HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY! Sold me a laptop from 2008 that didnt even last a month. It is in windows 7! The screen doesnt turn on, and it cost me over $500. Its a scam and fraud, save your money.

My laptop has some major issues with fans. Seems to be a poor design by the manufacturer. So I have had it in several times over the years to have the fan replaced. I wont take it anywhere else. The repair tech is always polite and patches it back up for me. Very reasonably priced.
