Needed 11x17 scanning capabilities. The gals at the store listened to my rather detailed requirements and proceeded to provide me 15 scans while I was waiting in the store. The scans were complete, straight, and legible. The gals were efficient, professional and courteous. I plan to continue using this store for my future printing/scanning needs.

I could not have been more impressed with Sam at this store. I drove 20 minutes to the store to do some returns very last minute and had not looked at the time they close before heading out. The store had been closed for quite some time when I arrived but Sam was just getting in his car. He saw me walking up to the store and feeling discouraged that I had planned so poorly and offered to unlock and start it all up again and let me make my returns. Customer service like this is very rare and was completely unnecessary but so so helpful! He was ready to go home-literally in his car- but took the time to go WELL out of his way to help me as his customer and show some kindness with a smile. This guy deserves a raise! I will drive out of my way to return to this store each time because of service like this. Thank you Sam!

I was sending a package internationally to help a family in need and was short and Terrie the manager said he will cover it! I told him no I can run home and get the correct amount and he insisted on helping! Such an amazing guy! I appreciate your help! I highly recommend this store!

Great service! Greet when you when you walk in the door. Helpful with packaging and pricing and finding tracking numbers. And I dont worry about my package getting somewhere on time, unlike the USPS.

Went In to return a package with a prepaid return label. Asked the young lady up front for help with bring it in, as the package is to heavy for me to lift by myself, and she acted as if I asked for her first born son. & I said “oh you guys don’t help bring packages in anymore?” Rep rolled her eyes and said “well yeah” and then walked away as I was in the middle of saying “well I guess I can try it myself” apparently she was walking away to get her shoes on. I found her actions and demeanor to be very rude and not very customer friendly. I asked for the manager after, she came out. Manager was nicer but didn’t apologize for her employees attitude and actions all she said to the employee was to not engage with me. I will honestly never go back to this location & will go out of my way to go somewhere else.

Rude snotty girls dont belong in customer service, especially this one. Rude from the start. I had the nerve to ask for service since the employees ignored me. She copped an attitude right away and got worse, with her saying sarcastically as Im leaving to have a nice day, which prompted my finger and her reply of you too. All she had to do was her job. Instead, she copped a attitude, got sarcastic, and acted like a little girl.

I shipped out a package yesterday for overnight delivery guaranteed by 8:30 AM. It won’t be delivered until tomorrow so my perishables are ruined. I spent $273.19 on shipping that they are refusing to refund or help me with at all. I tried to speak with a woman and she hung up on me three times, claiming she had a store full of people and refused to help me. She also refused to give me her name, and when I call back she is not answering the phone now. She is extremely rude. The customer service I just experienced is absolutely horrendous. I will no longer use UPS after this terrible experience.

My son and I have always received great service from the manager, Terrie Chapman!She is always pleasant, curteous and efficient.I would recommend all my Southside friends to this store. As a side note, it is on the way to the airport too.

You can get your business done, but dont expect customer service - expect comments about your shipment (I make my husband ship back my Amazon and using the word sucks when talking about pricing), and unprofessional clothing (Tweety Bird shirts). This was from two different experiences with different representatives.

Went in to ship a document and the lady was extremely rude. Did not want to help me or explain things politely. Told me I needed to go to the post office instead in a snarky tone. I thanked her and said I’ll chose that route instead of drop shipping. She makes the remark to the next gentleman in line as I was leaving “I hate having to explain to people all the time to just go to the post office”.I will now drive further for my UPS needs.

The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful. I was in and out very quickly! I had a box of shoes I needed to return to Amazon and I recieved a QR code in my email for the UPS store to scan. I don’t do a lot of package mailing so I was nervous she would be short with me because I didn’t know what to do and was unsure of myself. But she gave me so much grace and helped me get through the process in 2 minutes flat! Maybe less! I had a great experience here because of the kindness of this employee, when in past similar situations I’ve been met with annoyance by an employee at my inexperience. Good work, UPS!

Very friendly and helpful employees. I thought I needed a box but the lady helping me informed me I didnt. I was expecting to have to spend some money but she saved me money I can use for my kids for the holidays. I was in and out in a few minutes.

