This locations is absolutely amazing. I place an online order once or twice a week to pick up(often I pick up a few pieces for myself(how can you not when you see them on display!)) they are quick to fill the request and the items are beautiful and fresh. When I deliver the items, my customers are always so excited! The store is always so clean and you can smell the chocolate and fruit as soon as you walk in the door. The owner is very personable and remembers her customers when they walk in. You can’t say that about a lot of places.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the second time I’ve had edible arrangements in the last year and I have to say that these are the worst fruit baskets ever.The only fruit edible was the grapes. I guess putting the chocolate on the pineapple is supposed to camouflage the sour fruit. I will never send or accept another basket from them. Don’t waste your money.

I came during boss week and a young man name Santiago took care of me while another lady there also had great customer service I couldn’t be more happy with my visit the store was so clean as well recommend this location for sure !

My Mom loved the arrangement. She loved how it looked and how delicious it was! Im so glad she was very happy and it made her day. I honestly thought it didnt have enough big daisies on it like the picture but Im glad I also got chocolate covered strawberries. Overall Im happy about my purchase. The customer service from their employees are amazing! The lady was so attentive and understanding as to when to schedule the delivery. At first my mom wasnt home but an employee called me and rescheduled for a later time.

Customer service at this location is wonderful. Good job on our arrangement! We needed fruits for someone who had restrictions on a few of the fruits in the original arrangement that it comes with. They accommodated our request with ease and made a fresh one in twenty minutes.

TRULY WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BECAUSE I WOULD. No communication from their team. I left instructions in notes to please send at a specific time. Not knowing that they stop delivering at 4, they did not call or email to say “hey we read your note, we don’t deliver that late. What would you like us to do?” NOTHING. they ruined a very special surprise and when I called to tell them what happened and asked them WHY I was not communicated with, the girl who answered the phone said “well we get busy that’s not really our fault” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Not to mention they hand delivered an arrangement to someone who it was NOT addressed to. Very very disappointed in how things were handled today. Not only by the series of irresponsible events that led to a huge disappointment in who I was delivering to, but also because of the poor customer service I received from the young lady tonight. So sorry you were too busy to handle things correctly. Hope y’all can get it together...

I’m very disappointed in the service at this location. I called in to place an order for a small delicious daisy with dipped strawberries. The girl I spoke with did not know the product well. I knew specifically what I wanted and told her several times as she kept asking again and again what I wanted. When I got there to pick up my order it was not correct. This is not the first time I have been disappointed in this location.. I love edible arrangements as I have previously worked for an edible arrangements in a different state. This location always seems like they are short handed. This is the nearest location to me. I hope things will get better.

Placed an order for Mother’s Day! Tracked it all day it said it was out for delivery. Called around 6 and the guy said it was going to be the next order out when the delivery driver came out stating they were delivering till 10:30 pm. 10:00 pm I called and they said they couldn’t deliver it till the next day! I told them cancel the order which supposedly they were going to leave a message for the manager to do so! Next day the driver called me mother saying he was outside and nobody was home and she told him the package was for yesterday and it was supposed to be cancelled and with an attitude he said well that needs to be taken up with a manager and I have nothin left to say to you and hung up on her face!! Wasn’t the first time I had problems year before they forgot my moms birthday balloons! Never again will I ever use this establishment! Horrible customer service! A manager was never there she was out making deliveries but somehow appeared when I mentioned I was going to go up to the store to handle things Smdh

Made a Mothers Day order 10 days in advance. I paid extra for it to be delivered ON Mothers Day. I called the store around noon on Sunday because it had not been delivered & I was told it was being worked on. 9:30 at night it still was not there and I called again and they asked if it could be delivered the next day. I agreed. The next morning I called at 11am because it still was not delivered. I was told it was on the truck to be delivered. I called again 4 hours later because it still was not delivered. I was told the manager would make it right now and deliver herself & it would be there by 4pm. That did not happen either. When I called back at at 4:30 pm I was told it was on the truck and would be delivered. Still as of Tuesday, 2 days later, no delivery. I will NEVER use this location again and likely not order with Edible again. The manager was rude and just told me how they were short handed and had more orders then they could handle. No offer of any other way to compensate or refund for a purchase made and no product or service provided.

