I ordered digital software and the software was and still does not work. I called multiple times to get them to fix it or refund my money they have done neither so, Im out of $88+ dollars. I would rather sit in the hottest part of hell, than order anything else from them. they are thieves and if I can find a way to sue them into Chapter bankruptcy I will.

Horrible customer service, I asked for service with getting a receipt reprinted from a purchase that was less than 30 days ago. I was told two different policies from two different associates. One of the associates Steward got on the phone and stated I understand you are upset prior to even addressing my concern. I stated to him, how are you assuming I am upset. I do not appreciate how I was addressed. I asked to speak with a manager and was able to voice my concerns to Terri. Terri was pleasant and apologized for their actions and was able to assist me with my issue. The associates need to be properly trained on their policies and also on racial bias as well.

Bad customer service, I sent my husband to pick up a poster I sent to print. And had already paid for. I got the notification that it was ready for pick up. Well they said they didn’t have it and the person that was there kept saying it was not there. It turn out my poster was just laying there under a table. Very rude person, didn’t want to help. Bad customer service in the printing area.

I came in to the desoto tx to fax papers to the VA. I signed in and stood waiting for ten minutes and no one was in line. The lady in the print center left. I went over to cash register to request help because I had 26 pages and could not afford $40 charges twice because I faxed incorrectly. The people at the registers offered to help me and then I requested a supervisor and let her know what happened.Of course the employee denied it but I am seating here now late for work because of it. I asked the employee for her number but she never gave it to me. But her name is Donna ⁹qAfter loosing ny husband what else can go wrong.Thank you to the young ladies at the register.

This is currently Office Depot. They are closing this store, but also have major discounts on many items.

They get two stars only because they were busy and speaking from experience I know when things get busy, things can be a little chaotic. However, they get two stars because I did an online print order and received an email stating it was ready. When I went to the online ready station my order was not there. I had to wait around maybe 20 minutes just for someone to help me. Once someone finallu helped me, they let me know my order was not ready. So I had to wait around another 20 minutes for my order.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with customer service at this particular location. When there is a small obstacle/challenge to accomplish to give customer service to customers, this location lacks the ability to utilize any interest/expertise to do so. I just needed desperately to print out an email and had no access to a computer/internet to do so. I chose to do as always use Office Depot or any other retail store that offer access for customers to be able to deal with business matters. As like many other, when there is an excuse/reason needed to explain/cover up something, its now bc of the safety of Covid-19. It is understood that we are experiencing a pandemic with Covid-19, but as the world turns, we must still continue to conduct business and continue living our lives, but with caution now. So its understood that safety is priority, but its NOT just what you do, but how you do it. Im so disappointed that as simple as this task was, there were NO exceptional options that could have been done, with all the experts (thats an assumption) and customer satisfaction and service that is expected from such a business. You can except dirty money that goes from hand to hand but you cant allow anyone to use a computer. NOR were this business willing to assist on transfering the email to their email. This matter was a BIG deal for me DESPERATELY NEEDING to get this accomplished and this location fail me dearly with NO willing to take an inch of going to help me with this task. Even the manager himself denied ANY kind of resolution, even after I was more than willing to let a representative/manager himself pull up my email and transfer it over for me, so I could get this printed out. So disappointed

Wait time is horrible. They make you wait for nothing. Only one person was helping customer and she moves wayyy to slow. Just to get some copies smh. Either they need more employees or better management. I expert better service then this.

Normally customer service is great at this location but today was on another level. I went I. To get some copies and I had 3 different jobs to be printed. I ask for them for binding like I always do but today was a problem. The rep behind the desk, Dee, rolled her eyes and her facial expression said it all. I knew she already didn’t want to complete the task but I waited for her response. Her response was “I’m not doing all that, I’m just covering, and I have a line now”. I responded I don’t understand? I’m a customer too, don’t you suppose to finish with the next customer first? She then went on to say “there’s a whole puncher over there”. Oooooh???? I didn’t want a hole puncher I wanted it bonded. After that didn’t work and I insisted for her to help me, she went on to say “well I don’t do all that when I’m covering, I just print and do copies and checkouts”. This is very unacceptable. From my stand point she didn’t won’t to do it because it would take time. Very rude and not helpful with the customer. She should not be dealing with customers or maybe she needs a class or something on customer service! Whatever it is don’t let her cover for the kiosk. Keep her wherever she normally works because it obvious that she doesn’t want to cover the print kiosk or maybe she doesn’t like her job. Maybe she had a bad day or something but I was very displeased with her service.

