We chose All Drive from referrals. From first phone call to payment we felt we had made the right decision. Eric took the time to explain what happened and is dealing with our less than cooperative insurance company.Once our Jeep was running, he noted a check engine light, ran diagnostics, found a bad plug then replaced it @ no charge!Service that is over and above!We live 40 miles away but feel comfortable traveling to get the best service.

Eric was very friendly and helpful. Took van in on Thursday afternoon and was finished on Monday afternoon. Very impressed with the fast turnaround. I had to have a complete transmission rebuild. Runs great again. I would definitely recomend this business for all of your service needs.

Had another oil change place tell me my transmission oil was burnt. Had All drive check it out nothing was wrong ! Had them check my drive line also all was good. Since they didnt find anything wrong, they didnt even charge me! This place is awesome! Would highly recommend! They even took me home and picked me up! Thanks so much!

Had a transfer case, front differential, and rear differential fluid change on November, 18 2020. I noticed four months later, after winter, that the rear differential was leaking from the drain plug. Took it back on March 23, 2021 and they helped me that same day! Eric fixed it right away. He was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Our family experienced the ultimate roadtrip nightmare - blowing out the transmission on our Honda Odyssey, in the middle of a cross-country move. In the middle of Iowa. Myself, Wifey, 2 children, 2 cats, a dog, and the houseplants in tow. Sometimes you get the feeling that a mechanic/ technician actually cares that youre in a fd up predicament. In this case, Marc texted us off the clock, before, during, and after the transmission was replaced, kindly answered all of our countless questions, picked all seven of us up from the motel, and even took care of our houseplants for us.When we were ready to pull the trigger on the purchase, All Drive had us back on the road in two days with a new transmission!The Honda drives like new. 5 stars for the incredible job, 6 for the customer service.

Eric and his crew were awesome. Brought in our Hyundai vehicle due to a knocking noise it was making. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to try to help. After many hours of diagnosis and even pulling the transmission unfortunately turned out to be an engine issue. Was gonna cost more to fix than it was worth. So even though he took all that time and effort didnt even charge what he justifiably could have for the time it took. So it was very refreshing for the transparency and honesty and most definitely recommend All Drive Transmission for anyone with vehicle issues.

I have had the opportunity to have my kids vehicles looked at by the All Drive team the past few months. The 1st time he was honest when my daughters transmission was on its last leg just before she took off for school. When we decided to trade her vehicle in, they also gave her new vehicle the once over. Today, they looked over a 05 Silverado for my son who earlier in the week hit a deer in his 2000 S-10 and pointed out a few things which need to be addressed. Thanks Eric, you can expect to see us in the near future to fix a few items on the Silverado and if anyone else needs some work done I will send them your way.

This was the best price and fastest service quoted to me for my clutch replacement. I am so happy with their work. I think they might have even replaced a bulb in the dash as a courtesy. They also inflated my tire pressure back to standard. Highly recommend.

Im from out of town and my transmission blew up on my 06 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel. The guys were friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. They fixed my transmission in 2 days and had me on my way back home. I appreciate their service and the quality of product they gave me. If Im ever in need and in the Des Moines I will stop again. I reccomend them if in need of a transmission.

Clutch went out on 235 on Wed morning, called them for a tow and by Wed afternoon they inspected it and gave me an estimate (which was reasonable). New clutch installed by Friday afternoon! Good, honest folks do still exist! Their shop is immaculate and well run. To be thats a sign of someone who cares about their work.Dealership was not very friendly and estimate reflected the same.Randall is going to try flushing system first and using Subaru specific fluid as that may resolve the issue. Not sure if it will resolve problem but sure appreciate the willingness to try less involved options first. Think of going to doc for stitches and they just want to remove the entire arm.Local dealer slapped an almost $2k fix and charged my $112 to diagnose it.All Drive did not.Its hard to find many businesses or people who value their work and their customers. When you do find those business, its a gift.Thank you All Drive!!

Took my 2005 Buick century hard shifting, sometimes not coming out of 1st after starting. Usually after it runs a bit it works, shifts, and hard.Free assessment, decided would need rebuilt for $2400+. Obviously not for this car. Appreciated the opinion.Did a $100 filter change and fluid elsewhere and she is working great.

I have had several of my vehicle repaired at this shop over the last few years and family members have as well.This shop is great to work with. They take the time to verify the problem and in my case work with my warranty company to get the problem solved.Repairs were handled in a timely manner and my vehicle was no dirtier than when I dropped it off. One of the repairs required work to be completed from the interior of the vehicle and I would have never known they were inside of it. I have been to shops where they get grease or oil on the steering wheel and or door but not All Drive.I recommend this shop and plan to go to them in the future if needed.

We recieved awesome service and very reasonable price. Instead of selling us a transmission that we did not need. They took the time and figured out the electrical issues that the tranmission was having. We were driving back to Wisconsin from California when our transmission started acting up. This was the second place in town we stopped for help and they were great. Did diagnostics and pinpointed the issue within 30 minutes. The mechanic spent an extra 15 minutes explaining everything to us (my boyfriend is very curious). He even made some extra calls for us to find parts closer by to get us headed toward home sooner. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

If you value your time and money and want to be treated fairly I would look for another shop.Was referred here by another shop, hoped that would result decent service and couldnt be more wrong.Took over a week to get a 4 hour fix the first time.Truck made all of 11 miles home and the problem was back.At their request I brought the truck back in for another look and it took another 11 day and an empty gas tank to be told they couldnt replicate the problem and that a complete rebuild was the only next step.Rebuild a transmission that you just said was fine?My guess this is their way of not having to worry about Warranty work.... I know I wont ever step foot in there again.

No star or 1/2 a star isnt an option. I had my vehicle towed here at recommendation of the tow truck driver. It sat all weekend and on Monday mid-morning I stopped by to see what the diagnosis was and they told me it was still being diagnosed but it was bad. A few hours later Randall called to say I needed a new transmission. Asked if they could top off transmission fluid so I could get it home - he said its full. I was going to tow it home but started talking with people about pricing transmissions. Someone said try AAMCO. I called them and they even provided free towing.☺ Within 5 minutes their driver called me and was on the way.A few hours later they called and said the pan was dry and there was no transmission fluid in it. They added fluid and test drove it twice. I couldnt get it that day, but got it the next morning. Again, they had driven it (and on the highway) and all was well. KUDOS to AAMCO!DONT GO TO ALL DRIVE!#

I broke down in Colfax Iowa in my 1988 Trailblazer Class C RV. Only had first gear and reverse. No mechanics in Colfax could repair so drove to Des Moines (in first gear). All drive checked it out for me and said I need a remanufactured tranny. I didnt have anything near the funds needed. Ronald worked on it for around 3 - 4 hours, remanufactored a part and got me on the road so I could get home. When I asked what I owed him he handed me the keys and said drive safely. He didnt charge a dime. Ill be forever grateful. Will soon have it repaired in Denver and expect to stop back in Des Moines to show my gratitude. Wonderful Christian good hearted man.
