Excellent working appliances! Ive bought a washer and a drier from them that I am more than happy with.And the place works like an oiled machine when the very customer oriented and nice owner is around. But when hes not the help puts every order on the back burner and you can end up repeatedly wasting mornings, afternoons and days to get your machine.

I got a nice stove for an affordable price. I’ll be back for a washer and dryer. I would have given 5 stars if I had been informed of the $30 hook up fee ahead of time but I was informed when the appliance was delivered. Also the delivery slot time was between 2p-4p but they arrived at 4:30.

They do good work, and come out to make house calls. Good guys at that store! They have serviced multiple machines for us, and come and go in a timely manor. I would recommend them to others.

I was called in to work on my delivery date so I called them to confirm a different time cause I couldn’t find anyone one to sit at my home while I was at work when I talk to the man in charge he said ok to my time and laughed as we was getting off the phone didn’t think nothing of it called the delivery guy and did the same explained what was going on he confirmed also and said it was cool I BEEN SITTING AT MY HOUSE SINCE 4pm I LET THEM KNOW I WILL BE OFF @ 3:30pm ITS 6pm AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING WOW

Unprofessional and I want my money back yall knew that Refrigerator didnt work when I brought it on may 20, 2020 have to throw away all my food!! They answer once lied and said they would call me back. Now theyre avoiding my phone call😡😡 I will be up there for my money back!! Will never buy anything else from them.

They will work with you trying to find a used appliance to meet your needs. They also provide delivery, hook up and removal of old appliances. Have purchased from them before.

Came in on Monday to purchase a washer and dryer, paid cash upfront for the set and delivery. Delivery was set for Friday between 3-5. I called Friday morning just to confirm and was told that my delivery couldnt be done that day because he didnt know anything about it. I had to drive down to the store and speak to them IN PERSON and request my money back to even get a delivery that day. When they arrived for delivery I was THEN informed that hookup would be an additional $30. Had I been told that upfront it would have been fine but it was bad taste to me to tell me this once I have the product in my home but I obliged. He didnt bring the proper hoses to connect my washer and I was told that he was going to go get the materials and come back. He never came back, and he never called. I called the next day several times and was never given a better excuse than I need to find the driver that came to your location. I even drove down there in person and still got nothing accomplished. I called again only to be told that someone was on the way. That someone never arrived, and again no call. They are closed tomorrow and I guess Ill have to do this all over again Monday. I truly regret doing business with this establishment. Its Saturday night. Ive paid $400 for a washer and dryer and I still have to go the laundromat tomorrow to do laundry for my family. Im so damn mad I could cry.