Our time here was great, they were very attentive and answered our questions. The lady who assisted us was so sweet and kind. Keep up the good work!

Awesome experience. I stopped by to pick out an office chair and some pens, and the great thing is that everything is where its supposed to be. The chair I picked out was the last one (assembled), so the manager, Kevin, gave me 10%. When we realized it wouldnt fit in my car, he offered to follow me back to work in his SUV (with my chair inside). He went above and beyond what I expected from someone, and Im definitely super happy with both my experience and my chair!! Im so happy my company buys from them!

Very poor experience at the Office Depot location in Lancaster / DeSoto Texas. I want to print a couple of items, there were several other customers waiting in line was only one worker however they were able to assist me pretty quickly. Once I receive my printed items I needed to cut the items so I want to their area of the store and which they have a paper cutter however that paper cutter was not working. I asked for assistance from the store clerk and what she came and validated that the machine was not working and they needed to order a new one. He advised me to go back to the print shop to have them cut it, which I did. At that point the store representative wanted to charge me for the service of cutting my paper, I explained to him please dont charge me Im only using your service because your equipment is broken. He explained that its not his fault that a complimentary item is broken however for him to cut it he would have to charge me the rules are the rules is what he said. Of course because I needed the documents I paid the fee for the cutting of the paper however I dont think that that was right to charge a customer for something and he would have gotten free if your equipment was working.

How does the shipping clerk NOT KNOW what packing peanuts are.

Worst customer service ever . I usually go to waxahachie anyways but I don’t know what I was thinking today . DEE the elderly lady was helping me and because I had to many things to print she complained . Said she she had a line and she wasn’t going to do it . Then when my mom complained and she was On my way! Come here and then wanted to help me but didn’t wanna take the time to do a good job .. and told me just to go to my bank and get copies .. go to waxahachie . There better and they actually take the time and do what you need

The service at this store is awful they need help. only one some two Tech and no help. The manager standing and walking and seeing a line but not helping. bad experience several times. even before Covid-19.

Poor customer service, lady had an attitude as soon as we walked in. She was not helpful at all, wasted almost an hour for nothing.

Need more help in copying Center, that is fast and knows how to operate the computers etc, over the past few years this place went down tremendously. What happen to service, not trying to talk about older adults but they have to work to... But their not keeping up with the changing world and customers our walking out the building due to slow service.

I wish they paid the employees more than $7.35 hrly., thereby giving them pride enough to provide better service. What do you do when you are in a location without much competition. Its ALL about the bottom line. So no, two people working registers & faxing papers & answering product questions cant possibly please the masses. Ive found the employees to be cordial, even IF they are overwhelmed & slow. All of those registers and no one attending them!

Been coming to this location for years, since Ive been in Desoto for almost a decade. Always quick service. Interesting to share that this was the only store Ive ever been to for Black Friday... And shockingly, there was no stampede going in. Staff are really nice and professional

Longest wait ever! They have 1 person working and the line is 10 people long. The store is dirty and unorganized. The only good thing was the man that waited on me. Under the pressure of dealing with multiple people he kept it together and was very nice and helpful. He was in the shipping and printing department and has long hair and glasses.

There are very, very slow even when there are no people in the store. There since of eurgent is slow as a turtle. Not enough help . The good thing about them to me is that they greet you as you coming in the store. The store appears is very well kept and they do try and keep enough of what you are looking for

I had several large format items printed here recently. The lady who assisted me in that department (Celia) was especially knowledgeable and professional. It was clear to me that she was very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. I was glad that she was handling my print job. She printed samples of my posters for me on both of their large format printers and allowed me to select the one that best suited my taste.A few days later I realized that there had been a mix up with my flash dive. I contacted their store manager ,Kevin, who went especially above and beyond to iron things out. I can be a bit difficult to catch on the phone but he did a fantastic job of following up with me and made it clear that my concerns were important to him. I could not be happier with the customer service I received at this location and will be returning referring friends.

