Marvin was a great help and had immense knowledge about everything that I needed help with. I just bought a house but the house thermostat wasn’t working properly and he helped with every step of the way finding the perfect one for my house and the honey well works perfectly!!!!

Ive had a nice pleasant experience , no problems once or ever with shopping , or even looking around there , love the customer service and environment , cashier would never force a customer to take off mask he is very much aware of rules , awareness, policies, laws , or regulations , many people are indeed in fear of their life or health, no ones safety is not put at risk or jeopardy , when cashier fears or anxious just as much.

TLDR: This place is awesome and if they were closer this would be the only place I would shop.My furnace quit working on a sunday, and after calling and finding every local place was closed or didnt have the part I started getting desperate. I live in Ohio so when I called this place I wasnt looking forward to the drive but freezing seemed worse. When I first called they said they didnt have one in stock, but i received a call back several minutes later and an employee went above and beyond to find one in a warranty box and call me back! Knowing that I will probably never be a regular customer and not like it was an expensive part, I was really shocked, these people genuinely care about other people. GO BLUE ;-)

I needed a part for my a/c unit, Spoke with Marvin by phone and he took care of me quickly and courteously. Very nice young man with great people skills. Highly recommended.

I ordered a part online on a Saturday, called to confirm shipping times, and they assured me it would ship the coming Monday. It didn’t ship to Wednesday morning, sort of a big deal when it’s summer and you live in Arizona and your air conditioner is broken!! This was the only computer board HVAC guy and I could find anywhere in the country. Being that it’s 105 degrees I needed a computer board yesterday. I’m a little perturbed that I called to makes sure they could ship it ASAP, because my Dad lives in Michigan and could have driven to pick it up and ship it to me himself so I had other options. This store let me down 1000000 percent. I’m the one sitting in triple digit heat sweating all over myself because of it. I’m not sure this is business understands they need to do what they say they are going to do. It’s a pretty basic premise. They failed miserably!

Customer service is not good anymore. Nobody wants to help you. They used to come to you and ask you if you need help. They just have kids working there now.

Owner and the employees has horrible customer servicing experience!! Miss behaving !! Had to call police!! Even it’s next to my Home but I go to Home Depot and other heard ware store.It’s happened with me Mr. Adnan how I forgot that horrible behavior?? So do you still wanna say it is the different hardware store??

Great service. I went to get a Uhaul. And had a key made that none of the other hardware store O have tried were able to duplicate. Friendly and helpful staff would recommend!

Good local hardware store. I own a business in Hamtramck and this is my go-to place for all the hardware odds and ends I need. Not as cheap as a Home Depot or Lowes, maybe, but the staff are friendly and helpful and I dont have take a long drive and then wait in line.

It was late on a SUNDAY afternoon when my A/C compressor stopped working. I needed a fan starter capacitor for the outside unit. No place was open to go get one until Monday morning. My wife looked on the computer and found Hamtramck Hardware and called them. They actually had one in stock......... ON SUNDAY no less.. If youre having trouble finding something, please dont hesitate to call these guys.. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable .. Thank you again and if I could, I would give you way more stars..

For me closest palce to go and get whatever i need. I dont have to drive 12 miles to get few tools i need. The customers service always great. They try to help you out soon they can. Very helpful.

Ordered a replacement board for my furnace. No correspondence about the order. Called 4 days later to find out its on backorder. Absolutely no customer service here. Wow! Let someone know its not available!!!

Very good service and they know exactly what theyre doing in everything highly highly recommended with many long year experiences. I had a problem with the heat and before I called them I called other maintainer people and they said my heater will all need changing and that I need to pay $4,500 I had to solve this problem quickly since it was winter but I remembered my great friend and I just called to ask and he told me exactly what to do instead of wasting 4,500 with other people who dont know what theyre doing and they just want to rip me off. I saved so much and Im so grateful, theres no one like this brother in his job. Very honest and everything is top. After I called my brother Adnan Gobah he told me exactly what to do and I did the job by my self with no experience only by his directions and my heat worked the same day exactly. Very respectful with good manners and extremely helpful. They can do anything for you Guaranteed and it will work and my experience with them is a proof. 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💯

The associates and mgmt are very, very, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. If u have a DIY project or yur a professional. All u have to do is walk in and tell them what yur doing or tryin to do and they will try their best to walk u thru how to do it and show u everything u need to complete the job. They carry almost everything u need to complete most jobs for your house but if not they can order your part and have it sent quick so u can complete your job. This is one hardware place I cant live without!!!!

Very poor service. Went to this store on Saturday to order 2 furnace parts. Fahed, who was assisting me, would go to the back of the store and back to the computer few times and after about 20 minutes asked me to come back on Monday to place my order. I came back on Monday but he was not in. I spoke with his nephew who very pleasant and I gave him copies that had pictures and description of the parts I needed and he put them on Faheds desk. I also included my name and phone number. Since I did not hear from Fahed by Friday morning, I called him. He said that he would place the order and call me back but that did not happen. I called him again in the evening and again he told me that he would place the order and call me back that same evening. Never heard from him. Saturday morning, I went to Servall store in Warren and had my parts in couple minutes. What an excellent service. That same day I shipped those parts to Poland by express airmail.

Prices are a little too high. But its right around the block from me. Customer service is not always good. They have sold me the wrong sized stuff..while the told me it was the right size.

They had roaches in the truck and someone stole my phone mounter when i know i left out in the truck.