I did too much shopping on my trip to Iowa, and had to mail some stuff home. The ladies were not friendly, they didnt even say hi. I feel like she charged me the most she probably could. She didnt give me any options, I just felt like all around bad customer service. It cost me almost double what I paid for the items to ship them. I will give my self more time to shop shipping 😁 next time. Just do a little research before going in here.

I would not give this place -10 stars. I had a sensitive package to be delivered from the airport, they lost the package and blamed me. I asked to speak to the owner and she never called me back. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, THEY ARE RUDE RUDE!!. They will lose your package and not care about it. the girl I talked to smarted off so much I almost hung up in her face. I am reporting them to UPS to have them shut down. I had a very sensitive document and they lost it without concern. Not even a sorry or an apologize or nothing. I will report them to UPS and the better business bureau

Hauled my package in to be returned to Amazon with a prepaid shipping code. Was told by the employee that their internet was down so they couldnt scan anything or accept anything for shipping. She wasnt pleasant about it either. A worthless visit. Went to the EP True location and it was a 2 minute process. Avoid the Fleur location and save yourself some headaches.

Customer service was not welcoming. The lady who helped me was very rude with attitude and didn’t even greet me at all. I was returning my amazon order and dropping of a fashion nova returning order. I’ve never done this before and so the lady wasn’t really nice about it with me or patience obviously bc I didn’t rly know what I was doing tbh. She must’ve been having a bad day but no reason to take it out on customers. She was really nice to her co worker but everytime she talked to me, it was just the tone of attitude. I’ve worked customer service before and I know what it feels like to work with customers who don’t really know anything.

I went to this location on late morning last Friday and was met by a very rude and unprofessional worker. She was talking to another customer who was waiting for some printing materials while trying to help me. Never greetings, unable to multitasking. Seemed overwhelmed. After I have paid to have her package 3 boxes for me. She put my possessions in plain sight where she was trying to help the next customer. I asked for boxes so I can try to help her do her job, she yelled at me and lied that she doesnt know where those sizes boxes were. I told her I will wait!Moments later she was very angry at me, then she went and got the boxes and dropped it in front of me , not a word and turned her back and hurried away...Never have I encountered such unacceptable customer service behaviours in my entire 62 years of my life!!! Sadly she is the wrong person to be placed for this position...Extremly bad experience at the Fleur Ave location in Des Moines.If you ever want to be ABUSED any one day, then you can go there and you surely will get more than you deserve!!!!!!Store owner, you need to be aware that your ineffective employee had been turning away your valuable customer base, and your profit margin are getting slime.

Although not a new, bright, & shiny store interior (It recently had a modest exterior upgrade due to Fareway opening) . It’s not normally too busy & they do their job right. All the services UPS Stores are known for.

I dont even know where to begin. I took in a package to be delivered UPS and said This needs to be shipped to a customer and I have their UPS account number. They were completely flabergasted and said Well we cant do that, youre going to have to go somewhere else. We dont have any shipping labels. I looked around just to be sure this was indeed a UPS Store. Yep, big sign on the front saying UPS Store. UPS signs all over the place. Even a UPS truck parked out front. I asked again Dont you ship things via UPS? Their response was We dont have any shipping labels, youre going to have to go to the main headquarters on the east side. I wish I was exaggerating. It would have been comical had I not driven 5 miles out of my way to go there.

I called to arrange for a slightly complicated printing job. The woman on the phone was very rude, and didnt seem to understand my project. I work with local printers all over the country and have had great success with most UPS Stores. NOT THIS ONE. Next I called the UPS store on Beaver Ave, and the people couldnt have been nicer. Go there instead!!!!!!!!

Do not use them ups stores are privately owned and some just dont care about customer service this one was rude and she doesnt even know her own business told us we had tracking and it would be on the receipt I payed $23 for a small package usps woulda shipped for $5 and I didnt even get the tracking when we complained she said they cant offer tracking on that item after she sold it to me and said it would be on the receipt we asked for her superiors info she said she was the owner and didnt have one we have several rude emails and calls the worst customer service Ive ever seen

They tried to charge me $3/page to scan to PDF. One of the stores on the other side of DSM charges $0.50/page. This is ridiculous. Im not paying $21 to scan and email 7 pages, and it costs the store next to $0 to perform this service. The employees are great, but UPS has some moronic pricing policies.
