Dont shop here they hate it when the same customer comes in to the same store like really people love this store get real

I love it I am going to 5 below tomorrow

I called the store and spoke to an employee in regards to purchasing a Tupac poster for mothers Day. I asked the employee if they guaranteed had posters in the store. Because these posters often sell out. She told me that they did have the posters in stock. And with that being said I drove 30 minutes to five and below just to find out they dont have anymore in stock. I spoke to a manager who was very nice but told me that there was nothing he could do. I wasnt able to buy the display either. The manager said his boss forbidden the selling of the displays.This upsets me because I did my due diligence and inquiring if the store in fact had the posters. Why couldnt the employee of five and below check to see if a often sold out poster was actually in stock before confirming with the customer. Was its impossible to check for the posters before telling the customer you guaranteed have them in stock.I will not be returning to Five and belowOn 8mile and woodward.Nice people. Just no professionals.

Always clean and organized even during the holiday season and they were busy it was still much cleaner than some other locations. This store typically has what Im looking for less a size here and there when my minion is looking for a few dozen t-shirts 🙄. The employees are always nice and visible and I love that!

Great store, its just what the name says; everything is $5.00 or less. They have household items, toys, games, electronics, books, t-shirts, towels, candy, chips. All types of posters, shoes and much more. My babies got a chance to go out and spend some of their holiday money.

I love 5 Below.They have great products for great low prices.

The guard decided that he wanted to try and follow me abd my son around trying to say something to my son about his mask then I get home to find that the wireless ear buds I purchased for my other son had been opened both buds has ear wax on them and the resealed. Now I have to catch the bus all the way back to the store!!

The security guard she was really nice she let the grandkids use the bathroom it was an emergency with the grandkids they really like five below and I like it too 👍👍

Ok. This place has all the old school candies and thats pretty cool beyond that it has sprinkles of various toys and games not at all a teenagers favorite shop till you drop shop or adults unless youre like me and consider yourself still a bit of a child at heart. 3 stars and candy bars😄

Im thankful 5 Below was open. Lately, its been difficult finding at home exercise equipment. 5 Below had the dumbells and foam rollers I needed to begin my weight loss journey.

HORRIBLE manager on 7/25/20. Very immature as a professional and a human being. Prime example of a rotten apple spoiling the bunch. I spoke w/“him”( & that’s benefit of the doubt) over the phone and “his” attitude was VERY condescending. I hope “he” realizes that there is someone over him. Corporations go further than managers. So I plan to go further. I believe this unprofessional managers name is Will. Nonetheless the higher ups will know EXACTLY who it is. If customer service is CLEARLY not your path, find another one. You don’t appreciate the job no way.

First time ever in Five Below. Found it to be very interesting. Was able to locate what I was searching for with the help of the store clerk. Very nice atmosphere and reasonable.

I some what like this store. On different days of the week. The staff is a great group of people and I can always find what I an looking for, even if I didnt go in looking for anything.

Cashiers were very patient with us we had 3 carts fully loaded with Christmas gifts for needy families. We actually returned 3 days later after finding out we had more families to buy gifts for and received even better service than the 1st visit. The manager made it known that he appreciated what we were doing for the community.

Great selection of fun items. My family and I loved and adored this place. The items were treasures that offered fun for years to come!

They always have good merchandise always something different every time I visit this store?

Many products were gone and cashier was unsure of when they would get replacements. Kinda empty.

Nice clean store. Friendly staff that asks you to come back soon. Merchandise is limited, but fun. (What can you expect $5 and under....lol). All in all, a nice shopping center, clean, safe and welcoming. Please support these stores.

Normally we love 5 below- however their debit/ credit system was down- fine for me I had cash- not so go e for the 20 other good Friday before Easter shoppers in line! Not their fault but I also didnt see several of the items in the flyer.

GREAT SELECTION OF THINGS, CLEAN, AND NICE FRIENDLY CASHIERS

I needed a longer charging cable for my phone because when I play a game on the phone as it charges, the shorter cord makes that difficult. So i went to Five Below and found one that I like. Its a blue, 6 foot, quick charge cable and I love it. Stores like Walmart, Meijer and Best Buy charge over $5 for similar cables. I dont know what the cost wouldve been at MicroCenter but this particular Five Below was closer and much more convenient for me anyway. FYI: They dont have the extra store section like the Give Below store across from Oakland Mall, which I believe is called WOW, but this store is okay with me. Check them out for yourself.

Love this store the prices and items
