Went down to Collect Beer Bar today on a friend’s recommendation. Loved the atmosphere and the rooftop deck. Try the Short Fuse Vocal Jam, a sour beer flavored with blueberry, boysenberry, and coffee!

Lovely service with a concise but excellent selection of draft beers. Fantastic views from every window but especially from the rooftop.

Wow! I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. The atmosphere really sells it. The interior is trendy and it has a great rooftop. Ive never had a bad beer here and they dont feel the need to resort to gimmicky large beer lists. Very fair pricing. Everyone I have talked to here is friendly and welcoming.

Awesome little beer bar with an ever-changing selection of quality and eclectic list of beers on tap. Minimalist interior (its on the second story of its building) with a very unique rooftop area that looks right onto Eastern Market. Owners are great too!

Great space! The mural on the wall is amazing. So many drafts with sour options 😍 Rooftop coming soon! Grab a beer here and head down to grab food at Gather, or enjoy some popcorn and taco seasoning. Love the interior of Collect and all the draft beer selection! Theres a magnificent mural on the side of the wall, theres Collect gear you can purchase, pop of green from the plants, and the projector TV for the background noise. Usually dont like IPAs, but I wanted to give the Blood Orange Billy a try, pretty good! Bartender was very helpful and the popcorn with smoked paprika was quite the snack. They also have specialty beer by cans/bottles so you can purchase them to-go for dinner parties, etc. Cant wait to enjoy the rooftop bar during the summer!

Not really any place like it in detroit, and the family run atmosphere makes everyone feel welcome. 10/10 would recommend

We recently photographed a wedding rehearsal dinner here on the rooftop of Collect and couldnt be happier with our experience. The staff was amazing, the beer selection was delicious and it was the perfect atmosphere for a casual evening on the roof!

Probably my favorite beer bar in town. Not a huge draft selection but always has rare and unusual options that you dont see on tap elsewhere in the city. Love the roof patio as well.

Very cool, had the game on the projector but its hard for everyone at the bar to see, free popcorn with your beer. Some good beers on tap. Rooftop area for the warm season that i cant wait to experience.

The roof is opening soon! If you want some off the wall brews and a eclectic vibe this is the place for you.Rad place- definitely more of a millennial/trendy vibe, but not pretentious or exclusive at all. Very friendly and welcoming.Very fair pricing as well.

Very cool spot with incredibly friendly owners/staff and an awesome, thoughtfully curated rotating tap list. Kyle and Guy are great -- theyre genuinely easy-going, knowledgeable, and helpful, without any of the pretentiousness you might expect at a craft beer bar like this. Come here to learn about and try awesome beers from Detroit and around the world that are very rarely found anyplace else!

Cool spot right about Gather. Can get their food from the bar. Nice small upstairs patio overlooking Gratiot and E. Market. Great selection of beers not normally found around town. Kyle was great in assisting with suggestions. Tip: DO NOT park on the street from 4-6pm M-F. Signs are a bit confusing, but they will ticket between those rush hours.

Cøllect is a tap room above Gather. My fiancee and I went there during a fundraiser for Paramita Sound. The music was great. The service was impeccable. The beers were inventive and zesty. Hard to say if Paramita djing the event made the night, but I would definitely go again. My compliments to the chef on the lamb meatball sandwich and kale caesar salad with bacon!