Made an order tues for a arrangement to get delivered on Thursday call them around 5pm when it didn’t show up said they had been swamped I understand with everything going on. Called back around 7pm said they were dipping the fruit and would be going out soon. Called back around 8:30pm said it was going out the door to be delivered. Didn’t hear anything by ten thought maybe they ran out of time. Got a txt msg from the delivery drive at 11pm saying they were 10min out. I’m not answering the door at 11pm. Disappointed. Wish there would’ve been communication on what was going on and why it took so long.

They did a great job! I decided to order on a whim and wanted same day delivery. Turns out my man was having a not so great day, so when Edible Arrangements showed up, he was more than pleased. Thank you for doing such a great job!!

Our order was never delivered and when we called to complain, the person working that evening was extremely rude and tried to pass blame to us. We called back the next day and spoke to Leslie the Mgr and she went over and above to fix the error and was overly apologetic for her employees behavior. Leslie definitely fills the roll of professionalism in a work place and deserves her roll as Manager for sure 👏🏻Her employee should revisit the class on ‘customer courtesy’ and take a few lessons from Leslie .

I wish i could give zero stars. I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day a week a head of time and was guaranteed delivery. I get a phone call at 1145p on Sunday night while i was sleeping. I call this morning and the only excuse was that we were swamped i get that however do not guarantee delivery . I did not receive a apology or anything basically seemed to shrug it off like oh well. SHAME ON YOU!!

Ok, so I Just received my valentines gift via delivery and the bouquet was dripping with sweat and the strawberries looked as if they were days old. In the past when my husband purchased from this company, which he has done MANY TIMES that the arrangements were always perfect and fresh. I am upset that my husband Paid As Much as he did only to have a bouquet that looked like it was prepared several days ago. I love my husband and would never say that I didnt love or appreciate my gift. Im just so disappointed with what they sold him and what was delivered.

11/19/2015I am extremely upset! I called Edible Arrangements to let them know that the person I was gifting was leaving work at noon and wanted to make sure they would be there on time to deliver it. They proceeded to call the person I was gifting to let them know that they were running 15 minutes late and asked him to wait for them! This was suppose to be a surprise!!! Completely ruined. I am so angry!UPDATE: 11/23/2015I called the store and told them how upset I was. I was told by the store employee that a manager would call me back. It has been 4 days and I still have not heard from the manager. How unprofessional.

Will never use the location in Webster, Tx again! I ordered an arrangement to celebrate an employees work anniversary. I called to make sure that delivery would occur before our close of business. When it was getting toward the end of the day and no delivery had come I called to check on it. I was told by a very confused woman at the store that the order would be there in 15 minutes. The arrangement never arrived and our employee never got her arrangement. I called the location again and they refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was out. Bad service, very bad customer service.

Box looked good but they forgot my sweet note... Not cool.

Will NEVER use this location again. It is obvious they DO not have their act together. I ordered this for my wifes Birthday and was excited that she would get it and show it off at work. They did not get to her work in time (Before 1pm, which I stated on the website she leaves work at 1pm. I have ordered from the Webster location and they have always been able to get it there by then with no issues!). The driver called my wife to bring it to our house and told her she would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, and after ignoring her calls, she FINALLY texted my wife and said Im not bringing it, someone else isIf you want good service go to the one out of Webster!

I have been trying to contact the store near me (Dickinson) because the website wont update the status of my order. I understand that today is a busy day but to have your calls go directly to voicemail is frustrating. I even called the main number for edible arrangements and no matter what option you choose the call just ends up dropping. Im sending chocolate covered strawberries to my partner at her place of business and she will be leaving at 5:00pm. Its 4:00 and she still hasnt received them. Im mostly frustrated that Ive been unable to reach anyone for help with my concerns of her getting them before she leaves work today. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. Next time I will try Sharis Berries...probably should have used them to begin with.
