Didnt go here. Wouldnt go here. Paid over twice monthly for less gigs and worse service. If your contract is up and you dont renew it, after a year or 2,your phone seems to have been slowed down. If you go in, they say you need a new phone and a contract. Best thing I did was cancel and shut my phone off. They still sent a bill every month for what seemed like a year or more.

Stopped by the Dixon Verizon Store for an upgrade on some equipment. Mike, the store manager, was very attentive to listening to what our company was wanting to upgrade, Mike knew exactly what the solution was to meet our needs. He also suggested some money saving ideas to further our communications budget. 5 Star Service!

They need more help. I waited the first time for over an hour. The second time over 45 minutes. I had to leave and go back. The last time or the 3rd time I was helped within 10 minutes and got helped and got the issue taken care of.

Terrible customer service.Manager seemed disinterested. Did everything but assist those waiting in line...for hours.I watched her pace back and forth and she didnt even acknowledge those waiting patiently. Even if she had announced an update on how long the wait would be, it would have been helpful.

Im not the biggest fan of Verizon itself but theres little choices in the area. But, every time I have had to go to this location for help, the staff has always greeted me as quickly as possible, everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and those that arent well versed in a particular product have always made sure to go above and beyond to find the answer. I have never left disappointed or wondering about anything. They take the time to make sure you are taken care of 100% before you leave and are more than happy to answer anything and everything no matter how long it takes. Out of every Verizon store I have ever been to, I would hands down go out of my way to come here.

Got there & had to register to go in said 1/2 hour .. left & back in 20 boom minutes outside. NOW it is ... give phone & purchase phone & accessories. With a HOW TO DO IT LIST .... I Thought it was a corporate store .. service sucked.. should have gone to a Franchise in Rock Falls or Sterling! What a Virus does to customer service VS. VERIZON!!!

In December, my son-in-law and I stopped into the Dixon Verizon store to purchase some Christmas presents and we were greeted by Arnel.A big shout-out to ARNEL!! He was welcoming, friendly, highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Our transactions took quite a long time to process due to the nature of the purchases and Arnel stayed long after his shift was over to ensure our needs were met. Dixon needs folks like Arnel to represent our community. In fact, he needs to manage the Dixon Verizon store. It is this kind of integrity and strong work ethics you need representing Verizons corporation. Great job hiring Arnel. Treat him right. Happy New Year!

This was a terrible place we bought a new phone there the third day it stopped working the lady there was very rude to us she says we had to go to a Verizon phone store I thought they had a Verizon store but I found out it was not it was privately owned I will never go back there again Im now thinking about going to us cell

Verizon in itself has been a huge letdown. I am a new customer after being with TMobile for over 15 years. I got a phone that was free with Verizon yet they charge me monthly for the free phone until their promo sets in. It has been over 2 months since I switched and have been charged over 56.00 for a free phone. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They assure me I will be reimbursed for the monthly payments they charge me for the free phone once the promo kicks in. The salesman at the Dixon store said nothing of this to us so it was a surprise to find they are charging me monthly for a free phone. I waited an hour on the phone today for customer service then I called again and used their free text chat agent which was a, “Please wait while an agent assists you, please turn on notifications so u will not miss us”. 5 mins later I get a text please sign in so we may assist you. I was already signed in but did it again, then I get please wait up to 4 mins... I get a “Hi, how may help you.” Ugh omg. I text my problem and silence on their end. I wait! And wait and omg wait. Nothing from the chat agent. 8 then call and wait another 30 mins just to find the lady to tell me that they will continue to charge me until the promo comes through and then she says oh I see there’s a 13 dollar charge and a 5.00 charge for this number. I’m like omg for what. So stupid. I told her Verizon was the worst choice I could have chosen. I hung up. They tried to call me back but for what? Ugh 🤦🏼‍♀️ I want to call the store and talk to a salesman. No can do. Terrible.

One of the most humiliating experiences Ive had with the mask mandate. Manager seems to take pride in treating customers like small children knowing we have to comply or they can deny us service for a necessity. This pseudo authority has gone to far.

