This is a specialty electrical repair shop that is part of an unfortunate dying breed. The guys that run this are extremely courteous and professional. They can repair any electrical item that might otherwise be a candidate for the landfill. I would highly recommend this place to any friend, family member or business associate. I also hear that they repair antique vintage lamps.(and at a very reasonable cost}. No, they dont have heated massage chairs and they do not offer your favorite Starbucks beverage while reading you some corporate script that was commissoned in some board room in Manhattan. But who in their right mind would consider that good customer service from a appliance repair reminisant of a simpler time when good service, good work, at a reasonable price was the order of the day Simplier times I guess.

I had a antique/vintage fan repaired. They sucessfully performed the work. The issue was with their customer service. No calls made to notify me of the completion and when I did call they came across gruf and unprofessional. It was as if I was invconviencing them. So if youre looking for a repair youre fine. If youre looking for a pleasant customer experience then youre out of luck. Bring your wallet and thick skin.
