Place changed hands. Loved their variety of supplies and hair. Low stock. Hopefully will improve. Used to love the service and prices.

So, I had words with the security guard yesterday because he refused to put on his mask.His first excuse was that he did not have to wear a mask because he was outside and then he said that he did not have to wear a mask because he has asthma.I told him that was not what Governor Whitmer said.I began taking pictures of him and noticed how ashy he was and I told him that they have all of that oil in the store and he is out here looking Dusty, Crusty and Rusty.Well, I will no longer be shopping at this hell hole . . . !!!!!!

Cost Cut is one the best Beauty Supply stores on the east side of town. They have just every thing you can imagine to satisfy all of your beautification wants and desires. And the security here is top notch!

Will never buy hair from here, The name of their store is Cost Cut but theyre higher than regular beauty supplies, theyre charging you $36 for Milky Way braiding hair when its $21 at any other Beauty Supply. LMBO!

I come here all the time for things my girlfriend needs to get her hair done as well as bows and barrettes for our daughter. This particular time I came for a couple of pair of eyelashes for my girlfriend as we were going out of town and she wasnt sure she would be able to find them. Got all the way to Texas before realizing that I had asked for Ardell 114 and she gave me Ardell 104! So when I got back to town I took them in just looking to exchange them for the correct ones, even had my reciept but was told no because eyelashes arent good after 3days because they bend on the end! So I asked, so all of the lashes you have up there (hundreds of them) were less an 3 days old? And she said yes, now we all know that is a LIE! So I asked so I cant exchange these for the correct ones since you guys gave me the wrong ones and she said no. Then the lil old security guy says its not our policy its the owners so I said well give me the owners office number or contact issue because this is stupid! But he refused told me they were about to close and he was leaving on time. So much for customer service! If she wouldnt have been having a conversation with the security guy while I was checking out maybe she wouldve heard me correctly! I will never shop here again!
