When I first walked in after reading the reviews I was kind of skeptical but I was willing to give it a chance. There was one older(oldest one in there) lady working the front and just talking loud and had an attitude, luckily I had a different woman take care of me and it was smooth sailing.

Christina at this store is a literal lifesaver! I live about 6 blocks from this location. I had my doctor email me some documents and when I went to print them out at 5:45pm, my printer didnt work. I called the UPS store as I was running out my front door. Thankfully she answered. She even stayed open a couple extra minutes past closing so I could print out my paperwork. Very grateful for people like her. You cant buy that kind of customer service anywhere. Thank you Christina!!

Very caring, they handle your business as if it were their own.Passport photos are easy to get and about $20 less than what the passport office charges.Special note: the notary is not readily available on the weekends. For access you must call and set an appointment.

So much for their sign that says they can handle all your packaging needs. I took a large item in to have it packaged and shipped. She measured it and said rudely said she didnt have a box for it so couldnt ship it. I asked her if she could make a box - Id seen her making ones before for other people - and she said No, she doesnt do that. I took all my packages to ship and left. Boy do I miss Chad! He knew what customer service is! I took everything to Vacaville UPS store and they handled everything quickly and kindly, and said it was no problem. Spent over $200 shipping packages. At least it went to a business that appreciates their customers. I will NEVER go back to the Dixon store. There are enough shipping options out there to not need to give them my business when they are so rude to customers.

I just spent 45 min at the Dixon UPS store, as the nice lady tried figuring out how to send my international package, after almost 35 mins of fighting with the computer she called the owner. The owner told her that I couldnt ship the package under someones account number, I was told I needed to either pay for the package or drive 30 min to the UPS hub to ship it because they wont ship packages using someones account number. Wait what???? Arent you a UPS store?? Isnt it your job to ship UPS packages? Sad the new owners run the business this way.

Community warning on this place. I ordered a package off an online retailer who offered a ship to store delivery option, commonly known as ADL services for UPS, or an alternate delivery location. The retailer offered this convenient store in Dixon, which was convenient. Upon arriving, I waited patiently for Samantha to emerge from the back of the store where she was clearly very busy. A nice gentleman greeted me immediately but advised that I would need to wait for Samantha. When Samantha emerged she rudely told me that this is “not a service that their store provides”. I explained that it was offered by the online real retailer and is Common at UPS store locations and offered to show her my confirmation email. Unfortunately it was apparent that my presence in the store was a real inconvenience to Samantha, who then begin to chastise me for the way the label depicted my information. (Please keep in mind the label was created by the retailer and I had nothing to do with it). After she chastised me thoroughly Miss Samantha told me that it would be five dollars for me to actually take my package! Please keep in mind I had already paid shipping in full to the retailer when I placed my order. I called two UPS store locations in Vaca and Fairfield And both confirmed that this practice is not legit. I also called the UPS corporate site who reiterated that there is no charge for package pick up. Small businesses really do rely on the members of their community to support them, Unfortunately due to Samantha’s rudeness and potentially fraudulent practices this is not a local business I will support.

“Jen” the “supervisor” is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I hope nobody ever has a package go missing because she is rude, inconsiderate, and yells at you on the phone. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she smugly told me she is the supervisor and does not report to anyone. Horrible customer service.

The service is terrible, I dont speak English well and that doesnt give her the right to treat Latinos badly. Latinos are a very large community and we deserve respect like any other community. the staff is very poor and they dont have the patience to express yourself.
