I am sitting here waiting on a package that was shipped here but apparently it was sent to Walmart and not Fedex and now Fedex is not even trying to help retrieve the package so now I’m working with Walmart and FedEx local to try and get my package

I had grate service. Mrs. K went out of her way to fix a problem. She kept me informed and influenced me to feel like my business meant something. Not only that it was easy to get what I need. Had multiple options and the store was clean. However, I suggest a sign coming in from the doors where patrons can see without looking up and to the left, immediately coming in. I walked around back expecting find it there...

I highly recommend this Fedex office print and ship center for your faxing and copying etc. needs. I recently visited this location to fax and print some very important documents and received outstanding professional customer service. She looked for the most efficient way to complete my request. The courtesy and willingness to help me was priceless. I will be revisiting there in the future. Thank you very much..

Upon arrival of 8:50 am (10 mins before they open), I wait as I watch the employee (Kimberly) through the gate patiently. At 8:57, she unlocks the gate and instead of greeting me, she says “I am not opening yet, just setting up this table outside”. As I wait for her to put the table outside, she then goes back inside and closes the gate again and waits until 9. This is not the customer service I expect from a big company like FedEx.

Tried shipping a package from DeSoto to Alabama. The package somehow got shipped to a DeSoto address, the very next day. Somebody from fedex stole the package. Now we are getting the runaround.

The lady there was so helpful she explained everything and helped me decide what I needed
