When I called Ali advised me to come in for my free estimate. When I arrived he was fast, and affordable! The service he provided was prompt for cleaning my headlights, and even though I had to come back because the parts I needed werent in for my second service for attaching my bumpers he was on point! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK for other body and collision services for my car! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The car had been damaged, took it to Maaco and Ali gave me an estimate on repairs. Once I was able to drop it off, he did explain it would take a couple of days, but he had it completed before end of business day. Although he was busy, he handle everything professionally and took car of my car. I appreciate the service, and the work provided.

This place was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend anyone that cares about their vehicle to step foot in this place. To much to write but I was very very displeased with the work they performed on my vehicle. Never ever ever again. I got my car back in worse condition than when I brought it in.

It took five visits and a day off work to get a $500 dent repaired to my satisfaction. I feel more care is needed in their performance to pay closer attention to details.

They even dont deserve a 1-star review. I wanted to replace the front & rear bumper & the hood with full-body pain & fix the rust on the rear right side. The Guy name Ali told me the job will be done after one week, but he took 3 weeks and didnt do any job perfectly that could satisfy me. The paint is ‏faded on the top of the car, Front & rear bumper didn’t mount properly, even didn’t fix the rust, on top of that they broke driver side inside door handle which cost me $45 dollars, broke windshield spryer cost me $28, broke driver side turn signal assembly ( mounted only with a single screw for eyewash ) the delivery day was a rainy day thats why I couldnt notice everything properly. I was desperately needed the car to go to work.Now I decided after I buy another car I will take back the car to them to fix properly, otherwise, I will file a lawsuit against them for the sake of other customers, so they dont cheat on anybody else.

We were ill informed about using this shop for our car repair. My husband was in a car accident which resulted in his bumper and rear tire being damaged. He chose this shop to perform the repairs. I certainly wish that he did not. Our insurance company was provided with an estimate from Maaco on our cars repairs. Well, little did we know this shop DOES NOT do repair on tires. We were left with a partially fixed bumper and no work on the tire. We now have to find a repair place for our tire after an entire month of waiting for things to be completed on our car. Waste of time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible body shop . I wish I took the bad reviews seriously before I chose this body shop. A bad review are genuine. A good review is questionable like the good review Ali Hakim the owner left for himself here. AVOID THIS PLACEHere is the description of what happened with my car paint job. I took few lose parts like Hood and bumper cover and two mirrors for 2015 Ford Fusion to be painted.The work was quick. I dropped them morning and he (Ali) called me afternoon to pick them up. Over all paint was rough and some dust and particles was on the surface. When I told Ali I am not happy with the job, he said he will charge me 100 dollars to buff it . But some issue would not be solve by buffing like paint in some area was over sprayed and in some place was under spry that under color was showing. I gave him the color code and a door handle cover with original paint to match with it. Color doesnt much at all. The bumper cover at one place paint had bubbled and totally was flaw but Ali trying to tell me because it was used part but that wasnt the case. Ali didn’t want to be accountable for his job and try to bully me. At one place bumper clear coat is over spray and running. For mirror I disassemble the mirror to be painted well but Ali did a bad job there were six part and none of them was painted right. Not only by painting my car body parts didnt add any value to my car but also devalued it. I have to paint those part again. Plus my car have been on my garage waiting to resolve the dispute. I was seeing Macco advertisement for 20 years on TV and radio. I gave it a try, I thought they will do a better job than an unknown body shop but, Ali at Macco made me really disappointed. I contact Maaco main office and complained. They assigned a person to resolve the issue , I send them email and pictures he never respond back.Attached are the picture of painted items

My car been here getting painted since may 30th every week they have a different excuse to why its not finished, and its paid in full i had to reach out to better business Bureau now is my update I spoke with the owner Ali he said he wanted to-make our business right and to give him the opportunity to make me a satisfied customer first let me say I reached out to corporate and spoke with Damien 8-24-20 and was told they was aware of the complaints from this Macao location and would do a internal investigation and get back with me and I never heard back from them I even called serval times a month no one would answer, finally got my car back after a year my is peeling and my rally stripes was painted a totally different color and on top of that Ali told me to bring the car back and they would do a rub out wow what is that going to do about paint peeling and a different color rally stripes but no thank you I will be taking my car to get repainted with another company I’m one lost customer who hopes that helps another person from going through my miserable experience!!

Paid $750 to replace car door and match to car color; and received incompetent at its worst, Paint Finish muddled blotches like paintballs, and painted door silver when supposed to be lt green. My mistake was not reading reviews before hand and found same complaints from 1 year ago still happening 11/2/2020.Apparently Ali is NOT accustomed to women speaking their minds in dissatisfaction, covering her mouth and staying in women place. Unfortunately for him I’m not of his faith or culture so it was all down hill from there.Despite the fact that my one owner old lady driven well maintained 2006 Toyota runs better than any new car, yet Ali and his assistant both told me that my car is old not worth all the complaints; which is the main reason why I don’t want them working on my car anymore.I lost a days work for what they said would be a couple hours, now they want me to take another day off because of their incompetent.I’ve asked my lawyer to file a lawsuit against Macco in 46 district court if they don’t find another shop to fix my car. I will let y’all know the court date, these ah needs to be shut down.

