I had the displeasure of visiting this establishment recently and due to the poor customer service I did not have any service done and I wont have any done in the future. After waiting 10 minutes in the shop for service or even acknowledgement of my existence (they were fully aware that I was waiting) a man came in from the garage and purposely tried not to acknowledge me. I said hello and he held his hand out towards me as to say stop and rudely stated Al(?) will be here in a minute and walked back in the garage. I waited again... another man came in, Im assuming the man he was speaking of. He also proceeds to purposely ignore me grab something off the table which Im in front of and then leaves out the door without saying anything. At that point I left. Im not going to spend money at an establishment that doesnt feel its important to even acknowledge their customers. At any time someone could have greeted me, politely asked if I would be able to wait, provide explanation, something. Communication and professionalism is everything and this place had neither. Definitely will not patronize this establish and encourage others to do the same. Theres too many auto repair shops in and around the city to accept such unprofessionalism.

This is the only place I take my car for major jobs, they are familiar with the mechanics of the vehicle, oftentimes diagnosing just by my explanations.

I came to this repair shop, because I believe that the Seventies Quick Oil Change on East Jefferson did something to one of my Van engine hoses when I was there for services a couple days before. When I went to Riviera, they showed me what the problem was. They repaired my vehicle in a timely matter; and I was on my way.

Please Please do not go here (warning) I took my car here to get service for the engine light on and my car was running just fine. When they called me to tell me the price. I said no because I wanted to get a second opinion. Soon as I pick up my car and drove right out the parking lot down street my car cut off and never started back up. Called and ask them what they do to my car and they replied nothing and was very rude. These people did something to my car for it not to start back up. I’m so upset 😭 and was crying 😢 like how can people do this to someone just to get work done at your auto shop. I was just told by another auto shop that these people did something to my car for it to not start back up.

Overpriced service for under quality work. There were oversights of my vehicle. I specifically asked before heading out of town is my vehicle safe enough to hit the interstate highway because I had business out of town. The owners reply; Yeah it can make it. Due to an insufficient non-thorough job preformed at Riviera, I didnt make my appointment on time due to my brakes giving out on I-75. I had to stop at a Midas Shop out in another state to tighten up my vehicle for my safety. Midas did an supurb job and had me & my husband back on the road in no time. I love how professional they are....and Sam is the best!!! They also partner with a finance company named Snap. They will pay your cost for repairs if your approved and thats awesome, most places dont have that.

I visited Riviera twice with my auto repair needs and left feeling I was robed. I felt when I explained my needs, I was looked over without considering my concerns, unable to describe my issues in mechanic lingo. I left this place twice with new problems other then the original repair problem.Everyone is asked to leave your car, well call you. This should stop, stay with your car.

Be careful, they will get your vehicle and never finish when they say, if you dont believe me go there a watch how many people come to pick up their vehicle to find out its not ready or havent been even looked at. I had taken my SUV there and the guy told me my motor was going bad and then ask if I wanted to sell it? Fast forward I had taken it to another shop and the problem was the fuel pump, he also showed me a hose they didnt put back on and 2 bolts missing... If you still decide to go after this just remember youve been warned

This shady business took my mother for $900 claiming they did an extensive brake replacement job on her Econoline 150 van. After leaving this crap hole my mother couldnt stop her vehicle unless she stood up on the brake pedal. After taking the vehicle back the shady owner told her she needed a master cylinder because hers was bad, NOT THE CASE AT ALL. after seeking a 2nd opinion it was revealed that the owner of this shady business didnt even change the rear brakes or drums and the master cylinder was in fine working order. In my opinion youd have more success wrenching on your own vehicle. AVOID THIS CRAP HOLE LIKE THE PLAGUE, IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!

The owner is not professional. I called back about issues with the work that was done and he didnt want to fix it. This business does not do good work and I will not allow any one I know to go there. As a result of the work done to my vehicle I know have to have more work done. Ive never had a problem with my vehicle until this business touched my vehicle.

Battery charge is too expensive $20 is too much for 30 minutes with a battery charge I think this is store overcharge me but thats OK I paid it go that nudity listen up Bob Steele

Took my truck here after taking it to several other repair centers and they all were trying to over charge me and told me I needed work I didnt need . I took it to Riviera auto service and they did good work and at a good price . They were very honest and professional . I recommend them 10 times out of 10 !!!!
