BEWARE!!!!!!make sure you read contract very well. I signed a contract in 2011 and some how Im locked in for a year whether I like it or not. Also im being charged almost double what ADT chargers. Even though my contract ended 4 yrs ago, there was in small print that it automatically renews yearly with a cancellation penalty. Canceling would cause me to pay for equipment that Im sure is considered ancient, nothing has been touched since 2011. When I voiced my displeasure not one worker cared to help. In fact after receiving the run around for days the final email I received was a very condescending email basically stating Im screwed no matter what I do and I better have a reminder to cancel 30 days before they renew me for another year.

They tried to scam my brother, they tricked me into signing a long term contract. Stay away from this company . We have accounts with guardian alarm , security central , national alarm and adt . This by far is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with . Stay away I highly recommend any one but this company. My brother went through hell and is being sued by them . Lol my brother owns several businesses and has never had one incident in 20 years. Now they want to sue him because he canceled his account due to defective equipment. Good luck with that

Beware of this Greedy and ungrateful alarm company. Most companies should be grateful for their customers. This company is very rude and unprofessional . 10 reviews ?? Thats all ? Half the reviews are from the owners or their relatives!!! I had the worst experience from this company and had to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue

Beware of this company !! Their whole goal is to trick you into signing a long term contract and lock you in . Their equipment is faulty they will sell you trash and then lock you into a contract . If you’re not happy with their service they will charge you 3k to cancel lol and They will try to sue you if you don’t pay , their whole business motto is sign you in and lock you in to a long term contract. I repeat do not sign the crazy contract!!!!