I was originally supposed to take my car in to get the bumper repainted for some scratches on it. I got talked into getting my whole car redone. It wasnt the color I choose because I was supposed to get burgundy. But I think I made that mistake, and it still turned out great! I did have to wait a while, almost a whole week for my car to get done but that was because they were busy as hell. Overall great job! All my work coat me $1400

They charged me for body work & didnt do no body work on my truck. U can still see the old color of the truck. I got spot where the paint ran. All kinds of knicks on the truck. Scratches that wasnt there when i dropped the truck off. I cant post the pictures. Toomany to post. I took 86 pictures of stuff that is wrong with my truck. It looks like a 4yr old painted my truck. Took it back to get it fixed & they had it almost a month & didnt do know work on it & they hit something on my passenger side of my truck.

The only reason I’m leaving a decent review is because of how quickly they were able to get a door painted for me. Downside is that the door was supposed to be a high gloss black for my brothers 2012’ Charger. In which he left back to North Carolina Marine base that morning of pickup. Told them three times it did NOT have metallic in the paint. Come the next day and the door is a high gloss black with metallic in the paint.

I took my 2007 sebring to Ali on Thursday Evening, got it back the following evening, EXCELLENT JOB, , I would recommend anybody to them, another Maaco told me they would have to keep my car for 3 week days, not at this Maaco, they kept there word, and he has an AWESOME Niece Gabrielle, she brought me home the day I left my car there. Need work done on your car go there, honest people there

Guess the first time was a fluke, because the second time, service was horrible, kept my truck for a month and a half and did absolutely nothing, just paid them for storage thats all, stay away from the Macco on Plymouth & Southfield you have been forewarned!!!!!!

The worst place you could ever go I spent $4000 onA paint job that still looks like it needs work my truck has been there for Three months plus days and it’s still not ready I went to look at it was nowhere near done I pointed out things on it the manager Ali said I’ll take care of it never did someone call he put in the system it was picked up on August 7 which was not true it was still there I called every few weeks he lied and the same thing each time painted the bumper and the logo which was Crome my truck went in on may 1st and it still wasn’t done when I had it towed out on 8/14 /20 I asked for my money back he said take me to court The molding on the hatch and Windshield was gone they had other people parts stored in the back of the truck when I went to see it I heard him on the phone telling the customer the same identical thing that he told me each time I came I ask for the owners number he stated that that was his best friend and there was no one else I could talk to this man Took a vantage and I want my money back I paid 24 hundred for a deposit and my truck wasn’t done it’s very hard to talk to customer service also this needs to b resolved ASAP

I was returned a vehicle that was left in deplorable an unsafe condition, they should have never let my vehicle leave its garage, they literally used drywall screws to sloppily put my front end bk together. What an awesome place to be serviced to have a new paint job on my vehicle. MAACO customer service were so pleasant and professional. Great awesome I can’t say enough my vehicle looks like I purchased it once again new driving off of the Chrysler lot but I was driving off the MAACO parking lot. Beyond Dissatisfied for the amount of money spent. They charged me $1500 dollars for a bumper & never fixed it correctly! I had to take the car back multiple times, the last time he tried to use some type of glue to keep it in place, it worked for about 2weeks then the bumper unsnapped again! Worst money ever spent! Needless to say my bumper still isn’t on proper & they wanted me to pay extra for them to put back the Fog lights & reflector lights.

Over quoted me. Then told me it would take a month to get to my car.

Horrible..my paint color was off the fender was not align straight, noticeable imperfections, running paint and they went through my trunk under the part where you store stuff. I guess they were trying to steal something. The owner at first stated they would not repair anything. No refund either. After i took pictures he had a change of heart. He offered to fix issues. I am awaiting for my car now. Its such an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place. The adverstisement for maaco is a lie. Now i must uber to work and back and cant take my daughter to school.

The paint job they put on my car was horrible the paint is flat in one spot shinny in other pots flat it’s two different whites on the car he Ali said the car was ready then I get up there the trimmings wasn’t on I said then he said I just said come look at it I didn’t say it was done he lied the car was there for 2 months didn’t even get it on time he called me to get the car it was paint spots all on my new top like they worked on the car and didn’t cover the top so it’s not coming off the car still had buff spots on it and dripping paint spots on it it seem like they just painted over the rust a rush job is what I got for 3300 dollars sad I waited 2 months for a 2 day job the car was dirt and dusty when I got it I asked about the top and the buff spots when I got there he said that come of but they buffed it and forgot to paint the spot I took it back up there today he said give him a few days to put clear coat over the messy paint job so it hurt my whole weekend planning I hope we can come to a agreement or I just going to have to sue 3300 is a lot of money when u work for every dime the paint is rough in spots u can see wet spots in the paint like they rushed and painted it wet I will never go to that one on Plymouth again they car about quality they don’t take pride in painting just ur money and that is sad bubbles in the paint he acting like there’s nothing wrong when u can see it clear as Day horrible
