Tom the owner is extremely knowledgeable and works with everyone if you need help with pricing. Mike is diligent and extremely efficient with his work. Haslem is very skilled when it comes to electrical work. I have been coming to them for years to get my auto repair work done and you want someone that you can trust to do the work right and you also want someone WHO WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT A JOB, even if its difficult to hear, even if that means they lost out on the job.

They said I had to wait for three weeks for a auto electric to look at my car and still didnt fix the problem they charge way too much and take advantage of the elderly

They are usually my go to but, they recently misdiagnosed my mechanical problem, which led me to believe theyll do the same again. They may have even misdiagnosed issues with my vehicle in the past. I do not trust them at all!

Ive been going to Tom for 15 years. Ive had 3 cars and he and his team have always taken care of me. The owner Tom gives the facts and not something made up to take your money. I can get a ride to work, home, etc. The guys know me and some even greet me by name and hugs. I encourage anyone to give them a try for your next repair.

I have been taking my car to them for years..,for I want to say almost 10 years....never had a problem....and they were my go to mechanic...even when I moved out the neighborhood....took my car to them to get my brakes done (as they have done my brakes each time I’ve gotten my brakes done on any car I’ve had) right they did front pads and rotors...rear hardware kit, Rear shoes, rear drums, and something else me receipt is at home and I’m stuck in someone’s driveway. I got my car fixed on 8/12/20....Friday 8/14 I smelled burning and my car was decelerating on the freeway. My car is a 2005 so I’m like is there an electrical issue...nonetheless it was still drivable.Saturday there was smoking coming from my tire and the burning smell and my car didn’t want to accelerate...I left my car and my grandmas and took it back to them on Monday...they had to tow it.They claim I needed some part for it idk...they never wrote a receipt...told me I had to pay for the tow and the part $100 but give it to them when I get it...I told them I wasn’t aware I had to pay anything but whatever...I trusted them and assumed the issue was fixed. Next day same issue...I got stuck driving...smoke...brake was sticking...I called them they told me to bring it...had to bring it the next day because I couldn’t drive it continuously...as I live 35 miles from the auto repair facility...took it back they said they fixed it...they replaced all the parts again....I drive it and I get stuck 7 miles from the facility...same issue...they send who I would assume is the manager or senior mechanic...he comes to where I’m stranded and said my emergency brake was clenching the drum or something...I told him I never turned my emergency brake on...I never had a reason to and it wasn’t having these problems before they fixed my brakes...they towed it to the facility and Claimed they fixed it...I said did you drive it? They claim they drove it on the freeway...it was good to go...I go get my car and drive it around the block where it was “fixed” several times and the same thing happens once again...now I’m stuck in the dark...spent $50 on Uber for 2 rides...luckily I’m over a relatives house and can get a ride but I’m not sure what they did this time but they never drove my car on the freeway because I have the same amount of gas in it and if they would have it would have locked up on them...hopefully they will make this right and pay someone else to fix my car or give me a refund...I have lost money dealing with this issue...can’t even run my business...I’m a pretty calm person but I am extremely frustrated with this situation and am done.

One of the best Auto shops in Michigan by far. A place that has great service, good prices, a honest owner name Tom that will give you five star service 6 days a week. Also, they have fast service.

More than 4 months to install rusted engine he sold me rusted engine, engine seized. Wouldnt fix, even though wrote warrantied on recipet. Experiencing the racist, derogatory comments he makes about customers and people is enough to give firm understanding of shop owners beliefs. Guys a crook. Stole covers, parts that he stated I did not need so he claimed as his own, (why would Cadillac be so stupid to put covers over everything. They are not for you to steal). Has on going state complaints, credit disputes, BBB complaints, etc. Has his friends writing insufficient posts/reviews. Overall, stole my money, currently still suing this shop for damages done to body, rims (witnessed him drift my car on not and greenfield), other damages done to vehicle. If you complain or ask for a recipet he will threaten you. CALL 911, YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE HIS THREATS, DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT RECIPET.
