Ive been meaning to write this review for quite some time now as this place deserves a quality review from a repeat customer. Ill start by saying these guys have just about anything you could ever need to grow with hydro and in soil. The owner, Eric, is awesome.. His customer service is amazing. The first time I ever went here, he hooked me up with some free nutrients and a sweet hat. He is knowledgeable, and he listens when you are explaining your needs and goals that you want to achieve in your grow setup. They stock Fox Farm Ocean soil as well which is amazing stuff for nearly every application. Anyhow, Ive been here many times since my first visit, and I always leave stoked that they are located where they are. Thanks Eric! Keep it up brother.

Only shop I come to.All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything. Or that I needed to make a purchase to run ideas with them or bounce around ideas for that matter. I greatly appreciate that about this hydro shop.I make the drive from 29 palms to THIS location because of the excellent customer service. Ashley sweetheart, you are such a doll!! You always make us feel so welcome and taken care of.If they dont have the product I need, they are gladly willingly to order anything I could think of out of their suppliers catalogs. Exceptional!

Eric, Tyler and Ashley have all proven themselves to be knowledgeable folks. Frequent this place often enough and theyll though you some nice deals too. Rewards loyalty, but its otherwise a bit pricier than buying online. That said its a very clean and well curated shop!

Stopped in today for soil, So happy to have a hydro store open in the area where I can buy it. The girl who worked at the store was really helpful with helping me load the soil into my car. Definitely will be back

First time coming here, last time as well , person at counter was not helpful bought ten bags of soil that are on the website with a price of $9.99 a bag, when i got there the price was 11.99 a bag. I was told the prices go up every year ... then update the website! Total scam , counter person not helpful and had marginal knowledge, and no one helped load bags into truck . Not a great place to buy. GrowGeneration - Palm Springs , much more knowledgeable, helpful and friendly ... a better place to buy

This is hands down the best hydro store in the desert! Eric is the man, always informative and has helped me out a lot. Ive always gotten great deals here and wont go anywhere else!