They were nice...but didnt have enough people working. I arrived shortly before 7:30 pm and got home right before dark. Whats wrong with that picture?

This store is unorganized. They need help badly. It took them 2 days to print business cards and they still arent right. The line at the Copy/Print department is astronomical. I waited 45 minutes to pickup my cards. They need one person to handle the simple tasks such as copy/faxing. One person to assist with computers and one person working on the actual machines. This store is too busy to be understaffed every single time I visit.

Where do I begin I was in the store didnt know what I wanted lol then this nice lady helped me I think her name is DeAndra or dundria sorry if I spelled her name wrong she was so nice and sweet she helped me get what I needed and figured out what I wanted when I forgot she also helped other customer and came back to me cause I was in the store that long lol she deserve a raise she has A1 customer service ask for her all the time people!!

This is the slowest Office Depot on the planet! They have a bunch of elderly ladies working the printing area and are slow as hell! You will literally be waiting 30+ for a freaking print. It really makes no sense. Take your money elsewhere

Manager was professional , but some of the staff are plume ignorant. Im taking photos and some older lady asked why I was taking photos... I explained I was simply uploading them to Google and tried to explain its common place and she got mad which is neither here nor there but very ignorant. I let the manager deal with her and suggested she inform herself if she is going to work with the public.

I was a bit upset when they were out of the tablets I was interested in but so was every store in the area. Anthony was sweet. He even called another store to have them hold a tablet for me.

Do not come to this location for printing services. Horrible service.

They never have enough help. Employees were fairly nice but not prepared to handle a rush of customers. I waited for 45 minutes just to print two documents and then walked out after no one had assisted me. Literally there were people on every side of the counter glaring at the workers because they had been waiting so long.

The employees at this location are horrible. If I were these employees boss I would fire all of them that were working on the floor Saturday October 4 at 11:00 a.m.I was in that store for almost two hours trying to find and locate items that I needed all by myself because nobody would help me. If my cart hadnt of been so full with stuff I badly needed I would have left it and the store without buying anything because they certainly didnt deserve my money.I didnt see any store manager either. Its like these employees think theyre at a picnic and not at work. I will not shop at this location ever again.

I think the 5 star reviews are from employees.Want to wait 45 minutes to print 2 peices of paper? Want to wait...And wait....And wait even though there are literally 4 employees in the printing department...NONE of which acknowledge you or the other folks in line...TWO of which are texting on their iPhones - then come here!! Very nice lady in copy center saved me over $400 on security for 5 devices, good for 5 years. I paid $25.00 + tax.

Nice staff but poorly merchandised and low on stock. It almost feels like they are going out of business with all the empty shelves and peg hooks!

I went to this store and hated every second of it, I get to the check out line with a lady in front of me and the cashier just walks off to another department taking the lady in front of me with her. The manager is standing right there while Im standing there trying to figure out what is going on he starts fumbling with the credit card reader never acknowledging my existence. He finally calls a lady to the front and she starts fussing about how some other lady left her belongings at the desk. She had not even one ounce of customer service, then I told her I didnt need a bag she stuffed my purchase in a bag then rolled her eyes. I couldnt believe it but I know they will not be getting my business again!!!

There were two people there but only one worker (the manager) and the lady had an attitude saying shes tired of this mess while customers are in line to be waited on. Poor guy was running to every tool trying to assist everyone including the worker worth the attitude!

They suck! The printer services suck. The staff are unprofessional and need training. LISA the manager has very poor customer service skills needs training. This location will never receive another penny from us.

I did not like the store theres not enough people there to help people and they do not have the things I need. They have discontinued so many things that people used to always buy its not worth going to the store at all. I do not like this store and never will go back.

This is the last time I will ever come to this office depot. Service is horrible. Did a print job online and waited an hour to come in. Have been waiting for twenty minutes and still no service. The whole reason to so a print job online is to pick it up without worrying for forever. Highly disappointed.

My visit was very nice.

Ive been coming to this location for years and most visits (8 out of 10) there is an extremely long wait for print services. My items are always on a flash drive, ready to open and print, but the wait time is RIDICULOUS.

They have no idea where their stock is and they have no product on the floor everything has to be pulled from the back if your lucky to find anybody to help who wont ignore you.
