I got so many cool things here. This place definitely can take your whole paycheck happily lol. I loved getting some glue for slime and some sewing stuff. Definitely recommend coming here.

UPDATE: The district manager and store manager contacted me and are working to correct this. They are submitting a claim to reimburse me for my artwork and more to make this right. Paulette had amazing customer service. I wish I spoke with her during my first interactions, and my review would have been 5 star.I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this is unacceptable and I feel a need to share.I had an absolutely horrible experience at Michaels framing department. I spent ~$400 on two custom frames. 1. It took absolutely forever to get help to make the order. 2. Once the order was placed, theres an estimated delivery time. My order was apparently received and a new girl misplaced it so they had to reorder it. The order finally came in another week later and it was only for ONE of the two frames. I was told the second frame would be ready the following day, pending filigree arrival. The next day the frame still wasnt ready. The very rude customer service rep, Kelli, said well I can just refund your money and you can go somewhere else. I said ok. She then proceeded to have such a terrible attitude - rolled her eyes, said what, you want it out of there - yes, if youre refunding my money, I dont need the item. 3. When she returned my diploma, I check it and it was ripped. She said its not ripped I showed her where it was and she said call the 1800 number and file a claim. I asked to speak to a manager. She said shes the manager. When I called the 1800 number they confirmed she is not the manager so the manager and district manager have been notified. *update* store confirmed she was the acting manager on duty.This is ridiculous. What should have been an exciting experience- framing diplomas- was an absolute nightmare.What also needs to be said, the other customer service representative in framing, with arm tattoos, was always very nice and professional in our interactions. She clearly felt uncomfortable when Kelli called her to come back and issue my refund.

Was my first time going to a Michaels store. I LOVE Hobby Lobby, but Michaels was just right for me. They have exactly what you need and more, but not overwhelming like Hobby Lobby can be sometimes.

Their eva foam selection used to be a big area. They had many different sizes and shapes. Now they have almost nothing. Really disappointing and a big inconvenience. Looks like Ill have to go back to ordering foam on Amazon.

Prices are right, great product selection.While standing in line, everyone could over hear the manager talking to several employees about not being able to find a pallet. Very demeaning and with words that are very inappropriate for the work place. I thanked the cashier for her friendliness. I let her know of my distaste and that I would probably take my business elsewhere, because of the manager’s treatment of her team workers.

Such a disappointment. They had very little of anything. No Halloween. Frames, they have maybe one of each but if you need three, youre out of luck.

I always love me going to Michaels. Today I went for a can of Matte Robins Egg spray paint. Its a beautiful light blue. Curbside was offered, but I wanted to check out the food flavorings. Michaels carries blueberry and raspberry extracts. Yea.

Dustin went above and beyond the call of duty today to figure out how I could pay for my framing estimate. Jessica and Liz have been awesome as well. This is my go to craft store and frame shop! Thank you, Dustin! I have had many items framed and shadow boxed here and am always impressed with the quality of work.And... update! I’ve had a few more difficult items framed ... perfection! Who else gets a written thank you note from your framing store folks? I’m a loyal fan!

It’s a craft store… I only come when I have to

I pushed the button to get paint and no one came. Had to walk to the front and the young lady called someone to help. Not sure if the button was not working. It was an inconvenience to walk there and back because the paint was locked up. The young lady at the front was nice is the reason I gave 4 stars.

They normally have a great selection in stock and this store was no different. Not much in with the help and associates seemed to be preoccupied with leaving the store rather than being there assisting customer. Checkout for 2 items took almost 15 minutes with only 3 people in line with less than 5 items.

The staff need to know a bit more about crafting to work at a craft store. It Halloween and the poor girl didn’t know what liquid latex was much less where it was. But I found it and showed it to her. Even told what it’s used for. But she was very willing to learn.

Michaels is a good store but not as well stocked as it was prior to covid 19. But thats likely true for most retail stores.

Fernando was incredibly helpful and informative. We came in with some posters - struggling to get an idea of which frame to get, and Fernando came by and helped us measure all five of them. He also offered many different suggestions on how to hang them and what dimensions would more than likely need a custom frame.The best customer service Ive had in a very long time! This is an awesome store! Employees go out of there way to ask you if you need assistance. The cashiers are friendly. The lines dont get bad before they call for back up.

Great art supplies but need more brands of paint like Amsterdam available in the store I was not able to find that. Maybe sold out.

Dickenson location: I have never been more disappointed in a Michaels location everI was looking for a Cricut Maker and called this location 3xs each time the same male answered and when I asked if they had one in stock he would hang up on meCalled the Michaels in Webster and the girl was sooooo helpful and I was able to buy my Cricut Maker and additional supplies

Busy weekend day at this locale, and still the employee was happy to help with 2 returns and 1 purchase. I must say that I was impressed - and very grateful. Not what it used to be. Used to have more affordable silk flowers and greenery, now they are more trendy, commercial. Not for the hard working person...more for rich

We got everything we needed and then some. We got lucky that most everything we needed was on sale. Plus we used the online coupons that saved us so much.

Only complaint is the stitching aisles are always neglected. Baskets of product blocking the shelves, tons of out of stocks, and disorganized. Otherwise the rest of the store looks great.

I use to go to Michaels at least once a week. Now I dont even want to shop there anymore . Why is that every time I go to Michaels they ask me for my email address? I have already given my email address. Every time I go to Michaels every cashier asking for someone email address. Thats just wrong . I have also heard that if the employee doesnt get a certain amount of emails they will get written up. How can Yall get away with that. I understand that youre trying to run a business ,but that not how you treat your employees. You dont give them a write up just because a customer doesnt want to get spammed with coupons everyday.
