I LOVE THIS PLACE🥰 Of course when you come here your not too happy because you need car repairs but the energy of this place is amazing. You get more than car parts, you get respect, great conversation and they are very knowledgeable about what you need. Waited so long on hold I decided to leave my house and took a 10 minute drive to see what was going on. When I got to the store they had 2 employees and 1 customer there by that time Id been on hold 20-25 minutes. I walked in the store with my phone on speaker with their hold music playing and the guy comes up to me and says oh my bad bro I forgot 😑 and they didnt even have not 1 of my parts

Very professional and knowledgeable! I purchased a new headlight for my 17 fusion. I went through 4 lights before coming here and getting the right one! No one else knew how to order the correct headlight , I was even able to get it the very next day. I will be back for more.

Had the part I needed, used good shape and with a warranty. Took 2 hrs to get it when no other auto parts store did and if they could get it , it was new with a week or 2 week wair6.

Sells bad parts just go to a known store

Never had a problem driving all the way to 6 mile to get what I need. It does feel good now that the drive time is cut in half but Im still receiving the same quality parts and service. These gentlemen are knowledgable and will take the stress right off you 😁

Recently visited Holbrook to grab a few parts for my car. They were EXTREMELY helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed. Everything I needed they had in stock or had at the store within 2 days. The customer service was immaculate, they even carried the larger parts to my car for me. Never had such a pleasant experience with an auto parts business. Jeff and his colleagues were extremely knowledgeable, Ill never take my business elsewhere.

Not a ethical business I was quoted one price and given another once showed up at the store. While standing there I witnessed a young lady say to the adjacent customer service rep, you told me $99.00 NOT $109.00 the rep said oh it is $99.00. Thats real suspect I must say or straight shady!!! I waited on hold 20 minutes, then they hung up. Every time i called after that they say hold then hung up. Petty, someone writing these reviews themselves and are full of it. This place cant be related to the Holbrook Auto on 6 and John R. I bought an engine from them 2 years ago still running this isnt the same people.
