Eatóri is a do-it-all market, restaurant, and bar in Capitol Park. I dined outside on a Sunday evening and my experience was fabulous. Staff were gracious enough to turn on the heater on the patio. They have ample outdoor dining end outdoor seating space. The service was prompt and employees were all wearing masks. The view from here is beautiful. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The Fried Chicken Sandwich should not be missed! I also highly recommend the truffle fries with parmesan.

The avocado toast was amazing. It is now my favorite and I want to go back order more. The staff is friendly and great. After you are done eating they have a little market inside to get produce, wine, beverages and more.

This place is hands down one of the best places I’ve ate at in Detroit. It’s a low key place and the food and service are on point every time. The menu is perfect. I regret I don’t have a pic of the grill cheese and Spicy tomato soup and highly suggest ordering it off the menu. Must go for a chill night and food to remember👏👏👏👍

I’ve lived in the Capitol Park area for three years and Eatóri is a staple here.They have great food and drinks, and I love their market. Their market is a bit pricy, but it’s got a lot of last minute items that I can grab if I forgot something at the grocery store.They just remodeled and it looks great!Pro-tip: their takeout in the back is perfect for a picnic.

Had a lovely date night at Eatori! It is the cutest little restaurant and market! We had their signature cocktails and special dinner items! Would highly recommend and will be revisiting!

Amazing place. Fun atmosphere. Amazing food. Great service. I have nothing bad to say about this place. You must get the fried chicken dinner and the bread pudding. Everything on the menu is amazing. This is definitely a place to frequent. The market also has amazing groceries.

It didnt really impress. I got excited by the menu and decor, but the dine in experience was sub par. Tried 2 entrees. Both indicated their special trick was salt and butter. Service was fine.The Marketplace however was very cool, and the staff working there were friendly. Id definitely stop in to pick up snacks, supplies, and prepared foods.

We had a delightful evening dinning al fresco at Eatori. The service, food and beverage were excellent all around. The charcuterie board had interesting selections of cheeses and wasn’t boring, the burrata excellent. And the fried chicken is worth returning for again and again. Whitney delivered outstanding service throughout the evening. This is the type of establishment that makes Detroit worth visiting and living in. Bravo Eatori!

This is the most convenient bodega and restaurant. The food is fresh and the brands are top notch. This Westin Book Cadillac resident is very happy you are part of the Capitol Park neighborhood.

I consider myself something of an expert when it comes to chicken and waffles, so I can confidently say that Eatóri is a restaurant you cant miss if youre looking for the best in the city. I dont know if I can call any the best since New Center Eatery closed, but these are in the running.

Amazing service, food & drinks. Every time I’ve been here I’ve never been disappointed. Amazing atmosphere. The grocery shop in the back is great too. The chicken dinner & bread pudding are some of my favorites.

They have signs up that say seating is limited to 2 hours but it took 15 minutes to get drinks (literally just coffee) and then an hour to get our food after we ordered. The food was good, but not worth the time commitment.

I CANT BELIEVE I FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST IN MY OWN CITY. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WOULD ADVISE ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS NOT TO SUPPORT THIS ROACH AND RAT INFESTED DUMP!! WERE THINKING ABOUT ORGANIZING A SMALL PROTEST HERE, THEY WILL NOT TREAT US LIKE GARBAGE.

Dont patronize this restaurant if youre black. They dont respect us!! The manager is rude and nasty. I spent a ton of money there before everything opened fully and Im still not respected, I will never give them another dime. They dont want African American people there. There are much better places downtown. Screw this place!

I absolutely LOVE this hidden gem of a market here in Detroit! They have amazing value for the quality of their food. Produce is fresh and vibrant. They have a ton of international ingredients and wine. The prepared food is not your standard supermarket prepared and it shows! In a city where you have in addition a Whole Foods and a Plum Market, THIS is where Ill be. Its local. Its fresh. Its a must visit. Attached is a photo of their delicious Wagyu burger. The aioli was delicious and creamy. The meat was delicious and buttery. Definitely will have again as well.

Be patient! They are short staffed. The bread pudding is 1000% worth the wait though.

Local marketplace and bar with food, Eatóri is a fresh taste and chill spot to grab a drink with friends or neighbors. The whiskey selection is very good and the cocktails rotate often. I find the cocktails a little sweet for my taste, but with a well stocked bar and decent bartenders I’m sure they could mix you anything you want. The food is very good and I highly recommend checking it out for the weekend brunch.

What a gem!Have eaten outside on the patio multiple times and always enjoyed our meals.This time we went inside and what a surprise. All sorts of quality products. A little bit of everything, deli, premade food, grocery, beer and wine, etc. The person behind the deli counter even sold us a baguette over the counter.

Just went for the first time and it did not disappoint. The chicken sandwich was amazing!

