Charles was super professional, easy to work with, communicative as all hell! The product is lovely, he did more than he said he would for less than it should have cost. 10/10 recommend!

Wasted my entire Saturday waiting for Charles.He told me 12-1 and called him at 1 he was rude and said he was still coming. Called him at 2 pm same thing. Called him at 4pm and still said he was coming. What a joke no call no show:((Super disrespectful, one thing I will never get back is the beautiful Saturday I wasted waiting on him.Very untrustworthy

Amazing experience! Solid company, great prices. I had my basement windows replaced. While they did have some delay due to weather, the finished product was EXCELLENT. Big Blocks Glass made me a priority they took the time to inspect it for perfection before releasing it to me. Definitely a company you want to do business with.

The guy is a joke. I have called him multiple times and he always has an excuse for never coming out. Flat tire, working late on another job, just came down with leprosy or some excuse.Then when you try to call to see if he is going to show up, his voicemail on his phone is full and you cant leave a message. Amazing how these people stay in business when they treat making money as a joke.He never came out and did anything, but maybe im glad he didnt, since this is the way he fails at being a business owner.

Workers showed up on time and was very polite, my glass blocks look beautiful and is exactly what I wanted.

Terrible service! After waiting, calling, late appointments, and no shows, I had to asked Charles for a refund and threaten to cancel service; thats when the work was finally completed. Its funny...he does not know who ANYONE IS when they leave a not so good review describing his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.

Wondering if still open for business. I placed an order and set install date. Due to busy schedule company rescheduled several times. However, block window never installed and many calls not returned.

Disappointed. Charles was supposed to come by to my home last weekend and give an estimate. No call, no show. I havent heard anything since. Im hoping there is a misunderstanding, considering all of the positive reviews.

This guy is a joke ...he did a job for me and the work was horrible.....do not hire this guy .......had excuses for everything lol.........people who make excuses for everything are not trustworthy........i hope he stops doing business and ripping people off and wasting peoples time... he has no clue how to do glass block
