We bought motor here it didnt last 30 days, if you want good used auto parts try Highway or Neuner they sell good used auto parts.

I priced a part for $75 I arrived . They tried to charge me $100 once I got to the store. They are in ethical. They have prices listed online and they tried to accuse me of changing the price as if I’m some hacker. Petty over $25 extra dollars. I do not recommend. They are dirty the place is dirty. They lack customer service. They are very rude and thieves go anywhere else but here even it’s a few extra dollars it’s not worth the disrespect.

Bought a refurbished starter for $35 plus $5 core and tax. A new one was $140. And just put $1000 into fixing other things. So the price was a life saver for me. 90 day warranty. It is being installed now so I cant give a quality at this time. It was rated an A by them.Expanding on my review the starter was installed and still working as it should. Added a star do to this.

Bought a trans..they said it had 85000 miles..it was a bad trans,..they sent people to get it fixed they could not. They kept tell us u need to change sensors inside the trans then they said ur warranty is canceled. I asked for vin.number to make sure it had 85000 they wont give it to me..place is a rip off..they wont give me my money back

I thought they did a great job. The driver showed up right on time and when I didnt have the paperwork the original site said I didnt need when I actually did. The driver came back the next day and brought me to Secretary of State to get the paperwork needed he probably waited about an hour and a half. Every time he said he was going to be someplace he was there right on time. Extremely friendly knowledgeable I cant say enough good things about the driver came out to pick up my car. I got a price which was about what I had actually expected. They paid me cash on the spot. If I ever need their services again I wont hesitate.

Called ahead about a part, they told me it’s available on the car, the man kept repeating” can’t do anything til you come on down and put a deposit” , drove half hour just for him to tell me he can’t do anything for 2 weeks bc of only one worker available.

Very unprofessional staff. Will certainly TAKE your money with a smile, and if there is any problem will TRY to manipulate the situation in that they will not be responsible. VERY ARROGANT at that point. I certainly would not recommend ANYONE spend your hard earned money with this company. And as far as being in business since 1929 ?, Im sure the founding members had better customer service than the people working there now....

Bought a part from them off E-Bay, part went defective, made us pay to ship back then blamed mechanic, it was professionally installed. I am out part, labor Plus return shipping, very very shady people that care nothing about there customers and reputation. I assure you mechanic did not cause part to fail. I would buy else where, Also made numerous attempts to resolve problem before writing review. Left me no choice

I had an old car that I wanted to have towed for scrap. I shopped around for a while to see whod give the most, stumbled upon these guys and I was pleasantly surprised. Competitive offers and very polite, punctual staff. I would definitely recommend their business.

The people at central auto parts where excellent. They helped me find out what parts I needed and hooked me up with a supplier that could get me the parts, and they told me which garage could install them for me. Top notice customer service. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent service very polite

Bought an engine from these guys reported as a tested 70000 mile engine. Paid on the spot. Car drove back and forth to work a couple of weeks then we went out of town for a couple of weeks getting son ready for school. Came back and coolant light is on. Take to mechanic and lower manifold gasket and head gasket leak. Was past the 30 day warranty with going out of town but only put 195 miles on engine since installed. Owner wont step up with any help whatsoever...DO NOT BUY ENGINES FROM THESE CROOKS!!! POOR QUALITY ANDA NO SERVICE AT ALL HIGH PRICE AND POOR PARTS AND SERVICE....

I asked for a certain year bumper for my f150 and got the run around saying they didnt make that style that year, what the hell? i know my truck, what an idiot!

Place is a joke. Left a deposit to have parts pulled. I was quoted an hour. Showed up 2 hours later and was told the car was 3rd in line still.
