comes out of the dryer soft as ever. Not one single string has come undone! Great quality blanket! Best purchase ever - to see the joy our child has for her “bangy”. She loves it as much as we do!Expecting baby number two, and currently deciding which blanket to purchase for this one. That’s how much we love it!! Worth every penny!

Placed an order over a week ago and havent got an update on the order. I had bought baby bedding. Knowing that, I was getting a little nervous that i havent got an update or heard from the company. I am just 2 months away from the due date. I wanted to just call and make sure that my order was received and try to get an update on it. I couldnt find a number and it wanted me to use a messenger like conversation. I proceeded to ask for the number and they responded with this is customer serve, ask your questions here. They proceeded to be rude and i still havent got an answer or reassurance from them. Being an expecting mother and not knowing if you are going to be getting the bedding you spent a lot of money on isnt a good feeling. I hate leaving reviews like this but so far havent had any look with then customer serve part of the company. I hope the product is ten times better then how they treat you. Fingers crossed that i get the product on time or at all.

Much like the rest of the one star reviews here you have to wonder who they are getting to buffer with these 5 star reviews. you have to wonder which friend and family they are getting to give 5 star reviews.My wife ordered a bed from them. Shipping policy says15 days if in stock. Now a month later and no update to ship date even though it is passed their provided ship date. No response from customer service to provide an updated ship date so requested a refund. They immediately responded to say no refunds. I’ve been waiting a long time for a product that as far as I know doesn’t exist and they will not issue a refund for. Want confirmation, read these reviews and go to their BBB page (C+ rating).*Edit*I’ll give the company a partial refund of stars based off the fact that they gave us a 75% refund because of a cancellation fee of 25%. To their response below. At the time of order (July 20) the estimated ship date of Sept 1 was not at the listing at the time so that claim is false. If it was We would not have ordered at that time. Also, the refund took place last week, so 0/2 with truths in their response.Leaving at 2* based on how difficult it was to even get the cancellation with 25% fee after weeks trying to get a response.

Ordered a bedding set, and messaged them regarding shipping update since it wasn’t shipped by the date stated on the order and the Customer service was very rude.Finally received the bedding set and had red and purple stains all over the white fabric of it. I paid a lot of money for it and the quality was poor and came with stains on it. I messaged them to ask for a refund and return since I did not pay that much money for a defected stained bedding set, customer service was very rude and said there were no defects in their items. Well I received it with marks all over the white fabric so yes it is detected and not worth $200. Never ordering from them again.Edit: yes purchased by mom. But washed with water alone, no chemicals. Wash by hand, Individually. And dried individually, On a hanger. So followed Tag instructions of fabric care. It should not stain when following instructions of care strictly.

Love the horse set, our girls are sharing a room. Our older daughter is obsessed with horses and thats the theme so I was determined to not change her theme and just add to it with baby sister! Will definitely be getting more from DBC!

I ordered my baby’s bedding for his nursery October 31st it says it would ship November 23rd, it is now December 1st, and my order still says pre-production which to me means they haven’t made it yet, I’m getting really aggravated, I ordered curtains a week after I ordered the bedding and I have received the curtains but still no bedding, my baby is due any time now and I can’t get a straight answer of when my baby’s bedding will be shipped to me. I will not be ordering from this website ever again, also when I email I get rude response and no help at all.