The bartenders are always really nice and attentive. The drinks are always really good and the happy hour menu is small but tasty. I haven’t had a chance to have a full sized meal yet but I’m excited to! All the food they brought out looked and smelled amazing. Plus the ingredients they use have me dying to try one of everything. The few appetizers we’ve had were excellent as well.

Check your receipt, the menu indicates the chicken sandwich comes with chips but I was charged an additional $6. That makes the meal total $26 for a very mediocre sandwich.

Hard to beat. Small Italian market with fresh prepared foods and groceries plus wine. To top it off theres also a bar and dining area with exceptional cocktails and a small but delicately crafted food menu.

Only thing I can say is the bread pudding was amazing, but their prices are high.

Love the ambiance...and on top of that the food was amazing. I had delicious soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. Try the Mexican cold brew iced coffeeThe waitress served it to me at the bar but it was from the grocery section. There was lots of room to sit under an umbrella outside too.

Really great ambiance. Food quality was good, but it seems like everything on the food menu is priced 1.5x higher than what I would reasonably expect. Service was sufficient but not particularly stellar. A neat place for drinks, but I doubt I will return for the food.

The food was decent, service outside in the park was good and friendly. A bit too fast to receive the bill (should wait for the cocktails to be done) but it seems to be common in Detroit. I removed -3 stars for the terrible mistake of listing sparkling wine from California as a champagne from.... France. Seriously? The Owners should know it’s illegal to use “Champagne” appellation when it’s not and trying to fool people. They should correct their menu as this is a lie.

I love Eatóri because of the options and the quality of them. You can shop in the mini gourmet grocery store in the rear and order hot food to go from the counter there OR you can dine in/have a drink at front and the bar/restaurant area. This place is done really nice and all of the options they offer are great. In the warmer outdoor months they have a gorgeous patio area where you can sit and order a delicious frozen Rosé that they offer seasonally. The staff is always wonderful and lovely

Im impressed at this tiny little shop in the back of a bar. All healthy, with gluten free and vegan friendly foods. As its space is limited, so are some products. But still amazed at the selections.

Price was a bit insane for fairly basic prepared foods that said its a nice space and the sliders were really good.

Nice Selection! I confess to being a foodie. As such, I know a fair bit about premium ingredients. Theyve got em. Theres even a nice, but small selection of fresh produce. I had the opportunity to try a chicken swarma. It was on the better side of okay. The broccoli salad was better. Cooked perfectly and super tasty.

Came here for brunch after the recommendation from a friend that they allow dogs on their patio. They had about a dozen brunch entrees and I had the pesto couscous with a poached egg, baguette, chickpeas, jalapeño and some other kind of pepper. I do not know what his was called unfortunately. My companions had the prosciutto pizza with arugula, cheese and a poached egg, fried chicken sandwich and Berries and cream French toast. All excellent! The prices were not outrageous for brunch either. Between $16-22 per plate. They had a variety of yummy cocktails that we did not order but those interested I would encourage to check out that menu too.Oh and the service was excellent. Our waitress gave great recommendations of the most notable entrees. One was what I had for my brunch, and another was the chicken and waffles. They have WiFi but it’s password protected.

Purely for the market!!Overpriced for things you can find so cheaply in other supermarkets. Really not that extensive of variety.

Cool concept of bar meets market. Market has lovely selection of cheese, fruit, veg and other things you can cook with. They have a already made food delivery at the back. Good wine selection. Bathrooms were clean. The bar was pretty busy the first time I went there and then average the second. Both on weekends. Loved the little fire pits across from the location and the rental spaces for little shops. Detroit is becoming a well worth the visit place.

Stopped by on a Thursday night and its hard for me to put into words how amazing the vibe and environment are. Amazing drinks and fantastic food with great perfectly leveled music in the background. This place is small which makes it very intimate and the staff can give you personal attention. Highly recommend!

Fabulous! This is the coolest combo of small bar/restaurant /grocery store that I have ever seen. Located in the increasingly awesome environment of Capitol Park Eatori is a delight. You need to get to this place soon so you can brag about being there to all of your friends. Reasonably affordable and trendy never looked so good!

Poor customer service.I’ve been a regular customer during the lockdown but was just accused of stealing by one of the cashiers while attempting to pay then had my bag taken from me.After paying there was no apology just a shrug.This is horrible customer service.

Felt like I was in NYC without the New York prices. The bartender was very knowledgeable and seemed happy to be there and serve. The owner and employees seemed like normal cool people instead the over the top hipster cliches the have taken over all the cool places downtown, Corktown and Midtown.

This is a nice addition to the downtown food scene. You can order lunch or dinner and drinks from the bar up front. In the back they have delicious prepared food to go or they will warm up and you can eat inside. A whole assortment of fresh, great looking produce and Italian meats and cheese is available too.

I move the food selection and quality! It’s pretty amazing to be able to eat and then buy groceries. 1 stop shop

I recommend you do as I did: get a bottle of wine or two and share several plates among friends. The fried chicken is so plump and moist and yet crispy to the nth degree.
