Wiseman Hardware is a family owned store. I enjoyed the store as they carry a lot of items . I picked up a mop refill that they ordered for me. Visit the store, friendly people.

Had a problem with a new kitchen sink and an old plumbing hardware under it in the cabinet —- this was for my m-in-law and when I saw the 3/8” connectors I knew it was a battle I had lost at home with a bathroom with the same connectors. I drove to the typical “go to” hardware supply store, but waited, got led around in circles with attempts to figure out a solution, only to drive away unsuccessful. On the brink of calling a professional plumber ($$$), I made a call to Wiseman Hardware (listed in Google as Wiseman Plumbing Supply Store). What I found was a very knowledgeable person (Andrew) who inquired with in detail to such a layman, such as myself, had to take the parts of my puzzle to the store. Within minutes I had the solution in hand and on my way to m-in-law with the 2 adapters plus one for my home. So, next time I have a do-it-myself project, I know who to call…but for now I have a bathroom that’s been waiting for 2 years to finish…thanks Andrew

Its a little hardware store. Everybody there is nice and tries to help you with whatever you need. If they dont have what you need, theyll tell you & direct you to where you might can find it. Ive been there several times & I will continue to make it a go to spot because of the people there.

This is one of the worst businesses in desoto they overcharge you and sell you bad equipment, the customer service is bad and they treat their consistent loyal customers bad it’s all about money when it comes to this business.

Worst place ever , if you need parts just buy them online , this place charges 3X the original price , my repair shop sent me to buy a carburetor, he also called to verify the price, when I arrived to pick up the carburetor, the man at the shop in the of the store went and physically printed a price label which was almost 3X the price we was told on the phone , when I confronted the guy he got really angry and told me to leave , also some old lady came out and told me that I didn’t have to shop there ... same part I was needing I found online for wayyyyy cheaper price

This place has bad customer service and they use unethical business practices. I needed blades for my gas hedge trimmers and this store charged me $69.00 for the blades and said they would order them. When they came back it was only one blade. And they said the charge was right. I went to order the second blade somewhere else and they asked me why Wiseman didn’t order the second blade and I told them I think I was over charged for one blade. The lady called Wiseman and asked what the cost of the blade was and she quoted $32.00. When I went back to ask for the difference of my charge they told me the $69.00 was correct. Be careful at this place.

Super service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and great prices. Unless you are already going to one of the big name stores for something in particular, Id skip them and go here to Wiseman and get real fast service from people who truly know how to help you.

I will NEVER do business w this place again!I took my leaf blower in to get serviced. Its only a yr old. They told me Id be better off to throw it away and buy new. And there were 2 guys standing behind the service counter doing nothing!I called today to speak with the manager. And the woman that answer the phone was nothing but RUDE as hell.Customer service should have been.. let me take a look at it quick.. or leave it and well call you.Ive taken my chain saw there a yr ago to get serviced. They said it wasnt chainsaw season! So they wouldnt service it!This place SUCKS!

This a great family owned business. Anytime I need help or assistance, there is always a knowledgeable employee there ready to help me.

Their service is horrible. I own a tree service company and took two pole-saws to them for repair. They had them for two weeks before they called and said I would have to pay them $150 just to inspect the machines and replace a functional part which I didnt want replaced. Then, I brought a machine to them which was still under warranty and I asked them to replace it. They refused and said they needed to inspect the machine to determine the cause of the damage. As I walked out the owner was mocking me. I will never do business with this place again.

Beware of the sign you will be shown if you do not to get repairs done after your NOT FREE QUOTE. 30 dollars for evaluation. I would not mind paying if I had a choice of knowing this information in advance. They will not tell you verbally!

Dude in the back went out his way to help get me back rollin. Danny actually came out from the back to my trailer and helped me out and fixed my zero turn.. i know I was an inconvenience but Dude really treated me good and helped with every issue. Respect

I have a Toro motor that was purchased (brand new) @ Conns, along with a 2-year service agreement. Conns no long sells lawn equipment, therefore no longer repairs it (if they ever could). I would pass Wiseman Hardware if I was in its area, and often wanted to go in for that down-home hardware store feeling. Well, Im glad I finally did: Wiseman fixed the problem very inexpensively. Just for a Mayberry R.F.D. feel, I returned to pick up some items I could have easily gotten @ Wally, Depot, or even Dollar.I will not say I was treated rudely, but I was followed & watched like I was in a Chinese-owned store! Do I fault them: yes and no considering the area they are in...no wait: theres nothing wrong with the area - lets just chalk it up to some past events they may have encountered & stereotypicalities being as they are...funny thing is that I made a suggestion for a product that another customer came in for that they were not even aware of for being a resolve.One will not be pleased as the next person, but despite this: I will happily return IF I can get there on weekdays before they close for the day - hours of operation SUCKS!!!...understandable of the above.

Employees are horrible no respect for the customers we paid 440 for a brand new weed whacker and support it had 1 year warranty in 2 months it turned off by itself when I used it and know they wont exchange it also worst employee is the owner with no respect😠

I bought a weedeater I had a warranty of 2 months after I brought it to change because it turned off a lot they wanted me to get it all mechanically from them if you buy a new thing is to not fight and walk in workshop to workshop fighting and wasting time and They have no respect for the clients when I started to argue that I was threatening that the police would go to me if I did not leave.
