Worst service ever Kay sold me a car with a busted motor car stopped running in less than a month, and the warranty didnt cover anything. Ended up finding a reputable company so service my car and assist with the purchase of a 2nd. If you want a good car go here instead you wont regret it. Bought car april 1st and by april 10th it was back at their shop for leaking power steering fluid. A week later the same issue returned. 3 days total my vehicle spent in their shop the first 30 days. they act is if their doing me a favor or like i didnt just pay 3000 for a vehicle with a payment of 450 a month to have issues and miss work. They are fixing the vehicle i guess to them free of charge and offered my 100$ ( nothing) for the embarrassment, days off work and troubles of having to drop and pick a vehicle up

Two months ago I bought my 2012 Yukon Denali xl.Ky to care of me in selling me my dream truck that I was looking for for about a year.A month in a half in my transmission goes out.I did have a warranty up to 24,000...I was heart broken. So sad... Ky listened and took care of me and my truck. 3000 wroth of work. Ky took care of my warranty and I walk away paying nothing for a new transmission. Best of mi is not a scam they care about there customers. I’m now going back to find me a AWD sedan...thank you for making my car buying process a happy experience.

First time buyer. I traded my car in that I owned and put money down. They scammed me into purchasing a vehicle that broke down within the first 30 days. They LIED and said that I was insured under triple AAA. Called triple AAA they said that my car has not been with them since 2014. I had to get a new/used engine put in. They also lied about me being able to trade my car back in within the first 12 months, all of a “sudden” it’s 18 months. The car is very unreliable. I have had to put this car in the shop more than 3 times ONLY within 7 months. Their customer service is pathetic, poor & unprofessional. Kay & Josh are the absolute WORST car salesman EVER ! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership.

Liars! I came across them on Craigslist. They advertise you can make as low as $733 on disability with the picture of the vehicle that youre interested in!! but when you call them they tell you you cant get that vehicle because its not in my price range!!They lure people in with a higher quality cars with false advertisement!! In my opinion if your lying about your advertisement then youre going to lie about the quality of your vehicles!! So I would not recommend them!!

They definitely work with you and get you in a vehicle so I was extremely pleased with the service however my vehicle broke down right after purchase. In a total of 2 months exactly the vehicle has been down not drive able at all for 25 days out of 2 months. The amount I have paid in the last two months for repairs and towing has exceeded the monthly payments on the vehicle. I am definitely regretting this purchase. They will repair it for free if you pay $400-$600 to tow it there depending on where your from. I suggest purchasing locally!!!