Ive been here twice now. The first time, the service representative didnt know how to help us and didnt appear interested. He disappeared for 10 minutes so we left. Came back again today. No one greeted us or let us know they would help us when they can. There were 4 customers in line for 30 minutes, and finally we just left. Everyone looked quite frustrated. We couldnt even buy a charger. We will buy the charger on Amazon and head to the Vacaville location to get our phones.

I came in with an issue, a terrible tablet I purchased in Indiana, some sort of Lenovo tablet. I had it for around 25+ days. I was worried about not being able to put it towards a new iPad instead. A gal named Kirsten, and another gal who I was to understand was the manager, were a tremendous help, and got me on the road with my new iPad as well as some awesome accessories. Ladies, thank you so much.I recommend this location to anyone needing help.

Always tries to upsale on EVERYTHING went in to talk about how the family app was using all my kids data and they didnt explain anything and just tried to get me to upgrade to unlimited data. Also went in and instead of just saying straight off the bat the I need to call insurance about my device they messed around for a hour and a half telling me this that and the other. GET TO THE POINT.

I have never really enjoyed going the Verizon in Dixon, but after my last visit there I am never going back. I was basically ignored. This caused me to leave this location and use the Verizon store in Sterling. Much better service there.

The staff on 12/22 were extremely helpful. They got us the phones we wanted with the best deal possible. They made sure we had all our questions answered and took time to make sure all our settings were transferred. They were very nice and took the time each customer needed. I have had a lot of good experiences before then and always try to go there for sales just to work with the friendly staff.

Two years ago we switched from a previous carrier to Verizon, because we moved and the previous carrier didnt work in Oregon. Went to the store and were offered phones with great deals. I have the Droid Turbo 2, which Verizon doesnt sell anymore, and Im debating about trading it in. The Droid was on sale, and looked very promising. We should have stuck to our guns and gotten a different phone.Anyway, the staff is helpful. My wife upgraded in December and we were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes to an hour. I think that is pretty good. I wish the store was bigger so they could display more phones, but it is what it is.I would highly recommend this store. We have not had any issues with them.

10 years ago when Travis was manager it was a 5 star store. Now service and employee willingness to help has greatly decreased. Stop by today with an issues, 1/2 a dozen sales staff huddled together playing with phones and laughing one of them came over and asked what I needed but he definitely acted like I was bothering him with my questions and told me to call the 800# . So I left and on my 40 minutes ride back home yup I drove 40 minutes just to go to this store because they used to be willing to help you. I called 800# and 40 minutes on hold later as I arrived home a representative was able to answer my question. she also informed me that the store salesperson had access to the information and could have taken care of issues. That is if he would have even asked my name or logged in to my account or acted like he even cared even a little. prior to going to the store I did call the 800 number and it was the extreme long hold times that made me decide to take a ride to the store only to be told that I need you to call the 800 number again Verizon is really gone downhill with the way their representatives treat customers makes me wonder why Ive been with them over 20 years

Staff was very helpful! My daughters phone was defective and they helped us get a replacement then they also helped her set it up. It took some time since she had tried to do it herself and really goofed up her phone. I wish I could remember their names... Very patient, kind and very customer oriented!!! Helped my other daughter with multiple issues on her phone that he resolved very quickly as well!!! 😊😊😊

I have done business at this location for over 3 years and about over half a dozen phones. They are awesome! I found out TODAY the difference between a corporate store vs. a local store.The local one seemed hit n miss if u get a person that is helpful or not. The company store had many more product choices, and the sales people are sent too school so they are much more informed on the latest products and services available. I ended buying a Bluetooth speaker and Mitchell was very helpful in showing me how Bluetooth works and gets paired with my telephone. It was much appreciated. Thx. Mitchell...The ladys in Clinton where very helpful as well, but the company store is the place too go if youre looking for the latest information on what Verizon has available and a much bigger selection of products and services.R.E D........

The lack of training for these employees is atrocious, they do not understand basic functionally of their equipment. Why Apple let’s these corporate stores sell the IPhone or IPad with no training is appalling.I sent a friend out to the Dixon, IL store within 14 days of buying the phone and he had a manufactures defect. The lady told him he has to call Apple, Sorry lady you are wrong and I will never let anyone go out to the Dixon store that I talk to. I am the only Apple certified tech in Dixon I detest the way you treated my customer. I will be contacting Apple business services with a complaint about this incident.
